This grocery store is extremely well-organized, and the staff is very friendly. I usually come here to buy the tres leches cake, which is extremely delicious, but this time I was unable to locate it. Maybe it was out of stock, but that cake is incredible, and I can totally justify committing sin for it 😃😃

One of the best place for groceries shopping. Very well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking 🅿 spots available. Highly recommend for all kind of different verity of food, drinks and groceries.

The keystone of the store should be the freshness of produce and meats. You will be hard pressed to find produce that's not molding or spoiling. Also, aged meats is a huge problem. The color of meat and the bone is really off. Please fix this.

I shop here mostly for their produce and deli / bakery section. Fruits and veggies are always fresh and fully stocked, and the bakery is full of freshly made sweets and fresh baked bread. I usually go to Whole Foods to get sourdough bread, but when I can't, Publix sourdough is amazing as well. The store is always clean, and their staff is just about the most genuinely friendly and helpful people I've met. Their prices can be a little high, so I don't do the bulk of my shopping here, but they do have a great selection of items, so you can get all your shopping done here if you wanted.

Such a shame to have to take a star away from Publix. I love this place and they are awesome! But they lose a star because their online ordering for the deli SUCKS!! You can not rely on their promised times at all. In fact, I just experienced this again yesterday. The order was placed and they reported a ready time of 25 minutes. I tied my leaving the house to get there around then.When I arrived, my order wasn’t ready. To make matters worse, no one was to be found behind the counter. I was the only customer there too. When someone finally came out about two minutes later, I asked about my order as he was looking through the tickets. He confirmed that it had not been pulled and started on it right away. Though he seemed to have an attitude and looked grumpy the entire time. The order was simple… just two kinds of cheese. By the time he got done, my order was 15 minutes late! Only one other customer came to the deli while I was waiting and by then a second employee came out to help. There was no excuse for an order of two cheeses to take 40 minutes to pull. If this was the first or only time, I wouldn’t even bring this up, but it has actually become a joke between my wife and I.Other than this issue with the deli, this Publix is great. I really hope they fix this issue in the future. I’d love to give them the five stars they otherwise deserve.

Publix is an outstanding grocery store. I judge this not on cleanliness or selection, though both are top-notch. The Deli is on point,and the Subs have to get a shout-out. For me, it's the management that goes above and beyond to correct any issue. This is what I have grown to expect at Publix. They work hard to retain customer loyalty.

I just want to say that I had the best experience with the man behind the deli counter juju he was so nice to me and my family today and his good attitude and work ethic was spot on. He not only made me happy but he made sure me and my family was satisfied with what we got at the deli.I wanted to shout him out way to go JuJu I look forward to coming back to Publix soon

I recently moved here from southern CA. I didn't have A/C there. (I've got it here.) Mission Tortilla Strips and La Mexicana hot salsa get me through the summer. The chips let me pile on lots of salsa. They aren't available everywhere. They are available here, and helped me survive my first summer here. For me, those items are life support. They also have a wonderful Breakfast Bread that I really enjoy as toast with coffee. That's probably my fave breakfast. They've got a wide range of things that I like and are willing to incorporate my choices once into what they look at. This is easily my favorite local grocery store.

It’s a nice store but they can’t staff the deli. Order a sandwich online an hour and a half before pickup, show up at that time and nothing there. Stand in line to ask where it is and now you’re behind all the other people, defeating the purpose of ordering online. One guy making subs. Not his fault, he needs help.Jan 15..same story, order 40 min ahead of time. Arrive to nothing ready. One guy behind the counter, six slips waiting to be made with people in line. I left. Get these people some help!! Writing to the head office doesn’t seem to help.

Grocery portion of the store is well organized and well kept like all Publix stores. However I don’t grocery shop there due to the prices. I do however regularly use Publix for their deli and catering ordering. I’ve totally given up on this Publix for that and this rating reflects that. Poorly staffed deli with undertrained staff that are incapable of turning customers in a timely manner.Also, poor service when ordering catering. I admittedly called a little late around noon to pick up a $100 order late that night. Manager was entirely unhelpful and told me there was no way they could make a few fruit and veggies trays for me, which is fine, but I was taken aback by the shortness and attitude that no was delivered with.Going to another Publix that is a further drive for their deli and catering is probably a wise and more efficient choice.

This is my local grocery store which I have been going to for 4-5 years. It’s always neat, the items are top quality, and employees are very helpful. Always stop when I need a quick lunch. Delicious and nutritious. I love this place and will probably keep going there for another 5 years.

Overall, I love the Publix experience. I frequent the catering for work events and it’s always ready early and a big hit with our team. It’s a perfect stop over on the way to the office when I forget something. The produce is always fresh, brand variety is great and bathrooms clean. What I appreciate most, however, is the customer experience. All team members from the deli across are so helpful with special orders, throughout the store, and when checking out. One in particular had gotten my attention to the point that I had to ask his name. I met Shayne for the first time “officially” today. He stands out as every time I go he’s a radiating smile, asks if I/we need something and always so helpful. Truly makes one feel welcome.

The slowest sandwich making operation I’ve experienced at Publix.One person working with a line of 6 customers. He’s young and in slow motion. Finally, another staff member came to help after 10+ minutes. I left. Otherwise it’s a fine store.

Update: It's been a few months and already I've been in there two times in the past week. Feels like a 180 with the service. Everyone is super nice, doesn't look like a zombie, and they get stuff done! Bumped the stars up to 5 for me.Two stars for the Deli specifically. I've attempted to order ahead here multiple times and it's never ready.I waited the first time. On my second order I just went about 20 mins after it told me to get there and I waited an additional 15. You know what? That's fine, I'm fortunate that my job won't fire me for using my entire break to wait for a pre-ordered sandwich.What sucks is waiting next to another person and a third guy comes up and says hey, I did an order online. He immediately got put at the front. Yeah, I could do this next time, but I don't like the idea of jumping ahead like that.I'll try again in a month or so and update my review. 🤷

Super clean, very friendly staff. A little pricey for my liking. It's the closest store to my house but I pass it in order to do my shopping elsewhere. I will stop in if I need to get one or two things quickly.

Publix is always a clean place great service sometimes the price for a little bit higher than other stores but I think you get that back in quality and service. Also to meet department seafood department you can accommodate anything you want by asking.

Over the last several months my online deli experience has been very bad. I place orders early in the morning to be picked up usually around 9:30/10:00. At least 4 times maybe more the order isn’t ready when I arrive sometimes an 1 to 1 1/2 hr later than the scheduled pick up. The responses are always the same when you ask about your order, “we’re running behind” and yet every time they are helping customers that have just walked up! I hunted up the manager, James? once. All he did was tell me they were behind and my order should be ready soon. They all apologize but there is no change in their process! Maybe offer me $5 off my order or how about you take care of your online orders that are late first before helping someone that walks up! Today my order was only 1/3 lb of ham which took deli worker 1 minute to slice.

I moved to NC from FL and found a Publix 30minutes away. It felt like home as the store was laid out the same, BOGOs were there and products that I hadn’t found at other grocery stores were as well. I will definitely be making the trip to show there!

It's always impeccably clean, reasonably priced, managed skillfully, serviced by a friendly staff and its array of foods will satisfy any palate. Received the worst customer service experience ever in a Publix. The "I don't have the time for your request" attitude from the Mgr. of the Deli and the attendant was not expected from a Publix. I'll never go back to this location again.

Stopped there after lunch at a local sports bar, it didn't have everything that a Publix much closer has. It was bright and clean, not very crowded for a Sunday, but I will not need to make a special trip to this Publix for anything special.
