I was going to purchase gum until I realized that the 2 for 11 Sale was not a Sale at all individually sold. They were 599 apiece so therefore the sales price cost me to pennies more. I know this makes sense petty but that to me it faults advertising and a manipulative sales tactic.Welcome to our corporate greed of society.This is more than inflation. This is corporate greed at its finest.

One of the nicer CVS 💊 pharmacy locations I have seen with an updated minute clinic, dedicated area to see a specialists, and well-laid out store. They have a pharmacy, grocery, toys, snacks, 💄 make up, and more. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and seating.

Made an appointment for my son to get the MCV for school. I scanned in his medicaid card earlier today. The website didn’t say they didn’t take Medicaid for a school required shot. Didn’t found out until after I got there they didn’t accept medicaid. I didn’t have his other insurance card on hand. And she didn’t look it up either. I’m not even sure if she could’ve pulled it up. So after I finally got the picture of the other insurance card. She had already closed the computer down so she say. His appointment was at 4:30 and I got there at 4:35 waited til after 5pm before I went in the room. I had to knock on the door to let her know I was out there. She had someone inside. But I will not go back there. Time wasted when the system or anyone could have told me they didn’t accept medicaid for the shot. Then later I get a text saying “sorry you couldn’t make it” lie I made it staff just lazy and ready to go. Did I say I will not go back there.

I have to say that the Archdale, NC CVS has to be one of the cleanest stores I have been in. The store was well-stocked, the employees were super nice and helpful. I enjoy shopping at this specific CVS.

They need to work on their communication between the Pharmacy and customers using the Drive-thru. I have had to return (and wait again after I return) for pick-ups that were supposed to be ready. Last night, I spent 20 minutes in-line to get to the window and be told that they couldn't give me my prescription (that was ready for pick-up) because it was "after 6" (it was 8 after 6) and as I said, I had been in-line well before 6.

Only left 1 star because I couldn’t leave 0 stars. Waited an hour for my daughters prescription only to find out that they were out of amoxicillin. When I got there they said “oh, no one called you?” No. No one called me. No help and very unprofessional. Called my local pharmacy (Archdale Drug) and they had her medicine ready within five minutes!

The CVS was alright, in general, CVS's prices on sodas and such are a little bit high. I would never buy an energy drink here because I don't like spending $4 on a monster energy, but we run a road trip to the beach and this CVS was a nice little stop to get something. I'm pretty sure we needed something specific but only CVS would have. I can't quite recall what it is at this time but I'm sure we got some snackies and some sodies and probably enjoy it ourselves quite a bit if I'm being quite honest

Instead of telling the parents that they are not able to convert or get a medication in liquid form, they just repeatedly said they never received the script. 2 week delay in starting a medication because of this. Very poor practice, putting the well being of an infant on the line!!!!

Walked in for a flu shot and got it. So, that is a positive. They have Lindt Truffles on sale. Display said all sizes. Nobody at the register. I tried the self checkout. The truffles rang up full price. I hit the help needed button. And, waited. And, waited. And, finally walked out.

I went through the drive-thru to fill a prescription and a gentleman by the name of Andrew came to the window with a big smile on his face and a very pleasant attitude.I handed him my prescription and after he took a look at what I needed, he immediately went to work to see how he could best fill the prescription for me. My doctor had filled out the scrip to where it could be filled with a less expensive generic substitute, but the generic wasn't stocked by them and would take a while to come in (and in their defense for not having the generic alternative, I wouldn't imagine Epi pens are in very high demand).He quickly did some research for me and directed me to go to the manufacturers website and fill out the info for a coupon and then punched it into the pharmacy's system. I have good private insurance and even with insurance the product would've cost me $250 out of pocket, but after Andrew's legwork and the resulting coupon, I got the medicine for FREE!I've always had pleasant experiences at this pharmacy, and this experience solidified me being a customer for life.

When my prescription came up very expensive even after insurance, one staff members made sure she took her time to find me discount plan. The store was busy and she really didn’t have to offer to save me so much $$. Thank you for your kindness!

A family member went to get a Covid test, which was negative. In order to get the result they had to enter the store ( possibly with Covid!) to get the result and submit to a B/P check. Then afterwards was told that the test is only accurate after 5-7 days onset of symptoms and could be a false negative. 🙄Navigation between trailer and inside of store is confusing. One place for swab, another for results.A potentially positive patient could contaminate the everyone in the store. The test efficacy should have been disclosed in advance with the questionnaire .And, Since when is B/P required to get a Covid test?

SOME of the employees are nice but one of the head employees was talking behind my back and also they told me a hour wait and then I pulled up after a hour plus and then they told me another 15-20 mins they sometimes have great services but they are very very slow and they absolutely don’t honor there pick up times buy the minutes or hours

This is second time I've been in here and both times, there was a so called manager there, completely out of dress code and did not even resemble an employee, yet alone a member of management. Also the lady at the check out had on a ball hat on, backwards! Poor example of how their employees carry themselves.

Dropped off a written prescription They never put it in their systems so after an hour they told me I had none there. It was on top of a desk and was never entered. Had to wait another half an hour for them to fill it. Changing pharmacies. Have more to say but it won't let me put all of it

These people will put the wrong code in and will mess up your copay . New technician every time that doesn’t know there customers at all . And very slow service . Run out meds all of the time . Not a very good service or people to deal with .
