Took my little one there for the second time today but this was his first big haircut and I love his hair cut. I think they done a awesome job with him and I felt very welcoming since the first time I called them.

Animal House was a good place to take my animals to but recently they have been very selective to who and what breed they choose to groom. They recently left me a voicemail after being a customer for over 25 years and let me know that they would not be cutting my dogs anymore due to multiple no shows which has never been the case. They had a difficult time getting in touch with me because of my voicemail being full but my appointment was canceled the day before that does not constitute a no show. I have even took my dogs on a Saturday before because the owners daughter needed money and asked for cash payment. I do not appreciate this kind of service especially after my years of dedication to them and referral's I have given them. No more!! Be aware !!In addition to the owners review, I have always shown for an appointment. Regardless of what you say. It’s too hard to get an appointment to not show. And talk about being rude and disrespectful to have someone care for your fur babies as long and I have with Animal House, Veronica to get a message is very disrespectful you could have just called me personally. And I was blatantly told that Brittany needed the money from Shelia so she would cut my dogs on Saturday to get them in sooner. And also told to bring cash. It’s ok I’m done with this business you will run yourself into the ground.

I have taken my Dachshund Rosie here a few times to get her nails done and they have always done a great job. Today there was a man there talking to the woman who was doing her nails and I could tell Rosie was getting agitated, because from where I was sitting I could see her chattering her teeth. I don't know who the man was, but I saw him lightly push her and she lightly fell on her left side. She is a 14 1/2 year old, 9lb dachshund with a bad back who now is having to drag her backg legs and take Gabapentin again. Today was not a good experience for either of us.

Friendly, professional people. I called and was able to get a same day appointment. The woman who serviced my dog was amazing and gentle. I advised Braxton bites and he might need a muzzle but she had no problem with him! He came out happy and not stressed like he has been at other places. We will definitely come back.

This place is managed by the owner and she does things her way which is her prerogative. For instance it's all cash.It's hard to get a quick appointment. Most appointments are weeks ahead and you need to be specific about what service you have because she will not allow you extra services you did not order because they have scheduled their time very tightly.Their work is very good. We have never had any issues with services provided.

They are kind, they make sure their pet customers are taken care of, even call and check on them. I love their prices, and I am always surprised when I pick my baby up, because they do such an amazing job on cuts. His nails are great too. And he smells great. Thank you animal house. Great place!! I have been taking my two-year-old basset there to have her toenails trimmed for a year. She has a bad foot and they make sure everytime that everything is completely safe with her before dealing with her.The entire staff is super friendly and does an awesome job to make the dogs part of their family.One of the keys is that the facility is clean and well maintained.My mom has taken her cocker spaniel for haircuts there for 10 years and they do a great job. Keep up the great work.

They did a great job with my Pomeranian. He does not like being washed, brushed, and having his nails clipped and they did so good with him. He was so happy to be groomed!!

We take our miniature poodles to get groomed and it can be difficult to groom these dogs if you don’t know what you’re doing. This place has ALWAYS done a fantastic job! I read some of the bad reviews on here (which are few) and they seem silly. This place is great. I love it.

We took our Pollyanna to Animal house for the first time today. We’ve taken her to other places before who do an okay job. Animal House is on another level. Our dog looks like a brand new puppy. I am in utter shock at the excellent work that they did. We will only use Animal House in the future.

I took my 4 year old American bulldog here I dropped him off at 11am and went back to pick him up at 4 and he was not done. He had not even been touched and when I asked why the lady told me that it was because he was biting at them. I have had this dog for 4 years and NEVER has he bit ANYONE!!!!! I have taken him to many other groomers who has never had a problem with him. This place is for wanna be groomers NOT real groomers if you want a REAL groom take them some place else!!!!!

As good a haircut as my dog has had. He looks as good as I have seen him in a long time. The price was within reason and exactly what was quoted, and he was groomed in a timely manner. I have found a new groomer.

Took my baby there to get her nails cut. My husband and I waited while the owner cut her nails. She clip one of her nails in the quick. She had to put some powder on the nail to stop the pain. My husband held her so she could finish. I'm glad we stayed. I did not like hearing my baby cry in pain. Paid full price. We will go somewhere esle.

This place has been taking care of my 2 yr old Rottweiler since she was 6 months old. They know her by name and my girl loves seeing everybody who works there.they love animals there and they make sure Ur pets are took care of and loved on while there.wouldn't take my Daughter no were else but there.great prices to.

Animal House is fantastic. I've been taking all of my dogs there for years and wouldn't think of taking them anywhere else. They do a fantastic job grooming and bathing my dogs and will even dip them for fleas. I would recommend animal house to anyone.
