The variety of merchandise is amazing. Love the fact that they play a lot of gospel hymns! Found myself and my son singing the words to the songs as we shopped. Sadly that atmosphere is not popular in today's world. Thank you so much for creating a Christ centered experience! I pray God will abundantly bless you all!

The store is kept very nice, the merchandise is wonderful & changes rapidly, and all of the employees are so helpful and really seem to enjoy working there! Was looking for some kind of 10 Commandment display and a life-size (perhaps felt) representation of Jesus and, sadly, they didn't have those.

Customer service is horrible, I was looking for something and I asked for help to a staff member, they were rude and just felt rush. They told me to ask someone else just because they didn’t know what I was talking about and just left me there. I continue to ask another staff member and they said they were going to look for it and never back instead I saw her laughing and being on her phone, while I waited.

It would be great if someone was at the cutting table until closing, instead of letting a person who is holding a baby wait until the five minute closing notice realize that no matter how many times they ring the bell no one is coming to help them. I hate coming here and wish you were not the only craft store in the area. You never have what I need (I’m not a quilter or a pageant mom, so your rows and rows of cotton don’t help me), and no matter when I go for fabric, there’s never anyone at the cutting table, I always have to ring the bell for service.Oh, also, I was there the day that a customer got on the PA system to call for help in the fabric area. One of the employees who responded had the audacity to complain to the other employee, in front of us, how rude it was. The four of us who were waiting to have fabric cut all rang the bell at least once. If someone had been doing their job and working the section, maybe a customer wouldn’t have gotten impatient enough to have taken such drastic action and these employees wouldn’t have gotten in trouble. I was also there the day someone rang the bell continuously until an employee arrived. She was annoyed. I assumed that customer had been waiting a while, so when I came up with fabric to cut as well, she decided to ring again until we received assistance. Other chain fabric stores keep employees in the cutting area, so I don’t know why Hobby Lobby thinks they don’t need to.

Grew up going to this hobby lobby, I have found memories of the year round Christmas trees in the lobby, and waiting to go to big lots already. I've spent many hours of my life in this store looking at stuff that I will buy online later for a reasonable price. I miss the days of splitting up everything we are buying between multiple people so we could use the 40 percent off one item coupon multiple times but since they got rid of the coupon Hobby Lobby is generally a much less exciting experience.

Great experience. They have operation christmas shoebox labels at the front. That's very convenient since those are hard to find.

Stopped in here to frame up a painting we received for Christmas. The employee was helpful and patient as we considered several pre-made frames for our painting. We found one on sale 1/2 price for $25. She took it in back and a few minutes later brought it out all framed up! Good job too.

I absolutely love Hobby Lobby, and the prices are very reasonable. Everytime I shop there I always wish I had more money and a bigger house just so I can decorate more because there are so many great items. Fantabolously experience. Absolutely loved the store was clean, the staff was friendly and were able to find everything we were looking for fairly quickly. They had several check out lines open. The wait to check out minimal. Their displays were awesome. Would highly recommend.
