Was just there yesterday at the produce section. There is mold on the cranberries, strawberries, raspberries etc it’s disgusting. The manger needs to take a look at that please report it if you see it. Wasn’t going to make a scene

Usually I always shop here. After standing at the counter of the deli department today (8/1/2023) I got tired of waiting for the lady to even glance over to help me. A another lady walked up and made a comment about me being so tall and not understanding how she’s not seen me. I told the lady (customer) it’s fine I wasn’t begging anyone to take my money told her to have a good day and walked off to checkout. The lady come up behind me in line and said she walked around the counter and started yelling excuse me for service. I told her I was leaving here and driving just down the road to Lowe’s Food and boy am I glad! Talk about a deli department! I may have just found my new grocery store. Very clean and like I said, very nice selection with 6 people working and willing to accommodate my need.

Customer service manager always rude. Deli always puts containers upside down to most deli items you have to mash cupcakes or donuts to get them. Always have long lines and not enough lanes open all you hear is employees complain that their short staff and store manager isn't doing much to help it.

So disappointed with my favorite Food Lion on Dixie Drive. Cleanliness, Out of Stocks, Neatness and Customer Service standards have dropped over the last couple months. First time ever in 6 years shopping that store that shopping carts weren't available in the lobby or sidewalk area. Aisles are cluttered and over displayed. Can't move through freely to shop. Stocking is taking place with full pallets and over stacked U-boats in the aisles all hours of the day. Yes and to top it off I would have spoken to the Manager but he was outside in front of the store smoking. Merchandising for sales is one thing but doing it so sloppy and unorganized it looks like a dollar general. Sorry but with 50 years in the business, this is a red flag and you need to address it. Loyal shopper.

Went to buy some produce and the produce was actually cheaper than Wally Mart and it was much better produce the store was neat and clean how about a sandwich while I was in there as well and it tasted very good I was pleased overall with food Lion very much

Clean, and friendly, lines were longer than expected.Cashier didn't put any of my stuff in bags. Guess it was too much effort! And the items that were put in bags ripped through. Their bag is paper thin and barely holds anything. Tired of getting home and hardly making it into the house without my stuff falling through their bags. It's ridiculous that they can't afford a decent bag for groceries. May need to shop elsewhere.

Nice clean store. Employees are nice. Not easy to get in and out. There is a left turn that is difficult and a long wait. Still missing a lot on shelves. Paper products pet food extremely low with no choices. Still my favorite store as all of them are low on merchandise.

My go to grocery store. Typically very well stocked. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately I have to go there so often that some of them know me so well it's like see a friend in the dairy section or at checkout. LoL

Aside from Aldi having the worst produce, like literally rotten, moldy and mushy, Food Lion is right next to them with horrible produce. I have also found a completely intact BEE in a can of their store brand peas. Their prices are really good but as they say, you definitely get what you pay for here.

I love my Food Lion. If you're a frozen veggies person, the Food Lion brand is better than the 'Great Value' brand. By my opinion as well as just as good as most the name brands. I'm also a fan of a person to person experience. Their cashiers are always personable

Fresh produce, good sale prices and lots of buy one/get one free on good stuff! Bread is always fresh. Employees are very kind and helpful. It's a good 15 minutes from home but well worth the drive!

Today we were again overcharged on an item but this time the store manager had the nerve to outright lie to my wife.We had already checked out and as we have found we need to check our receipt before leaving looked it over. We both saw that the one item that we had bought two of was not the same price that was marked on the shelf.My wife went back to check the shelf to be sure we were right. And we were. As she went back to address the overcharge with management the manager walked back and changed the price and took a picture of the display. When my wife approached her to adjust the bill the manager told her that, no this is the price. When my wife told her that she'd witnessed her changing the price the woman held up the picture and said no, this is the price, "I changed it earlier today". An outright, bold faced lie.We USED TO spend several thousand dollars a year at Food Lion. That number is likely to change dramatically.

I'm not sure this is a fair rating because it is founded on the fact that many of the employees were wearing their masks on their chins rather than over their mouth and nose. I mean even the lady cleaning the carts had her mask down on her neck. Be that as it was, the store was clean, stocked well, and people polite.

Way better than any Walmart supercenter, better prices better stuff , and the fruits and veggies seem to last longer than Walmarts. & If you're a truck driver You can park in there parking lot and sleep & you want be Towed off like Walmart does..

Prices are pretty great, sales are really good. I love the meat section. They have these pre prepared meats, seasoned and marinated already, with cooking instructions yhat are super cool and convenient! Get the meatballs lol they're awesome. Staff is always very pleasant. I do 90% of my shopping here.

Food Lion has maintained relevance. They continually expand their organic produce, and organic shelf food as well. The service is friendly and thoughtful. And their prices are always competitive, so I know I'm in the saving zone, lol!👍😊
