Sheetz in Archdale, NC is a great location to charge my Tesla! The charge rate is over 700 miles per hour which is top of the line. Of course it varies as to how full the location is, but there were 2 other vehicles charging nearby when I was there.

I got to give Sheetz credit, it's my favorite gas station. Feels like a strange distinction but definitely true. The gas is about the same as any other spot but this place is clean and it's pretty much the only gas station I'll order food from. Much stronger menu than any other place you can curl up. If you're nearby, definitely check them out.

Went to Sheetz earlier in my road trip, this one wasn’t as nice as others: some mud on the floor of the bathrooms and a little stinky. One friend got a smoothie (strawberry lemonade), described it as very sugary, very tart, very delicious. Overall, acceptable.Did notice they had buffalo flavored hard boiled eggs; they were orange lol that’s new!

Went in for 3 things: a car wash, a couple of hot dogs, and a sweet tea.Sweet tea wasn't sweet.Hot dogs were bad, buns were dry and stale and the dogs were overcooked and mushy.Car wash was out of service.Congratulations on screwing up everything, I guess.

WOW.... we decided to get coffee and donuts this morning and thought we should go to sheetz. This was worth it. The store was clean and organized. We got the donuts and coffee and the guy at the counter ( Tony) only charged us for the donuts. 🤗 i mean what else could we have asked for. He made our day by giving great customer service and a discount.Thanks TONY!!!!

How many times can someone mess up a drink? We've ordered from here the past few weeks, everytime my boyfriends drink has been wrong. They never put in the brownies or oreos, or they will put such a small amount that it's not noticeable. That's not worth 1.00 each. Not only that, but today, we ordered through curbside and waited almost 20 minutes for them to come outside with the food. It was four items. Not only that, but my boyfriend went inside to see what was going on, and the girl with the food went outside, barely looked around and then went back in. Having worked fast food, I get its difficult, but that does not mean to slack off. Here they are paid more than most fast food workers around the area. Also, paying .50 for syrup to be put on the side isn't really nice either. As I tried to make a breakfast sandwich similar to one at Wendy's. Didn't get the chance to put bacon on it because it was 5.59 without bacon. How do you make a regular thing of chicken somewhat spicy??? It's not meant to be spicy, that was the normal. We'll just wait until dunkins opens up to go there. And one more thing. Why is it 2.69 for the mini hashbrowns. We only got four in there in TOTAL.... not worth the money at all.Editing this to say, their night shift is honestly great. Super sweet and nice. The ones who have messed up everytime are the ones during day and evening shifts.

Do not go inside and used a debt card or credit card to pay for gas. They don't refund you the difference. I have lost out on money for a while and didn't realize it until the other day. Then I went back and realized my gas amount was $50 everytime I've paid for gas. This last time it only took $34 and I never got the difference back. And the pump don't give you a receipt to show you how much you actually used. Most gas stations automatically refund you the difference but sheetz dont.

Your basic sheetz with good food, good service, but the upgrade of the coke freestyle machines... though only one of them worked while we were there. This sheetz has clean bathrooms and friendly service as well.

Typically not a bad place, but their food service is making me not want to go there anymore. I typically get a cappuccino and a bagel with cream cheese. The coffee isnt usually filled up to the full cup, and the bagels are usually hard, with little to almost no cream cheese so I’m just eating plain old bread at that point. Very much not worth the 10 dollars I have to pay for the things. Do better sheet.

Very disappointed in the food… we live in Burlington near 4 locations and routinely stop for late night food and have never had an issue at any of them. Stopped at the Sheetz in Archdale last night on our way home from a trip (around 11:30) and they were not very busy but only had 2 employees in the entire store. The one making the food was obviously struggling - my husband’s order took almost 10 minutes and he forgot the mozzarella sticks so we had to wait another few minutes for them. We ate the food after leaving and his hot dogs were cold, the pretzel was not soft, and the employee forgot the marinara for the sticks. My sister’s burrito took almost 20 minutes and ended up having cheese in it after she ordered it without, so she wasn’t able to eat it (she’s vegan). Will not stop here again!

THE COOKS CONSTANTLY MAKE THE FOOD WRONG FOR DOORDASH AND THEN SAY ITS NOT THERE PROBLEM THE CRYSTAL METH ADDICTED COOKS CANT READ DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. AND THE MANAGER HANGS UP ON YOU WHEN YOU COMPLAIN.

We stopped here today for $2.99 today and were suprised at the price point we had to stop. This Sheetz is easy to get on and off interestate 85 with minimal lights and traffic. We don't have a Tesla e vehicle but noticed multiple charging stations at this gas station. I didn't know how long they have been there but seemed newer so if you have a Tesla and are looking to recharge this is a good spot. Good coffee inside too if you are looking for fresh MTO which individual coffee that will grind and brew the beans for your cup.

Stopped for Tesla charge-up. Standard fare for Sheetz, but extra points for friendly staff and well made specialty coffees. I really liked the convenience of the kiosks for made to order items, including coffees. Found the storefront relatively clean and bathroom a little less so, but no points off given the large amount of foot traffic just while I was there.

Always stop by to charge my Tesla often and I enjoyed the convenience of ordering food inside. I enjoyed a specialty drink with two hotdogs for such a great price. Definitely was clean inside and the restroom was also fully stocked and clean.

Boyfriend went to grab a quick lunch during his work break and a couple hours after eating has gotten extreme sharp stomach pain, headaches and has been vomiting, this is common signs of food poisoning and action needs to be taken to maintain a cleaner environment for preparing food.

I thought I'd give the coffee another chance because it became the worst coffee in history since they put the automated coffee makers in. Tonight the update is...its still the worst coffee in history. Literally has to be 95% water and 5% coffee. They were also out of all additional things like French vanilla, sweet cream or anything else you may want to add.

It's a good gas station, but it would be great to have some more pumps, always have to wait in line to get gas. Typical service center foods. Prices are as expected for these stores. Restroom is always clean and well stocked, a welcome stop on a long road trip.

This gas station has constant issues with the fuel pumps. Payment system at the pump, not working. I have sent multiple complaints to sheets. There is no customer service response. This location has been there long enough. They should replace the payment systems at the pump. You play Wack-A-Mole to figure out if a pump that works. Or more like Gambling…pull the handle and you get Lemons.

I just got a spring chicken flatbread sandwich there which I have gotten before. This time was horrible. My flatbed was completely frozen and filled with chicken, onions, cheese and lettuce. You know the person filling it and folding it over felt it was still 95% frozen. No sense in this. This is my last food from Sheetz. The sandwich is supposed to be hot so how can the person bagging it feel it was ice cold. They were not busy. Only one other person waiting and 3 people working behind counter so no help is no excuse

Supervisor Cal has a major attitude problem and was getting into it with an employee that originally came to the register to check me out. I asked Cal after he checked me out (on two different transactions for some reason) for the receipts only to find out that he charged me twice for something, but somehow that’s my fault? I get it, mistakes happen but that’s not a reason to take it out on a customer. I’m a fan of sheetz, but this was disappointing.

I stepped out of my car into a gas spill today sliding around in it. It ruined my car mats & my shoes. I called the supervisor to make her aware of the spill before someone got hurt. She said no one else complained & she was unaware didn't seem to mind the issue. I'm furious that the pumps are not better maintained.

Really immature young women work here and can't keep quiet, its been that way for awhile. Gives it a low class vibe. I take my business somewhere else when I can although this is in route.
