We have four dogs, ranging from 8 lb to 113 lb. For years we have had a vet in Randolph and over time we became disenchanted with the practice .Plus it's like 25 minutes from me on winding roadsAn acquaintance of mine recommended archdale animal clinic so I took a couple of the dogs there on a test run. I really liked it. The dog seemed to really like it. 😊They have lots of vets, and all the vets we've seen are knowledgeable and are easy to talk to. and The staff are great. With so many vets, it is a lot easier to get an appointment in a timely way. They do grooming and boarding I think but I have not done that yet.

I take all of my animals here as they love them all. They are kind,patient,considerate,and they all are awesome here. I will not leave my dogs here for boarding again!! one of my dogs had leash burn under his belly. On the weekends there are different employees there too. Vet drs are great there ♥️

Love the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. The veterinarian took the time to call me after my baby's procedure to discuss how he was doing and was able to make me aware of a couple minor things to keep an eye on. She was also proactive to help with him as well.

I love this place! The staff is friendly as can be and I always feel like they care about my babies just as much as I do. My vet has always been transparent with me about needs and necessities, and the pricing is usually pretty fair in terms of vet expenses. Always clean too!

AAC saved my fur baby’s life many years ago! We saw 3 vets before coming to here, all prior vets could not diagnose my Aussie Shepherd. Our first visit to AAC and she was finally diagnosed with a specific type of mange, and heart worms. I was allowed to look into the microscope and witness what was happening on my dogs skin- I’ll never forget that experience, perfect customer service! Treatments went well and my rescue baby was finally healthy, living her best life with me. I have no issue paying a little more with AAC, because I know educated professionals are included in the price!

I switched to Archdale Animal Clinic a few years ago and it was the best decision I made for my pets. They have convenient appointments bookings and hours, they always answer the phone without putting you on long hold times, and the reason I highly recommend them is their compassion for my pets and my family. We recently had to put my 12 year old German Shepherd down and the staff outreached us expressing their condolences and also mailed a card to our house letting us know they were praying for me and my husband. This type of compassion and customer service is what I am looking for when it comes to my pets health. I highly recommend Archdale Animal Clinic to anyone!

I'm not happy at all with there service the first time I took my dog Foxy there the first thing I told them was I thought Foxy was having some dental pain and that she was missing some of her upper front teeth so they checked her teeth and told me Foxy's teeth looked really well for a dog her age and then they wanted to do blood work so they did and found nothing wrong with the blood work then gave me medicine for nausea for her because she hadn't been eating as much as usual and charged me about $300 about a month later I was brushing Foxy's teeth and saw what looked to be a piece of bone sticking out of her gums where the teeth were missing and her pain didn't seem to be any better so I brought her back to the clinic and a different veterinarian saw her this time I showed her the piece of bone sticking out of her gums she said it was part of the root from one of the missing teeth wanted to do more blood work found nothing wrong again charged me $300 more and told me it would cost me between $400 and $600 to remove the piece of tooth that the doctor I saw the first time missed I feel like they were stringing me along doing unnecessary crap screwing me out of my money and didn't do a damned thing to help my dog . I don't know what everyone else thinks about this place but I think they suck they did a terrible job treating my dog and I think they just straight up screwed me out of $600 and were going to screw me out of more of I had given the the opportunity.

Been going to Archdale Animal Clinic for a couple of years now, can definitely say it is the best in the area. Very kind and compassionate, not just towards the animals but people too. Never once had a bad experience, highly recommend.

I needed help and called these folks for an appointment. Unfortunately they didnt accept my form of payment but the kind lady that answered the phone did everything she could to help and direct me into the right direction. She gave me all the time I needed to talk it out. While I am unsure of their services as I never received them I feel confident knowing they are trustworthy. If she didnt care she would have brushed me off but she didnt and I thank her.

The staff was amazing they were very nice caring and friendly helping us get our new addition healthy and checked out and all I had to do was call and they answered every question I had and if they didn't know the answer they found a answer for me they will be our vet for the foreseeable future

It was a normal day for me and my little dog. We had about 4 yards to cut that day like usual. He goes with me everywhere eat and sleeps with me we were on our last yard which is our neighbors my little dog Benji rides on my lap he’s my little buddy, we had already did the front yard and was around back. I accidentally bumped into about a 2 foot planter and tipped it over. I was trying to back up with my zero turn mower and straighten the planter up. That’s when my little buddy fell off my lap and part of his foot Got caught on our blade in a panic and got off the mower and picked him up and saw the blood. I went for my wife two houses down explained what happened blood all over my pants I totally freaked out. The first people I thought about was Archdale animal clinic. I rushed Benji there upon arriving I was greeted. Very professional and friendly people. Within 10 minutes they saw Benji. Wrapped his foot, and the next day he had surgery, amputating one of his toes on his foot. Thank God it was not ihis whole foot.thank you Archdale clinic for your compassion, friendliness and professionalism. You helped me with something that means a lot in my life.

Took my wife's cat in same day with upper respiratory infection. They were super friendly and helpful and didn't try to upset anything. Our leeloo is back to her normal self. Great staff and vet!

We moved to NC 2 years ago and received a recommendatiob from our neighbr ti try Archdale Animal Clinic. We did and have been going ever since. It is clean (no animal smells at all), and the staff are very knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly.The best part? The veterinarians! When they noted that our furbaby was overweight, they worked with us to modify her diet. We changed her diet and she has lost 3 pounds!We whole-heartedly recommend Archdale Animal Clinic!

If I should give this business more stars, I would. They were simply amazing. I went in there with a budget and a dog who was in pain, and left paying inside of my budget with my dog being taken care of and feeling better. They never made me feel pressured and were the most professional employees I have ever come in contact with. From customer service to the techs and doctors. I absolutely love this vet office.Updating this as my second time visiting this office went just as well. The staff is amazing. Not only were they open to helping with anything I asked they were so amazing with my dog. I now live 45 min away and still take the drive to bring my pet here. This office is well worth bringing any of your animals here. ❤️

Our Golden Retriever, Miley, saw Dr. Kelsey LaVigne for an ear infection. She not only treated the ear infection but also educated me on how to treat the ear after the ear infection. She took time to explain the different types of ear cleaners and the reasons for them. She went above and beyond, and I appreciated the time she took to help us. The veterinary offices we've used previously didn't take the time to listen to my concerns or questions, so Archdale Animal Clinic gets 5 + 5 stars! THANK YOU!!!!!!

This place is an absolute disgrace. I used them years ago, but when my dogs died after being boarded there, that was it. Mind you, they had a clean bill of heath when they entered. Then, a friend of mine boards her beloved pet here and they LOOSE the dog!!!!!! You had one job and you failed!! That’s not even the worst part. She has been out looking for her dog all morning because she wasn’t notified about her pup missing until this morning. She located him in the median of I85. The dog was terrified and ran into the highway. She watched her dog get killed. I am absolutely appalled by this. I hope they take responsibility and loose he ability to care for others beloved pets!!!

Absolutely would recommend this VET to anyone. Been taking my last 3 dogs, fair prices compared to the other 2 vets before this and pets are expensive but wouldn't change being a dog owner for anything.

Dr.Lavigne is great and did not stop until she could figure out exactly what was going on with my kitty. Archdale Animal Clinic has taken care of my fur babies for over 20 years and I would recommend. I see other people’s reviews about things, but when I called to schedule a new cat visit I was able to get him in fairly quickly. Staff up front is very busy as they have many clients and do what they can to help customers. Sharon has always been very friendly and able to answer questions along with Ann and Gina. So happy to see familiar faces when I walked in the door and the new staff members were very helpful and friendly. Thank you, Archdale Animal and Dr. Lavigne.

My cat Fluffy will be 18 years old in a couple of months. Archdale Animal Clinic has been caring for her since she was about 2 weeks old. Fluffy was left beside the road in a box in our neighborhood with only dry food and covered in bugs. Of course, she didn't have her eyes open and couldn't even eat dry food. Dr. Ayer treated her at that first visit, cleaned her up and recommended we feed her kitten formula through a syringe. She has done great all these years thanks to the care of all of the staff there at Archdale Animal Clinic. If you need a veterinary office for your pets, I recommend Archdale Animal Clinic. Just ask Fluffy!

We have been taking our dog here for 3 years and it has been an awesome experience. Our pup is very anxious, even with drugs to calm her for visits. The vet and staff do a great job with her.
