I would like it to be 4.1 Stars. It's like every store that pops up . They seem to be the best thing around and then after a while you can't tell Them from all the others. If You don't shop early then all the produce is gone. A lot of restaurateurs and Hispanics clean up on these items. I didn't go in any Aldi's for almost 3 years. I used to go early when I could and hit the clearance. Had some really great deals. Haven't seen a decent deal in years. I recently began to go back some. There are some very good items in here that are comparable to the Name Brands for about 25 to 50 percent less. Cheese and milk, dairy , luncheon meat, etc,, are a good savings. The Brioche Bread is outstanding and cost as much as a regular premium loaf of bread anywhere else. If you go in here and know Your Numbers, there are some savings to be had. When You get done here go across the street to Food Lion and finish out your shopping list by buying Their sales and You can honestly save 40 to 50 percent overall. But You have to be willing to put in the effort. I work to hard to just throw My Money away, how bout You ?Mikey Out. Oooooh Yeah!!!!

With Lidl gone from our area, have started to go back to Aldi. Discovered their corn dip which is great. Always get their cranberry almond chicken salad .

I like to shop at the store but it is not always well stocked or organized. Up and down so management needs to stabilize the condition and make it a good shopping experience everyday not just hit and miss.

If you asked me a year + ago I would give this place 5 stars. But I have started to noticed that especially after they put in those self checkouts, the employees have slacked off extremely with the up keep of the store. 7 out of 10 times when I go in there the produce is bare and doesn't look fresh, the store is also not clean. [You got to go thru the produce and pick thru the moldy ones to hopefully find one that looks okay.] By all means I am not complaining or disliking the self checkouts as I am all for those (I prefer those) but I feel like that they let go most of their staff since they only need one person around to tend to the customers who wait around at the one employee check out lane for an employee to finally come up there to assist the customer. It used to be that you would see several employees throughout the store working. Now you might possibly see only one.

There are things about Aldi's I like and things I don't. I like the bare bones and cheaper prices. Bring your own bag,? No problem. We as Americans waste too much. We seem to be adopting the Chinese idea of buy it break it and buy a new one. Repeat often. Those cheap things we buy come at a huge cost. We used to make things . Now we are consumers in every sense of the word. Lied to by our government and used as batteries by those in power to fund their lifestyles and ambitions. They will squeeze even harder before it's over. China is getting greater because now they are the makers and sellers while we buy the poorly made things they produce so they can use the money to try and destabilize our economy. We try to bully other countries and spend too much for things that aren't our concerns . Ukraine is a prime example. I would push a button and destroy the entire country for 2 dollar a gallon gas and a dollar more an hour. I get by barely and I work entirely too much for MY people. Until they are taken care of the others will have to take care of themselves. So you go Aldi's. But try to work on selection and customer relations. I will pince my dollars and I appreciate you trying to help. Remember America don't be consumer be a maker. Creation is the true gift .

Good selection of products. Prices have increased and are almost the same or more than name brand items. Self checkouts have been added which made the checkout process faster. Still huge lines for the single cashier that was working. Crowded inside and people standing around not moving for customers trying to access products.

I love this store. The best thing about this location is there aren't solicitors of any kind out front. I drive further away from my house because I don't like being bombarded with people asking for money. It makes me feel unsafe, and thankfully I haven't ever had that happen at the Asheboro location. We shop here weekly, or more, for a family of 5! Total money saver!!

Our Aldi experience has always been positive and this was much the same. Unfortunately, we were there late in the afternoon and some of the items were no longer available. I never give a business 5 stars as there's always room for improvement, no matter what!

I wish they sold few more name brands ,although there's many more then use to be in there.Prices have went up some ,as all grocery chains but can get some cheaper brands that actually taste good.Obviously it won't taste exactly the same but some of their cheaper products are good .Most of their cashier's scanning are very rude but prices are good 👍

I gave a 3 star review a few months back on this particular Aldi in Asheboro, NC. Things have really changed in 3 months! This time the store was every bit as up to date and with great items and friendly service to boot. Veggies and fruit were top notch and well taken care of. Everything was every bit as good if not better than any of the leading grocery stores in the area. ...and prices are better than any of the other stores hands down! We will be shopping here routinely.

This Aldi store is kept clean and as well stocked as possible! There is always a crowd when I go during the week and the weekend because of their weekly sales AND instore sales! I am always amazed at how little I pay for having a cart full of groceries, home goods, furniture etc. I love shopping at Aldi also because the cashiers are so helpful and very nice!

Convenient access from both E. Dixie Dr and Hwy 42. Remodeled within the last year. Usually a busy place. Shelves and bins stocked neatly. Decent selection of organic and gluten free. Clerks dressed in clean uniforms, are polite, and convey earnestness about their work. Bathrooms clean and accessible. Store, sidewalks, and parking lot handicap accessible. Fantastic prices!

Lately, the store seems in need of some organization. Maybe they're short-staffed. I know a lot of businesses took a hit in 2020.Other than slightly messy and disorganized aisles, I love shopping at Aldi. I like that there are things here that you can't find anywhere else. If you get a chance to try the buffalo chicken pizza in the frozen foods, you won't be sorry. Veggies and fruits are always fresh. Prices are unbeatable.Staff is friendly and helpful.

It was very dirty there today. Prices weren't ringing up but they should have been. And a lot of things were expired. Not sure what's going on it's always been a great place to go. I have gone to other all these and they were fantastically clean and organized. Why Can't This Place be that way?

The store manager is a terrible boss and an even worse cashier, zero personality and very short with customers and staff. The customers are constantly rushed due to a ring speed employees are forced to meet, most customers being elderly. I worked here, but I'm thankful I don't anymore. Would not recommend this location to work or shop in. Most of the crew is awesome, but under stressful conditions they can be moody as well.

Aldi's always has the best quality of food for great prices but some of the employees need people skills. Some of the cashiers are just plan rude. Especially during these unprecedented times. I have a senior citizen friend who was very upset about the way she was treated in the line. Also I wish they would be more careful with fragile items such as eggs etc.

Much nicer since it expanded. Great selection on organic items for great prices. Sales offer even greater savings. Produce at this location can be a hit or miss, best to come when the trucks first drop it off as it tends to spoil quickly.

Remodelled and is quite nice. Good selection of fresh vegetables, including organic. Also a nice selection of cheeses, especially this time of year. Prices are consistently good. I enjoy the seasonal aisles as they change frequently and it is fun to see new items. For example in the last year I bought a storage unit with doors and shelves, some tools, craft boxes, silicone kitchen utensils and pans to name a few. As they change frequently you may not find them again, so dont wait to buy something you like in that section. I have liked my purchases except for store brand salad dressings. Selection overall has improved a lot in past year, but still for specific things on your list you may need a larger store, but they usually have some lesser used items like canned artichoke hearts. Today I noticed a large cheesecake tray with multiple flavors, so tempting for $8.99!

My first visit here. Store seems disorganized, I had difficulty finding things. It's an interesting store with good prices for the most part. Quite a few items I was looking for were out of stock or they didn't carry. I've never been anywhere that you had to pay for your shopping cart (even though your money is returned when you return your cart)! Takes some time getting used to the check out system and packing your own groceries.

Cheap stuff would of paid $100+ any where else and only paid $45 and some change but wish they had better selection of fresh meat and hot dogs and had better chili but all in all we saved 60% of our cash spent today

Clean. Variety of foods; store brand foods are great. No store employees pushing you out of the way to restock. Fresh fruits and veggies. A lot of the fresh are meats vacuum packed, and will store in the fridge longer. Love this store!
