Noah was an amazing employee there! He helped us so much while printing out our photos, had a lot of patience and nice attitude and helped us get it done. We are definitely coming back for our photo ID!

I'm only going here because my insurance is connected to CVS. I cannot speak for every employee but most that I have come in contact with, whether on the phone or inside the store, are rude, unprofessional, or just didn't do their job. They act like no one's medicine needs to get filled any time soon. I hope my insurance changed again so I can switch back to Walgreens. I used to go to CVS all the time but in the last 5 years I have been with Walgreens until I had to switch back. I never leave bad reviews but enough is enough.

A few days ago, I called the pharmacy to inquire how long it might take to fill my prescription. I'd already waited 3 plus hours. The pharmacist nonchalantly stated that it would be filled within the next 4 to 6 hours! Say what? He took 7 to 8 hours to fill one prescription. Certainly, the rapture could happen before these clowns could fill one prescription. Of course! I have since changed my drugstore. The new drugstore is not even open on Sunday! But I don't even care. I'm certain to get better service from one of the smaller stores. Hmmmm. I wish I could say what I really feel about this particular CVS store. You're always late and half the time to tell me. Be tomorrow before they can fill my prescription, not the date that is on the computer, the CVS app. The pharmacist must think he or she is god. They ignore both the doctor and the CVS guidelines on filling prescriptions. If the pharmacist is having a bad day, you can forget getting your prescription that day. Maybe the next day but only after 7 or 8 hours. I've actually been a customer here for maybe 10 years. This drug store has certainly got worse each year. Omg. Do not go here.

On February 14th around 5:30pm, I went to my local CVS to pick up 3 prescriptions that were prescribed to me by my doctor. When I arrived at the drive through window, I was told by the pharmacy that they only had 2 for me. I knew that I was supposed to have 3 so I asked the lady working to please check further. After a few moments go by, the lady working told me that CVS accidentally “filled” the prescription in their system so they couldn’t give it to me which was very confusing and made zero sense. She then advised me to call my insurance company to see if they could help. To make a long story short, I called BCBS (my insurance co.) BCBS called the pharmacist and the pharmacist on duty told them that they could not fix or reverse their mistake. After 3 hours on the phone practically begging for my prescription and asking them to fix it, CVS refused and said there was nothing that could be done. The next day I called again asking for them to fix it and again they told me they couldn’t. That now my only option would be to wait 30 days or pay for the prescription in full without insurance coverage which is crazy when it is the fault of CVS. Bottom line, I was only able to pick the 2 up of the 3. I will never use CVS pharmacy again for any future medications.

The worst! I went there to pick up Rx, showed the girl my insurance card, she tells a co worker I have insurance, nit sure why I am giving her a discount card. He says to me you have name brand Rx. I said, it’s my new insurance card, instead if checking, to see if information matches, because I was witched over by my insurance company, this idiot tries to input the information. Yes, of course it denies my Rx. I ask for my card back, he asks if I wanted him to find out why? No indeed, you and your co worker have no clue. Then to have the audacity to ask why I was being rude, uh, you’re stupid!

Beware of Britney....With the exception of 1 individual pharmacist named Britney, the staff at this location was friendly and helpful from my experience there this evening.I have a heart condition which is easily triggered by stress, and quite inconveniently, the drive through window happened to be closed tonight. (Odd, right?)I called the store to request additional assistance at that point, and even after explaining my condition and my inability to complete my transaction inside the store to Britney, the pharmacist who answered the phone, it didn't stop her from giving me an unnecessary attitude and hanging up on me.I called back to continue my inquiry and also inquired about why she hung up on me during the 1st phone call, and she immediately gave me an attitude again. "Hold on." Followed by "*click*" is what I heard, but apparently "come back to the window and I'll be glad to get your medicine" is what she said, according to her. I said "I didn't hear any of that, but okay, I'll be there in a few seconds", and I was only hung up on again. I feel like this somehow solidified my suspicion of how I believe my first call was ended. She didn't come to the window to assist, but had another rep to assist me. I gave them my payment card and expressed my dissatisfaction during my phone contact, and explained in more or less words that the attitude was not only totally unnecessary, but also triggering my already unpredictable condition, and that Britney should be made aware of her negative effect during this transaction. When the attendant went to process my payment and get my medication, Britney got on the com and continued with her attitude, then basically told me that I had my medication and that I could leave, but I informed here that I was still in the process of paying, and waiting for the medication and my payment card to be returned to me.I received my medication a few moments later and was able to speak with a manager about the incident, which was a succinct, pleasant, and cordial conversation.Though my experience with that 1 individual was far less-than what I would expect from someone in customer service, I did receive kind, professional, and overall good service from everyone else.I understand having off-days, but please keep in mind; you never know who you may be dealing with, or what THEY may be dealing with. 5 stars to the regular staff and to the location itself, but perhaps some professionalism or sensitivity training may be in order for the individual(s) who may need it.

I was so impressed with a young man named Luis (sp?) when I visited cvs today. He was busy stocking shelves, but had a sign of where to find him if you needed him. I did self checkout and needed assistance. He was there immediately and was so polite. I haven’t seen an employee of his caliber in this store in a long time. He’s a keeper!!!

Terrible experience with the pharmacy. Called the day before to make sure my prescription was filled for when I would come to pick it up the following evening. I was assured it would be ready. When I got to the pharmacy the following day, the prescription had not been filled… I had to wait an hour for it to be prepared because they were “so backed up.” This mistake should have been addressed immediately. Terrible customer service.

The CVS website offered appointments and drop in service for flu shots. I went to this store and asked what I needed to do, the woman at the counter said she didn't usually work in the store, but would find out. Everyone found out because when she asked the man, who was giving shots, if they were doing drop ins he loudly shouted NO.CVS needs to correct/ update their website or correct their employees. Why advertise if not available? I would not have wanted that hateful man sticking me with a needle.Later I walked in a CVS in another town, got the flu shot, as a drop in, and was in and out in 15 minutes. Interesting

As of today, Walgreens is now my pharmacy. I have used CVS in Greensboro for years, and after moving back to Asheboro in September, I transferred to this location. My daughter is a special needs child and takes several medications, so I visit the pharmacy a few times a month. It takes way too long to pick up prescriptions and the staff, overall is extremely rude and seem unconcerned about any issues you may have..my last straw was in trying to pick up a new medication for my daughter, and was told 2 different stories about why it wasn’t ready. One employee said there was an issue with their system and he would get it ready.. but when I got there I was told by another employee that it was a problem with my insurance, although CVS had sent a text stating that it would be ready in the date I was there?? The young lady seemed she couldn’t care less about my text or my prescription and basically shrugged her shoulders and said again I should call my insurance company. Funny thing, Walgreens was able to fill it in less than 1 hour. Im not sure what the problem is here, but in reading the reviews, I’m not the only unhappy customer. My experience with CVS W. Wendover in Greensboro was excellent, so I don’t think it’s CVS in general, just this location needs an overhaul or I guarantee more customers will be lost to the competitors!!! Thank you

Horrible experience with covid drive-thru testing recently. The app, awesome, easy to schedule, and they send text and emails about the visit that’s soon. Arrived the day of, after getting several emails and texts within an hour of the visit confirming same, only to learn the tech that does the testing didn’t come to work. The lady at the window was obviously ill about it too, so not her fault. After leaving (without testing), found you could still sign up for testing a few hours later at the same site! This was at noon! They never bothered taking the site appointments off or letting us know in advance. Over an hour after our appointment, we got cancelations. The Urgent Care staff said they’ve gotten a lot of people recently tell them CVS and another big name pharmacy either don’t have the tests because they run out or other excuses as of late.

This has to be the worst pharmacy in America. Pharmacists are rude and lazy. Filling a prescription is not the primary goal here. The sign says “Pharmacists who care.” Far from it. You’d think with a 1.8 rating/review, they would address this but instead, I think they are proud of it. They strive to go as low as possible. I don’t think they deserve even one star but I’ll be generous.I think CVS should investigate what is happening here. Carol is one who likes to discriminate, judge, and humiliate. She clearly hates her job and makes it her mission to give people a hard time, be rude, be disrespectful, etc. She really SHOULD NOT be in public service, nor should be a pharmacist, and should not be working with people. Period.

Beyond disappointed in the lack of respect and common courtesy from the pharmacists. I waited patiently and was blatantly ignored for 7 minutes while the pharmacists chatted amongst themselves. After their conversation they walked past me without ever acknowledging that I had been waiting. All they had to do was say "we will be with you in a moment" but I was completely ignored. No one else was in the store or in line. They had time to acknowledge me at the very least.

Wanted to leave a positive feedback for Seth at CSV Pharmacy from my visit on April 28, 2021, Seth looked and acted in the most professional manner when I dropped off my prescription and when returned a couple hours later for pick-up. I was impressed when Seth remembered and turned to get my prescription before I reached the counter, made me feel important - Great personal customer service!

Waited over an hour in the drive thru line for a covid test, only to look through the window and see nobody there. This was between 4pm and 5, my appointment was supposed to be at 4. Saw a man possibly the pharmacist wandering around inside the pharmacy but wasn't able to get his attention to ask if they were open or if the site I signed up on had made an error. Nobody else in sight. Calling the pharmacy to ask if the drive thru was even open just had me stuck on infinite hold. I have to get a test done as a requirement for school and scheduled online and got multiple texts reminding me to show up. The smaller CVS across town is much more responsive than this one but unfortunately they don't do Covid tests anymore. I can't imagine how hard getting your medication at this CVS would be. Ended up leaving without getting the test due to no response.

To the Pharmacist Casie:Your ‘leadership’ and ‘compassion’ has shown me exactly why this location has a 1.8 rating. My complaint to you fell on deaf ears and you said Amanda was not that type of person, yet her regular store comments section has complaints about her. Maybe you should rethink your opinion of the friend you defended so well. Also, the prescription that was refused me WAS ready for filling. You were looking at the wrong one. It went back into system after I was unable to pick it up because of my brother’s death. You cannot admit you made a mistake, apparently.Good job at being a company drone. To the Pharmacy TECHNICIAN Amanda who ‘helped’ at this location,Two days after the death of my 2nd brother in as many months, you messed up a prescription of mine. I went to fix the problem with no malice as these things happen. You refused to fill my pain medication for my plantar fasciitis because you were frustrated with your own incompetence. I was not upset until you began acting aggressively toward me. My attempts to de-escalate were useless.Your anger overcame you.I don’t know if you had a bad day but you were unprofessional to say the least. You carry the badge of your profession with you daily and your actions speak for the others around you.Do better. Be better.Don’t attack the people you are supposed to be helping. You shame yourself and CVS and I’m sorry I ever met you.

I went to pick up my husband’s prescriptions, they had two out of three filled. The tech told me that it was to close to closing, and the other prescription would be ready for pick up the next morning. I went to pick up the med the next morning only to be told they didn’t have a prescription for my husband! Went home called cvs and after being on hold for 12 minutes I was told his medication had been filled and was ready for pick up!! Oh did I mention all of the prescriptions were sent by the dr 4 days before I went to pick them up!?! Goodbye CVS! Hello Asheboro Drug!

The whole experience from gossiping staff- which everybody went on “hold” for a few minutes to hear it, to lack of masks, to a sarcastic pharmacy assistant brings to question their competence and care of customer health needs. Chaos. Only bright spot was a very nice/accommodating male pharmacy assistant who made the rest of them, including pharmacist, appear unprofessional. He was excellent at customer service and deserves a better place of employment and management.

If I could rate this joke-of-a-pharmacy at a negative 10, I’d do so. The pharmacists who work here seem to have no idea how to communicate with people, wrong meds, wrong doses, it’s dangerous. And no one ever calls to inform the patient if there’s a problem with your medication, you just wait days unless you go there to inquire, as if you call you’ll be on hold for an hour at least, a simple prescription takes 4-6 hours to fill, and that’s on a good day. It’s the most incompetent establishment I’ve ever had the misfortune to have had to use. There are multiple issues my family has faced with trying to get meds here over the past 2 years, so I can’t list them all. The techs are good, and actually care, but it needs to be gutted, and staffed with pharmacists who actually know what they’re doing.

No reason why you should have to wait 30 mins or more to have a prescription refilled. Sucks that this is where my son's meds for ADHD go. But it's totally inexcusable to be waiting over that long on the phone with still no answer. I would have better chances just going into the pharmacy as I live close to it but waiting for 15 mins or so to have it refilled is not what I want to do. The staff was very friendly when they answered but the wait time should not be that long. My pharmacy does not make you wait long at all which is why I use them.

I arrived at the Asheboro CVS on Saturday at 5 PM and waited at the drive thru drop off lane for several minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. I then went inside and found several customers waiting while the customer associate, Antiona, was scanning the bar codes of all the prescriptions in the bins and the pharmacist, Jennifer, running between the computer, the drive thru, and the interior customers. When I made the comment that Antiona needs to be waiting on waiting customers, Jennifer said that the scanning needs to be done by 6 PM. What? What ever happened to good old customer service. So after about 10 minutes of waiting my turn, I dropped off my prescription and attempted to give Jennifer my insurance card she told me to bring it back when I picked up the prescription. The next day I went back to the drive thru for my prescription and was told by Antiona (yes, the same customer associate) to circle for 10 minutes to wait for them to process the insurance. This the most incompetent team I have dealt with and will never return to CVS again. I prefer to take my business to Zoo City Drug. They are much more customer centric.

The store is good, but the Pharmacy has declined significantly in the few months. I don’t know if they have lost staff, or downsized in the Pharmacy, but they are not timely in their service. It’s 7:30, and I’m currently waiting to pick up my prescriptions that I dropped off at 1:30, and was told they would be ready at 4:00. This is my 3rd trip out to pick these up. The medicine is for pneumonia, so this is the 2nd time I have gotten out of bed to come out here. Other family members have had the same experience recently, waiting in line for 2 hours for prescriptions. The management of this store needs to determine what they can do to be more efficient.

Do NOT come here if you need a PCR test for travel. I scheduled two PCR tests on a Saturday and Sunday at this location. I wanted to have a backup PCR test on Saturday just in case the one Sunday didn't get back to me in time. CVS canceled both appointments on me the day of because the technician doing the tests did not show up! You're also not able to go to a different CVS with that appointment time because the appointments are for each individual CVS location. I was miraculously able to schedule one in Randleman; otherwise, my travel plans (to the destination where I currently work) would have been in jeopardy. Reading past reviews, I see that this has been a reoccurring issue. This CVS needs to fix this immediately as this is not okay for people that need a PCR test for travel.

Trying to schedule COVID testing to meet business travel requirement is challenging, have to calculate and plan well to make sure the result will come back on time before I board the plane. I made the reservation, arrived 15min early as instructed. Pulled up in the drive thru, staff told me the person performing COVID testing was not here, told me to come back later but can’t tell me what did he mean by later “just later” “30min is also later” “oh no at least an hour” “you don’t know when she will be here” “no, just come back later”. So...why we need appointment? I don’t mind last minute notice of changing appointment time, but you can’t even tell me when to come back? I think CVS pharmacy staff think the whole world work around their schedule. I made an appointment with Walgreens immediately. This CVS wastes my time.

Dropped off three prescriptions at 2pm and was told it would be ready in two hours, at 5:30???At 6:40pm if wasn't even in their system. Luckily Zoo City Pharmacy managed to fill the prescriptions in ten minutes. They are where you'll find your five star pharmacy.

The pharmacy is completely incompetent, they went from outstanding to rude and disorganized. Corporate would benefit from visiting this branch and comparing it to N Fayetteville. Julie was and outstanding pharmacist but lumbered with idiots. She has now left and only the idiots remain. Walgreens and Zoo City you have gained another new customer. To CVS , I remained loyal for over 10 years since well before Bruce had his stroke and retired. He and Julie were outstanding as was their staff. I hung in there now for years in the misguided belief things would return to the normal outstanding service but I was a fool.

Absolutely ZERO stars. Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever visited. Tells a customer (me) come back in 2 hours to pick up my prescription and when you show up in 1 1/2 later and there completely shut down. The WORST staff, WORST customer service, and by FAR the WORST CVS I have ever been to. Never again!!!!

Very rude manager. Had an interview at 1 went into the store at 12:59 and was accused of being late. Then accused of taking a phone call which was my mother and could have been an emergency. I've also had problems filling out prescriptions at this location in the past. I like tho Fayetteville location much better very cooperative and cleaner looking interior.

They do not fill your meds on time, if it a refil, even in stock it takes 2-3 days pastthe date they where supposed to fill it. So if its a med that's life saving good luck! To get to your meds here at this place.... Its a JOKE you wait in the drive through forever and if you go inside. Expect to spend 20mins+ here just to try get your meds IF they actually have them ready. Worst CVS i have even been to.
