Love Dr Tanner and all the staff. I've been taking our fur babies for almost 10 years, and will go until we can't anymore. I try to recommend them as much as possible . The accommodate for boarding and any little request we have. When we needed to put our oldest fur baby to rest the staff was so wonderful and took extra good care of our girl. Best vet ever

Consistently enthusiastic while helping at the front desk and the exam room. Always accommodate needs or changes that may arise at the last minute. Overall a great experience, especially with the cats that have taken residence there, Sammie loves to hug you when you pick him up.

I have been using Creekside Veterinary Hospital for many years. They took such great care of my grumble of elderly pugs when I first became a repeat customer. Throughout the years the excellent service has remained consistent. This is the only Vet I trust my beloved family members to. Creekside is always supportive when our goofball dog's exploits end up needing medical intervention (she is a handful). We absolutely LOVE the new facility. We appreciate all the sweet people that take care of our girl for us.

Dr. Tanner is very friendly. She will answer your questions or concerns and the Animal Hospital is so clean and smells great. There is plenty of room in the waiting area so that you don't have to handle your pet and be smothered by another pet patient waiting as well. All around great place.

If it wasn't for Dr Tanner I would have put my best friend in the ground a few years ago but thanks to her helping him still be here, I've made it through the hardest part of my life. We took our new pup in for a check up recently. I have no complaints! Everyone working there was super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable with the questions we had. I was expecting the visit to be very expensive, but the price was very reasonable. Parking wasn't bad, and the wait to see the Dr was short. We will be back!

Please do not take your pets here. They show no compassion for dogs. It's all about cats. My dog was in pain had to wait two days for an appointment, while my dog stayed pain. Then the day of the appointment the doctor just kept telling my dog how it is fault he was. I don't care what animals have been it a fight. Both animals are hurt and need care. It shouldn't matter who at fault. The care of the animal. Should be the only thing at hand. But this vet . No no no. Didn't do anything but talk down to him pulled off a scab give two medicine. Too turn around and charge me $100. No help to work with paying it they just laughed at me when I questioned the amount owed. I don't mind paying but a head up would be nice specially when called ahead to pricing. But that not how this place works. These people are very judgemental.

I don't normally write reviews but I took my sweet girl here to be spayed. I hate when my babies are in pain and not feeling good and hate being without them since they are just like my kids, I hope there are people out there that can relate.So when she came home she had ALL my attention to make sure she was healing properly. After noticing that she may have been licking her incision I immediately called the office and they told me to take a picture and send an email to Dr. Tanner so she can take a look at it.She got back to me the very next day with a recommendation of antibiotics - she hasn't even been on them for more than a few days and she is back to herself.Thank you for all you do for my kitties Dr. Tanner!

Vet should spend more time trying to find out what's really happening to your pets than just throwing out antibiotics for them to take than ruins the gut bacteria. Maybe running bloodwork would show something more that would actually show they indeed need an antibiotic

Creekside is located inside the parking lot of Food Lion. That's the only downside. Not enough close places to park. But service is grrat! The staff is friendly and there is no long wait. Very helpful and my dog seemed to get happier by the minute. Definitely recommend them!

Dr. Tanner is rude. Kicked my dog away from her when my dog walked up to her wagging her tail. Not sure how this office had a 4.3 rating. I could gone on about how Dr. Tanner, not any of the other staff, is rude and unprofessional. She’s there for the paycheck not the dogs. I’m scared to see how the dogs are treated when the owners are not around from what I’ve seen when I am around. On top of it. There are a bunch of cats running around the office and most dogs aren’t fans of cats. Asking for an issue!!

Horrible! 1st they do view dogs better than cats, or should I say are inhumane to cats. I've always had dogs..most expensive Yorkies, & took them to high-end vets. Up until 2019 when our vet moved the practice I was told this place was good.. somewhat agreed @ 1st..when my last little one passed I had a kitten abandoned on my patio and my neighbor called the 'pound' to pick him up. Hense I now have a cat for the 1st time in my life. I came attached to him quickly and as soon as we could get him neutered we did! Due to the length of time I went to work & they were to care for him. Well I called to check on him the day after he was to have surgery..NO ONE CALLED TO SAY hey there was an emergency yesterday & your cat is still waiting A. And B. They did not let him out for 8 hours & he didn't eat & had pee all over himself. By the time I could get back to Archdale they did the surgery! I demanded to take him home. A friend told me during one other visit during covid when the animals had to be dropped off they again kept my cat locked up again back then..but the friend said they do it with all cats because they're 'to difficult! I fully hate that place & every person involved in my cats care. Arch. Vet. Clinic is much better and has more doctors so the staff isn't as stressed & rude!

I never had an issue coming here with my two babies. I called to inquire about weed killer that my neighbor wants to use between our fences and the gap is only a half foot. This person and I am going to be nice and not mention her name. I explained the issue and that both of my dogs are grass eaters, one of them eats grass all the time. Well, she did not put me on hold and started ranting about me and that I need to get over it and so on. She was complaining about me to the doctor. The alarming thing the doctor did not put her in her place while she was ranting about me, that I need to get over it and dealing with people like me that is paranoid and that I should and so on. I am sadden I had to deal with something like this, I came to them because the other vet I went to were just as rude and think they are all that! Now, I have someone who is rude and I wonder what she think of us when we take our fur babies. She said she is sorry, but right now it's not cutting it. Only because, I am now going to wonder how she will treat any pets that come through their door. The doctor did not say one word about her ranting attitude!!!!!!! This female was out right rude and saying mean things about me. If anyone knows a good vet, please let me know. In Archdale, High Point or even Greensboro. I am so tired of people being so mean, rude and full of themselves. This person has no business dealing with the public. I can only imagine what she says about any of us concern parents that are paranoid in her eyes?! I pay good money to take my kids here and I do not think it's asking a lot for decent customer service. I guess I am just dumb, stupid and paranoid in her eyes! I have to assume she may think that about all of us that care about fur babies. Till I find another place, I will have to take my babies there but not for long!!!!!!!!!!!! This sadden me to no end, I live so close and I love the way the techs and doctor care for my babies and make us feel welcome. This female I had to deal with is nothing like the other staff!!!

So I’m a new pet owner & I was told this was a good place. The lady at the front desk ask me my cats name & I told her. She said do you have an appointment I said No she said you have to have an appointment. So not thinking I said ok then left. But as I was leaving I realized I would just call back & get an appointment. So I did. I told her I was the lady that was just there with my cat could I make an appointment. She was really HATEFUL & said we’ not any new ones. I have heard they have good Dr.’s but that lady at the desk need to learn some respect & not be so HATEFUL.

Absolutely disgusted by Creekside. I called at 5:00 one afternoon crying because my dog was in severe pain. The receptionist was not only rude but appeared to care less. She said the soonest appointment they had was 4 days later! I asked what to do until then and she said I don’t know. I asked could the doctor at least prescribe something to get her through those days because she has seen her in the last 2 months and she said she would not do that. Which I understand. However I do not understand leaving an 11 year old dog in pain for 4 days!! Do not worry, we were able to call another vets office and get her seen the very next morning. I would not recommend this place to anyone. No compassion and rude.

This was not a good experience, the vet is very detached and clinical. I did not sense a tremendous amount of compassion for the animals she is supposed to be helping. She was too late to save my boy and did not seem aware of how much danger he was in until he died in her office. She had left us with her vet technician (who was nice and compassionate) to deal with another dog but failed to notice that he was near death and he basically died in their office that day. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr lady is awesome, she is very talkative to animals, she was very detailed about what I needed to do in future for helping my Pitt baby, but staff is very friendly and understanding... Thank u so much for y'all's help... My girl is feeling lots better.. I recommend this vet to anybody...

Today was my first time taking my dogs here and I will continue to go here from now on. The lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful as well as the vets. It was quick and easy for my dogs to get the shots they needed!
