Our puppy visited Camp Bow Wow yesterday for the first time and truly loved it! The staff is amazing! I worked with Brittany to schedule our puppy’s interview and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She greeted our puppy warmly and answered all of my questions. She also went above and beyond by helping me get our pup safely to the car since I also had my toddler with me at pickup. It’s clear that Brittany loves her job and you can tell she loves the pups! Our puppy will definitely be back to play with her friends soon!!

Camp Bow Wow is the BEST of the best when it comes to dog boarding! We have been using them for a few years now, and I know we can always rest easy knowing our babies are being spoiled and loved when we travel. We rarely go out of town (I'd say we maybe board our dogs 2-3 times per year), but it is ALWAYS an amazing experience for us when we do.Brittany is especially AMAZING! Any time I would call to book a reservation, before I even said who my dogs were Brittany would recognize my voice and say, "Is this Sasha and Bo?!" with such enthusiasm and excitement. It wouldn't matter if it had been over six months since our last stay...she ALWAYS remembered who we were and gives us the VIP treatment! Something tells me that she treats all of the clients that way, and it is just beyond impressive!We had a 14 year old terrier mix that isn't particularly social and had a tough time around new spaces and people. Brittany ALWAYS made her feel absolutely adored and pampered. For her to go out of her way and love on our girl in an extra special way (when she wasn't the warmest of dogs) just melted my heart so much and made us beyond grateful every time. Sasha has since passed away, but it was always so reassuring to know she was in such great hands when we did travel out of town.Even when we don't travel, we frequently use Camp Bow Wow for just a day visit spa day where they get a bath and nails trimmed too. Everyone there is absolutely wonderful and they have the cleanest, most organized, and most well run facility I've ever seen. I am always so impressed and amazed with the five star service. The fact that they have cameras you can view in their app while you're away is just the cherry on top! What a special treat to be able to check in on our pups while we're away. Everything is just top notch there!What's even more amazing is how much this business does for the rescue community. We foster for three different local rescues, and we found out about Rusty's Legacy through Camp Bow Wow (who we now foster and volunteer for). Camp Bow Wow ALWAYS steps up so much to foster, train, and love dogs in dire need of a place to stay until they get adopted. I am just beyond thankful for everything they do!We now have a new puppy and I'm excited for her to love Camp Bow Wow as much as our other dogs have always done. Thank you for everything Camp Bow Wow!

We absolutely love bringing our dog to Camp Bow Wow S. Asheville! Everyone is super friendly and Brittany does a great job making sure Blue get’s everything he needs ++ she goes above and beyond to make sure he gets pictures with his friends! :)Highly recommend!

Brittany & Brandon were phenomenal! We saw them out w/ 2 pups & fell in love w/ Delilah! We took her home that day & they were able to set out some supplies for us to pick up on our way home. Delilah loves her new brother Hercules & her new home!

I’ve taken my dog here numerous times for overnight boarding. He seems to have a great time because he’s always exhausted and sleeping the entire next day. They also always seem to be really nice to him. I’ll also occasionally do some “add ons” like nail trims and teeth brushing and they always do it. Highly recommend!

It has been very stressful to find the right fit for my new rescue dog. Brittany was reassuring and informative from the beginning, and the screens to watch on camera felt reassuring. I got very emotional in the beginning and Brittany again was positive & encouraging. Tonight I feel reassured for the first time in 6 months that my rescue dog may be able to learn to make new 4 legged friends and play safely among other pups!

My dogs had an absolute blast at Camp Bow Wow! They came back home with the biggest smiles on their faces. However, I'm not entirely sure about the water situation there, as they did seem a tad thirsty when they returned.

Camp Bow Wow S. Asheville has been the second home and day care for our “children” many years. I can not say enough wonderful things about the staff there. We absolutely love them all but Brittany has been special to us for a long time. She is always at the desk with a smile on her face ready to help with our lively Jack Russells. We are so thankful for the association we have. It is a true peace of mind to leave our fur babies there and enjoy a little time for ourselves. Thank you everyone!!!

Camp bow wow is the BEST place to board your dogs or take them for camp! My boys used to go every week and the employees looked after them like their own pets! Brittany always answered my question no matter how annoying they were! My boys just adore everyone at camp!

Great boarding facility! Our German Shepard is an escape artist, but camp bow wow is secure, and the walls are way too high to jump over, which lets us board her with peace of mind. The cameras are great for checking in, and all of the staff know her name! Definitely our go-to daycare and boarding facility! :)

Avery, Brittany and all of the Camp Bow Wow staff are amazing! We are so blessed to be a part of the Camp Bow Wow community. We are so thankful to have found a place that loves & can handle our wild & crazy bird dog. Toby loves going to “play play” (daycare) and has a blast when boarded. The staff are always willing to accommodate us no matter what the need is relating to boarding. This place is awesome! We highly recommend using Camp Bow Wow.

My dog is always so excited to arrive at Camp, and the friendly folks working there know my dog by name. They seem to really care and pay close attention to the well-being of their campers. I appreciate that there is always someone in the same area as the dogs and I love checking in on my pup and watching her play via the camper cams.

My Sasha has been going to Camp Bow since she was old enough to go..and she is now five!..They take extremely great care of her..We board her on a regular basis and I never have to worry about her care..Brittney has cared for Sasha the entire time, and I am truly grateful for her!..I wouldn't trust anyone else!

Called to see if my dog could spend a day at daycare, spoke with Brittany, and she asked me if I am from the local area, and I said "no, we are visiting", she comes back with "we are completely booked for the week." What does me being local have anything to do with my dog being able to go to daycare? Not a good look.

We love camp bow wow, but more importantly Dottie (our dog) loves it!! She’s pretty nervous around new people, but they all make her feel so comfortable there, especially Brittany when she greets her at the desk! They staff is so friendly, kind, great with the pups! The cameras are great to check in when you’re out of town. We love it!

Camp bow wow is awesome! They have taken such great care of our dogs over the years and I couldn’t thank them enough for creating such a fun and safe environment for our dogs. Our Stella goes to Camp Bow Wow for boarding (recently for 8 days!) and at least 2 days a week for daycare. She now recognizes our routine on “play days” and comes out of bed so excited on those mornings. When we pull in the parking lot, she is running around the back seat, yelping to get out and go in. All of the staff are wonderful with her and she loves them. BRITTANY is exceptional and I truly adore her!!

After a year of bringing my dog, Truffle, here 2-3x a week I am appalled at the lack of responsibility and customer service displayed by this facility. Last month Truffle was bitten in the face by another dog. My daughter picked her up and didn’t get much info on what happened. I called the next day and spoke with the owner, Avery, who had no knowledge of the incident. She assured me she’d find out and call me back. The vet bill came to $150 and we went home with antibiotics. That night her eyes swelled shut and her face was 2x it’s notmal size. Another trip to the vet, a diagnosis of cellulitis, and a new antibiotic range up at another $50. I took pictures and sent emails to Camp Bow Wow and never received a response back. No call back, nothing. The lack of response or concern is disgusting. I still don’t know what happened or why. Needless to say Truffle hasn’t been back nor will she, and this place will not be recommended.Edit: In response to the reply below. There was never a conversation regarding seeing video footage, there was in fact an incident that was never documented, and I have not received any emails from you beyond confirming a boarding appointment in Feb. It has been a month since Truffle was bitten with zero contact from you. Now within an hour of posting this review there is a reply, which by the way, is full of lies.

We have been bringing our four year old Border Collie to Camp Bow Wow since she was around 6 months old or so. She burns a lot of energy, has so much fun playing with the other dogs and is so well cared for by all of the caring staff. Brittany, whether we’re dropping Vanna off or picking her up is always fast and friendly. We feel so lucky to have Camp Bob Wow in our lives!

We’ve taken our dog, Doc, to Camp Bow Wow since we moved to Asheville a few years ago and they’ve always been so great. Doc comes home tired from playing and all of the staff are so friendly. We recently had to board him shortly after a health issue where he needed follow up labs while boarding; Brittany was so helpful in making sure Doc could get to his vet for labs and also communicated with me once he was safely back at camp. We live in Haywood County now but still make the drive for Doc to attend Camp Bow Wow!

This place is wonderful!..Mr D ..aka Domino,had a blast with his pack..watching him on the monitor was such a treat.The staff is genuine and dedicated to what they do.Molly gave her time and efforts to help me with the navigation of the App..which this 70 yr old senior had no idea on how or what ..great professor with much patience!.Thank you! Molly!It is amazing to see all the variety of doggies so happy to be in the flow of the pack.
