Excellent quality and fit! Customer service and attention to details are also incredible!We just received our fully-customized martingale collar, and we are ABSOLUTELY AMAZED at the speed at which the collar arrived, as well as the quality and care of the collar. It is more beautiful than it looked online while I was choosing the options! Although I purchased directly from their website (because I needed an extra-large size not available here. Almost forgot to mention one of the most important details!! -- the communication was insanely fast -- an email upon receipt of order; "A PERSONALIZED VIDEO" directly to me (in my name) thanking me and explaining that the collar was on its way; then, the packaging was so thoughtful and personal!The collar was purchased for my son’s service dog to meet requirements for an upcoming exam...we just love it! Thank you again for such a lovely, handmade collar!

I just purchased a collar for my dog from If It Barks because I loved the idea of engraving his identification on the collar buckle. It was everything I hoped for, and more! The stainless steel buckle is sturdy and the collar is well-made. I also loved the special "made with love" note inside the envelope. Nice little extra touch!

Buyer beware. This company does not abide in good faith, nor does it abide by the common policies in the market place. Due to defects in the collars, I returned them. I was told they were perfectly fine so they not only didn’t refund my return shipping, they charged me for shipping costs when I originally ordered the collars even though it said FREE SHIPPING. Who does that??? Who charges you a fee for their “free shipping “ when you make a return. Pretty shifty and spiteful on their part. I won’t be doing business with them and will make sure this story gets shared to all my followers.
