I just had one of my cats neutered there today. Super friendly staff, short wait time, incredible service, and wonderful price! This was my first interaction with them and it was superb. The staff keep their promises and have great communication as well! Thank you so much for what each of you do there to support the fur babies! 100% satisfied!

I'm just gonna be honest, in all my days of dealing with cats and dogs. I have never been to a better place. The staff.. ..There are no words to describe their kindness and understanding. The staff and Dr. have been there for me in all kinds of emergencies and last minute situations. If only could win the lottery, I would build them the biggest facility, so they could get 3x more people in..We love you guys,my pets love you ..Stay awesome.

I used this placed to put my cat down as much as I hated to do so.We had an appointment set up. We walked in and checked in. Waited for maybe 2 mins and they then took us to a room where we were alone with him.Shortly after they greeted us and gave us the rundown of how it was going to go down.Long story short, very nice people. They even took the time to print his paws on a notecard for me!Would definitely recommend if you are having to do the same thing.Thank you for a smooth send off of my cat Milo.He will be missed!

my cat was given her overdue rabies shot here. My experience was amazing, in and out in less than five minutes for a walk in! Get out of town. Love this clinic, worth the drive!

This place is the best! They are SO kind and friendly. One of my dogs is reactive and they handle him so wonderfully. They always answer the phone in a timely manner and are extremely courteous when you book an appointment. They also send out reminders which is really helpful. The affordability is a huge factor too! So thankful that my animals have access to this great resource in our community!

I drive an hour and 15 minutes to Paws and Claws Affordable Veterinary Clinic, and it is worth every mile. The Veterinarians, the Office Staff, the Technicians, and every person I have met are professional, kind and caring. They are always smiling, and make you feel right at home. I can tell that these people understand how much our fur people matter to us, and I believe that is why the staff makes sure you know your pets matter to them also. The office and rooms are always clean and organized. I highly recommend these wonderful people, and Mercy recommends them too.

Brought a stray kitten we found to get her checked out. Got an appointment same day as we were concerned for our other cats wellbeing. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We did not feel rushed and Doctor took time to answer any questions we might have. Felt an all around love for animals with everyone we encountered. Would recommend to anyone for wellness care and shots.

Recently we have taken several of our cats to be spayed and neutered. Upon many visit's our cats have come back with stitches not in place and came out. You would think after the first cat whose insides were hanging out( girl cat) we would have learned, unfortunately we took her to another Vet to get here repaired. She is no longer with us. This time we took our 2 cats to be spayed only to find out one was a boy but this wasn’t until after they shaved his belly and cut him open because they did not verify he was a boy first. The girl cat we have, we had to take back because she was not sewed up which caused an infection and most likely won't survive. We are being asked and will pay more money ( u think they would work with us) oh I must say that we didn’t have to pay $37 for antibiotics for a infection she developed on the inside, ( yea) but now having to pay another $118 after we payed $169 the first time. We chose this facility to try and save money but end up costing us more money in the long run. It is sad that u but faith in a Vet and turns out like this. While we were in the other day we over heard another customer having same issues but they deny these statements( imagine that). There side of story is we did not care for the cats like we should, but I can tell this is not the case. We keep the cats in gages until we see them healing correctly and checked on them frequently. Lesson learned pay more money to have these procedures done correctly. I would suggest not to use this facility. Just wanted to add weather we had a collar or not this would have still have happened.The first cat we took to another vet and did verify that procedure was not done properly, also she did respond explaining what she had found upon having to redo the surgery. You could have cared less not ever taking any responsibility. I am completely sure this will happen again. As you know people probably don’t use the collar when they get home, you are only using this as a way to cover up this issue. I have tried my very best to care for and take on these expenses myself. These cats are community cats which makes it impossible for me to keep them up Fourteen days. So sad that I ever trusted this clinic.

I choose this place to take my dog of 13 years to be put down. This is never a good experience but Paws and Claws provided outstanding customer service and compassion. I can’t recommend them enough. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. They will continue to have my business going forward. As my local vet in Randleman, NC wanted to charge me an additional $300 for an annual checkup prior to putting him to sleep. That was very disheartening. I’m so pleased that I gave Paws and Claws a call!

Affordable for our large pack. We take our show Lakelands and our Standard Poodle here. Staff is friendly, vet is very thorough and knowledgeable and they carry everything you need to keep your pets flea, tick & heartworm free all year long!

I take both my cat and new puppy here and the staff are awesome. My cat is very finicky and can be a bit of a handful but the staff has offered multiple solutions to make her as comfortable as possible when getting her shots. I always expect that I’m going to pay a lot of money when I go but am pleasantly surprised when I get to the counter. They definitely have a love for your pets and are mindful of your wallet as well.

Takes months to get a appointment. My babies are biting themselves and I have been waiting months to get a appointment.I tried to purchase something just to last them 30 days it will take to get a appt so they can stop biting themselves and they declined my order and wants me to wait over 30 days for medication. To be given it’s torture .They clearly do not care about the animals in pain . I am very upset !

We just took our 8 month old tabby here for a neuter procedure. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly! Reception area and exams rooms were clean and spacious. Our boy received the very best care at an affordable price. I cannot recommend this clinic enough!

Kara was great when I had to reschedule my appointment; very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. And even though our sweet kitty sounded more like a Tasmanian devil when they took her back (clearly not happy to be there), we were in and out in under fifteen minutes and able to get her home and happy again. The staff is so nice! They keep you updated with your fur baby after surgery. They always have smiles on their faces and have your fur babies well being at heart! Love this place! And they don't charge you an arm and a leg like most places do around here.

Affordable place. We dropped off Leeloo to get spayed. Employee's were great and friendly. She was well taken care of and was back to herself the next day and bouncing all over the place. Stitches were really good and healing quick! We will definitely be back.
