My Leopold IV, Leo for short is a shy little guy who suffers from severe anxiety. I’m so glad to have such a great groomer who takes his time and makes sure he is comfortable with the trims. They do book up super quickly but that’s because they do such a nice job. Leo always looks great, is super relaxed post hair cut, and has the upmost care at Woofgang bakery in Apex. I’m including some pictures post hair cut because he looks so cute. My pup gets his hair cut every 6-8 weeks because he hates getting his hair brushed so it has to stay short so it doesn’t get too tangled or unruly. Enjoy some pics of my cutest pup post haircut.

I had horrible experience from this place from the beginning. Multiple appointment cancellations with no attempt to get us in sooner. The groomer that was assigned to us, because our regular groomer was fired, was speaking poorly about the individual that got fired to customers in the store- very unprofessional. Worst of all, the last time our dog was groomed here, her rectum was cut and staff did not inform me of the incident. When I got home, I noticed multiple blood stains on the seat of my car. The rectum continued to bleed for some time when I got home (I live 15-20 minutes away). I contacted the location to ask about the incident and the groomer stated that the dog must have moved during the groom, causing her to be cut. There is no way, with the amount of blood and time that it bled for, that the cut went unnoticed from the groomer. The groomer also did not apologize for the incident. The groomer offered to leave a clotting cream outside of the business (they would close before I was able to get back to pick it up), and when I got to the location to pick up the cream (again, I live 15-20 min away), there was nothing that was left outside for me. I contacted the business and asked to speak with a manager, and the staff member that I spoke with said they would let the manager know to call me back since they were not in. A few weeks went by and I did not get a call, so I contacted back and the same conversation occurred. It’s been around a year since this all happened and I never got a call back. It’s very obvious this place does not care about their customers or the pets that are groomed here. The entire experience was extremely disappointing. Needless to say, we have found a new groomer and will never return to this location or other locations of the same business. I recommend finding a location where you know you will actually be cared for and respected, and most of all, your pet will be loved and provided the care they deserve.

My dog is a very high maintenance dog, anxiety and thick fur! She knows my groomer by name when I bring her here, and they have ALWAYS treated her with such care. When I’m away from my baby I know she’s in good hands. They do a wonderful job with her coat too, and are great with communication!

Our dog has been groomed at Woof Gang for a while now. We have been very pleased with Chases work as our boy needs some extra patience. He was scheduled for an appointment this morning as he stayed with family while we were out of town last week. I noticed he had some irritation and a sore on his neck and decided it would be best to take him to the vet and him not be groomed. I called to cancel as soon as they opened and had to leave a message. I tried to call multiple times up until his appointment time. I never got a call back and at 5:30pm got an email receipt for a $60 no-show fee. I called to discuss and the woman on the phone stated that she got the voicemail earlier and talked to Chase about the situation and he was “adamant” about charging us the fee. I completely understand that groomers work off of commission and we have always taken care of Chase monetary wise for how well of a job he does. We have also been loyal clients and was looking for some understanding that these unfortunate events happen sometimes. I did everything in my power to reach them prior to his appointment and believe that charging a no-show fee is wrong. I am very disheartened by this whole situation and will not be back to this establishment.

My dog is a rescue and gets separation anxiety away from me, but she absolutely loves Dominique and is a very happy girl when I pick her up. She smells great and has such a shiny coat. They do an amazing job on her nails. We drive from Durham to go here!

The self service dog wash is amazing and Kat the receptionist was wonderful she made our dogs feel special and excited to me there. I highly recommend going for a wash and if you buy the package deal you get the wash for an unbelievable price!!!!

We’ve been taking our dog Swift there for a year now and they’re a great groomer. She gets a good bath and extra at a reasonable price. The treats are also really good and her favorites. We love how they have seasonal treats. They also carry a great selection of collars, leashes, toys, and accessories for you pets.

Horrible customer service. I walked in today with my dog to buy treats and I waited at the front desk ready to make a purchase for 10 minutes. The two women in the back would routinely look up at me through the window but never came to the front to ring me up. Getting frustrated being ignored, I started to put my items back and a third worker walked in- my dog started walking to the door and the worker said “are you leaving?!” To my dog, and I said “well nobody is here to help me pay so I guess we are” she just said Oh and walked to the back and ignored us. My dog and I drove the 20 minutes to Woof Gang Village district where we were met with smiling faces and great customer service. Never have I had an experience like this at a store. I highly recommend just making the drive to village district and support that store instead. I wish 0 stars was available but I guess Ill give them 1. Shame!

We use this business to get our dog’s nails trimmed and get her de-shed every so often. They are always great to her and do a wonderful job, and are always accommodating. Our dog is anxious toward people and situations and they really go out of their way to make her feel calm.

I love this place! Kalie is the best groomer I have ever been to. She loves my fur baby. I feel good about leaving her there. She is very thorough and does exactly what I ask of her. Scheduling appointments and check out are always a breeze with Madison. Everyone that works there is so attentive, professional and super nice. The shop has all the best treats for your pup. Would recommend Woof Gang's to anyone.

The Apex Woofgang always does such a nice job caring for my pets when they go in for grooming. This was especially nice when our mini-Schnauzer was nearing the end of her run and was very sensitive to being handled. They were so gentle with her that I had no qualms leaving her in their care. I have been using WoofGang for several years and am very satisfied with my groomer. Michell has taken great care of my 14 year old Missy. She can be very cranky but Michell knows how to handle her. She is taking care of my other dog Lacy, who has severe anxiety but so far everything is fine.

NO WALK INS - For anything. Could not use the self wash station and could not get my dogs nails cut. Other locations always take care of their customers when for walk in nail trim. Simple bath appointments take months to get. Appointments needed for ANYTHING. What customer service. Website is a lie for Apex location.

Best experience ever! I called Woof Gang Apex and they were able to get my poodle in two days later. They were excellent with customer service as well as grooming. Bailey scheduled my appointment and Jazlin did an awesome job grooming and bathing my puppy. I am so glad to know my puppy is getting quality service without being stuck in a kennel for hours. They are patient and treat your animals like family!

They canceled my appointment without telling me. Wouldn’t reschedule me with any other groomers because and I quote “we aren’t taking new clients” but yet I wasn’t a new client.Turns out it is because someone labeled my dog aggressive in the system without giving me a reason why.

Madison is always friendly and helpful on the phone, she’s like a ray of sunshine whenever we call. Heather has been doing our doodle’s grooming since Oct 2019. I love taking my dog Teddy to this location, even though I live in Greensboro, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Michelle is our girl!! She always takes good care of Teddy and he looks gorgeous every time!
