Even over the years, David, or Candice have called me before I leave the doctors office in another city to let me know medications have been received and filled! The patient was getting this medication mail order and the patient could not wait to get her medication refilled through the mail. It was a very important medication that could be detrimental to the patient's health if they go one day without, the patient wanted it from their local pharmacy. The owner was given verbal authorization to fill the medication and I was still given problems. This was explained to the owner and again the owner was very unprofessional. It could have been handled in a better way. This is my first time ever writing a review because I was very shocked at how this was handled. If it is in your policy to deny a rx refill because it is being sent somewhere else I can understand. The patient can go elsewhere. The concern is mostly how unprofessional and disrespectful the owner was discussing the situation. I even mentioned I am so sorry if your having a bad day but I am speaking to you with respect and I deserve the same. I really hope you all handle your future customers with better care. A lot of our patients use your services and I hope there are no further conflicts. Than you.

Im very disappointed in the way I have been approached at the window picking up medications for my husband and calling medication in for him. I have been spoken hateful to, and despite my efforts to be kind and wish someone a great day, it hasn’t been something I have gotten in return. This is so unusual because I have been dealing with them since before they moved. I hope in the future they treat all their customers with the respect everyone deserves and not just who they think deserves it.

The service is top notch. And very friendly. And if they ain't got it, they will get it. Also unlike those big chain stores, there is almost no waiting. Plus they will try their best to save you money

By far my favorite pharmacy!! They are ALWAYS very friendly and always have everything in order. Fastest rx refills around here, Literally minutes. This place is the only place that I take my family's prescriptions to. Thanks for everything y'all do !
