Dr. Russo did an excellent job on my dog's nueter surgery. It was minimally invasive and by the evening he was feeling good enough he wanted to just play. He has had no complications and is healing very well. They were clear with instructions on care afterwards and very kind with everything. 10/10

Took our 2.8 pound chihuahua to get spayed, prices are not bad for the services. As always there might be extra stuff like vaccines that you have you pay but only if your pet needs them. My dog was supposed to stay overnight but she did so well that we picked her up the same day. She recovering at home and doing good.

We had two cats spayed/neutered here. Their price was significantly cheaper than other places since they are specialized and do nothing else. Note: they are CASH ONLY upon pickup! They offer many other additional services (nails, teeth, home pain meds) but there are zero cost surprises: you know before you leave exactly how much to bring back. Arrive at drop-off with recent rabies/flea med info or you will be required to pay for that service (I respected and appreciated their diligence with this). Everyone was friendly and efficient. Most importantly, my cats came home the next day looking like they'd gone for cat treats versus surgery!

Had a great experience here! The vets and their assistants were very welcoming and made sure my dogs were at the utmost comfort while tending to them. Even big dogs. The receptionist was very open to working with my schedule in order to get them in!

I wish I had the option of more than five stars because Dr. Russo, Natalie and staff certainly deserve more stars! They are a great team, do a fantastic job, and are kind to everyone. Dr. Russo has been my cat's veterinarian for a few years now. If it were not for Dr. Russo, my cat, Samy, would not be alive today. He is the best veterinarian I have ever seen. He is so knowledgeable, his diagnoses are always spot on, and he loves and cares about his pet patients. The clinic prices are very reasonable and the service is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Russo because he is the best!

Our pup had her first visit at Surry Spay and Neuter, today. It was walk-in day and we waited a while. Puppy napped and I got caught up on emails. When we were called inside, it was a great visit. Dr. Russo asked lots of questions and gave super advice about raising our girl. The techs packed up our supplies in a nice zip bag and made sure we were all set for our next visit. Cash only is a great policy. Not having to pay credit card process fees or no bad check worries keeps prices low. Looking forward to this relationship!

We were referred to Dr. Russo by some friends. Our dog is older and is a little hard to deal with when it comes to vets. The staff was great with him as was the doctor. They made him feel comfortable and he did not have a meltdown. I cannot say enough about how good his care has been. Affordable as well.

I needed to get a few vaccines for my dog in a hurry because I'm boarding him in a few weeks. The place I have been going to couldn't do it until the 2nd week of August. I called Surry S/N and was told to come during walk-in times. Now that all of my information is on file I will be switching vets. I've gone here with several different dogs through the years and they have took good care of my animals. Thank you Natalie, Dr R & staff!

They are great to work with! I have taken both of my new puppies, Ragnar and Belvedere there. They do an excellent job and take great care with the pups. My boys are very comfortable there and love all of the staff! I would definitely recommend anyone to come here.

Wonderful place to take your pet. Dr Russo is a wonderful vet and his wife Natalie runs a wonderful service. I felt comfortable here knowing Mocha (my cat) came first. You can't beat their low prices! You can tell this is their life and I would suggest them to anyone.

Good pricing but not very friendly. My cat had tapeworms but they never wrote me a prescription. Price changed three times from time appt was made till time cat was picked up. Still good deal. Did nice job on my cat

They only take payment in cash which seems a little fishy, literally no one was wearing masks during a pandemic, and they took my cat as soon as i walked through the door and put her in the back somewhere. They charged me for flea treatments that werent needed. Said she had fleas when i know for a fact she did not have fleas because i had been checking daily. They did do a good job spaying my cat. which was the reason for the visit, she is doing well almost a week later, however due to the other points of my review I likely will not be returning if their services are needed in the future.

I visited 2 yrs ago with a stray. She was very lovable so I decided to keep her and protect her from outside. They treated her with TLC and she recovered quite well. I would definitely recommend their professional services. I have another stray with a disabled back leg. She will become part of my family too so I will be using their professional services again.

There's not enough space to write all that should be said.. Anthony and Natalie are amazing. They are both compassionate, honest and do not take their job lightly. Their concern is always the animal and what is best for them. Especially owning a kennel myself, they have been my saving grace on more than one occasion. I can not thank them enough for their services. Their lives revolve around the clinic.. just because the closing hours are 5:30.. doesn't mean their job does. This animal world doesn't have a time schedule.. especially when your heart is as involved as these two. Thank you both for all of your love, time, and undeniable hard work for our community!
