Yesterday night 11/27 I had the worst experience at this store. As a retail HR we are at the most busiest time of the year. I was in the store nearly too closing time. Looking at the last few items before checking out. When the Latino guy at the floor told me” aver si maniana Viene mas Temprano” translating to tomorrow come in earlier. In a rude way. A simple were closing soon. Did you need help ?would have been sufficient for me to leave I still had 10 minutes until 8 too quickly look and purchase my items. As much as you want to run out the door at your scheduled time in retail world now November approaching December it’s busy! So someone explain the employee to treat the guests better and not to be rude. Trust me I’m in retail so yes if I could have came and shopped earlier I would have.

I’ve come here multiple times & this location is truly a junk store. Walmart & discount store brands in mediocre condition. Nothing is organized by size which makes it very difficult to shop. Even if they have a decent brand or item they’ve marked it up & called it willows boutique. Won’t come here anymore.

They continue to serve the best food ever! And it seems you can have breakfast all day as well! I've not eaten their breakfast but I've heard it's great also! The owner and his family work there and have phenomenal customer service towards everyone they've encountered in my presence! Of course, don't come across with a nasty attitude and you won't get one in return!

The cashier was giving us a murderer look , shoving pass my wife , ignoring questions, avoiding even looking at us ,if you're a manager you would know this will destroy customer trust which in our case it did

Large and varied selection of clothing, furniture and odds + ends for the home. Prices beat every other store except for MAYBE another thrift shop Im very enthusiastic about the deals I get when shopping here and definitely take any and all chances to go here whenever in the area.the employees have always been supet helpful and friendly to me. Goodwill provides an amazing service to the community and I',m looking forward to the next opportunity to shop here again.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill, but now when I go in clothing items are tagged for $20-30! Some of this is Walmart clothes tagged at these prices. Not sure what happened recently, but it really is a shame. Nobody should ever go into a thrift store and pay $30 for a donated shirt.

I had no problems with this location. The items here aren't any more pricier than other local locations! They have a huge selection of clothes and, if you go at the right time, you can pick up some shoes in excellent condition. They didn't have many books and most of the housewares and decor were jumbled up in disorganized piles, but other than that I have no complaints!

More deals for everyone, nice items here folks they will not sell junk.I go every chance I can.The people that work there are helpful and friendly. You should go shopping you would be surprised at what they sell.Located hwy.311 that turns into South Maine.

I Love shopping at Goodwill, but this store in Archdale is a complete mess instead of keep putting stuff on top of stuff they really need to clean Im going to post pics I got on todays visit to social media I dont think they need anymore donations until they can get rid of whats here Ive been here 3x in past month and still see same stuff just stuff paled on top

I came in a few days ago and bought a ps2 slim and the cashier assured me that if it didnt work that I would get a full refund. So of course there were issues with it even though she promised it was "tested". The day I tried to return it, literally two days after I bought it, another cashier said they couldnt give me my money back and only did store credit.Dont let them lie to you too

I have had more negative things with goodwill then positive. I think dogs should be aloud because how do they know stuff they have hasn't been owed on or been in a home with pets. I've been in goodwill plenty of times and they have rugs especially that smell like pee. Also, if you once worked at a goodwill, but no longer do, don't act like you run one.

I saved more money getting scrubs here than I did at the goodwill in randleman. I spent less then 20 dollars for 7 scrub shirts n probably 30 in randleman. If you need scrubs for work just go here.

HAS MOVED TO 11316 N Main St, Archdale, NC 27263 on the corner of North Main and Hwy 62/Trindale rd. Would be nice if Google Maps were to make this correction.New and better digs

I loved shopping at the old Archdale location, this new store looks like the dumped all the houseware stuff off a truck. Very disappointing.

This particular Goodwill had a man convicted of child pornography as MANAGER until he was caught AGAIN for the second thing (Robert Able) they sell everything good online and keep junk at the store that is used for a donation center.
