I placed a grocery order for pickup on Saturday, April 13 at 10:32 pm from the app for 13 items. When I go inside to the service desk at around 12:04 pm Sunday, April 14, I show the associate my order and she brings out my bags. Since I didn't receive any notifications about any substitutions being made, I trusted that all my items were in the 4 bags she gave me and didn't bother to check to make sure everything that I PAID for was put in the bags.Even once I arrived home, I thought I had everything. I was repulsed that a bag of organic scallions had wet, dark pieces that were kept in my order. If the quality of an item is not satisfactory, why fulfill it? Why not mark as unavailable? I returned it a few hours later.Once I realize at 7:45 pm that I'm missing 5 items, I call the store and press customer service. I called 7 times! The phone rang up to 11 times with some of the calls being promptly answered and hung up to disconnect. Surely there is someone that can pick up the phone.As someone who is in retail themselves, I know what even decent customer service looks like. The customer service here is appalling! I'm going to call a few more times and then will have to, at a huge inconvenience for myself, drive to the store a SECOND time to speak face to face with someone since I can't get anyone on the phone.Please do NOT place any order online for pickup and leave without checking every single bag! And if there is an issue, talk to someone BEFORE you leave the store.

Good stop for everything you need and don't need 😃 this Target is stocked well. I especially like the space relevant decor like they put up huge crayon poster/pillows in the place where they sell crayons etc. Kids room furniture is so cute. Plenty of self check out counters

This is by far the best Target I have been too. It is always so clean and organized and the staff is always so friendly. Shout out to the manager Jake for helping me today!

I’ve been to this target a couple of times before and it’s usually a nice place, but this time some worker (she had blonde hair and was pretty tall) didn’t wanna open one of the displays when I asked if I could get something. She said how I needed to finish shopping before I could get it?? As if she was hinting that I was gonna steal it once she gave it to me. Not only that but as me and my cousin were looking around in the other aisles in utla, she literally followed us around. Then as we left, we noticed she kept looking at us and followed us a couple more times. Honestly I don’t know what her problem was. I think she was just being racist or judged us on what we were wearing.

Great location, typical target with nice colors and options. Busy parking during the holidays. Curbside/parking pick up is great. Next to Lowe’s hardware and many restaurants option.Target credit card offers 5% discount, however credit card customer service is the worst.

The worst services. This happened twice, I bought gift card from them, gently ask for receipts ( I have 8 cards) but the guy named Mathew seem to be unhappy about that. He asked me “ you need receipts?” Like I’m a weird lady asking for weird thing? Is that a problem?The last time the other guy was acting the same thing because I forgot to ask for a gift receipt. I don’t understand why I have to ask for one? It should be automatically provide to consumers.

Great selection, much larger Target with more variety in each section. Only Target with full grocery store!!! Recommend, just keep in mind that groceries are more expensive than a general grocery store. Worth the trip! Here's some pics! Great customer service!

Ulta worker rudely accuses me for trying touch some little gifts or samples while helping someone. I was just trying to look at ordinary serum to buy. I will not be coming here again.

I go out of my way to go to this target! The selection, especially groceries, is the best.Today Kay was my cashier and she made my whole experience so much better. She was so kind, personable, and sweet to my son. She also was happy to help me price match. In a world where people are always rushing she was a bright light. Thanks Kay!

Look and feel of this store is different from others I saw till date.. entire kids and infants aisles/things organized properly and interiors are well too.. store is maintained clean and neat... wide section of toys and clothing.

Love it, cashier was super friendly, helped me to download the app, learn how the discounts and rewards work. I wish I had known they were there sooner, I'll never need to be pissed about having to stop by walmart again

Love the store but employees are racist. Employee followed my boyfriend into the bathroom and looked over his stall while he was peeing then proceeded to leave the restroom. I would not recommend THIS TARGET to people of color.

Best Target with no cashiers I've ever seen! They have all kinds of selection, great and friendly staff, but THERE ARE NEVER ANY CASHIERS. Self checkout is useless if I have a cart full of stuff. Seems Petty but it's a huge issue when you're in a hurrry.

Shopped at this store and got home with several items missing. They must not have given me all of my bags. Over $100 worth of skin care items and food missing. This is not the first time this has happened at this Target. I tried to call customer relations 5 times and could not get anyone to answer. Very poor service.

While the optical department has some great frames, lenses, and one kind employee I highly do not recommend going here. There was an issue with one of the lenses and I was basically refused any help and the clerk was rude. I went back to return the glasses since they are not right and I can not wear them and they were not comfortable and was met with a different clerk that was rude as well.

Always a clean and pleasant shopping experience, with some of the more organized shelves in town. Drive-up ordering is nearly instant (only slightly longer if your order contains cold things), and consistently meets expectations!

Target optical has incredibly poorly trained clerks. They are unable to tell you which eyeglasses can be filled with your prescription until you wait for two weeks and then are told they cannot fill that script/glasses combo.Requested refund. Will be going somewhere else that's competent.

I live in the next town over and we have a Target but I go out of my way to go to Apex Target because their selection of items seems much better. The store is always well organized and the shopping experience is always positive. Makes you want to go back.

Always clean and well stocked when I’m there. Staff is approachable and helpful. Today I used the nursing room in the fitting room area and it was a life saver to be able to shop with my 3 month old!

The Apex Target needs to train their employees to be kind and helpful. Every time I am there I feel less welcomed. Their employees seem miserable and it shows in the way they treat people.

I went in to make a purchase today and the store and it was disgusting. While utilizing self check out the apparently it takes 2 employees to sit and watch customers purchase their items. They were sitting down on their phones instead of making the self checkout lines presentable. Trash and hand baskets everywhere. I then called 12 times because I left a bag and the service desk what do you know they don’t answer. I then get through and apparently it was a tech employee he said well I can’t transfer you to the service desk and if I need a manager I have to call the service desk. The lack of customer service is ridiculous and the mere fact that people are just punching a clock everyday and getting paid to lack customer service is alarming.
