Great store. Convenient location. Very friendly staff. I go here for all my basic pet supplies including cat litter, dog treats, and pet food. They don't carry a lot of the higher end pet food that you could get at a more specialty store, but it's a much better selection than big-box convenience stores.They also have cats for adoption, so if you're looking for a new furry companion š

Neat PetSmart store. My wife and I popped in to take a look at some of the pets and little critters. Many of them have already gone away to people's homes. Didn't get to see as many hamsters or cats as we would have liked but it's okay.

I donāt usually take the time to leave reviews, but I just want to say that your Santa was absolutely excellent and made our entire holiday season. He was so good with our Spinch, who has never ventured outside the house before. He was patient, so kind, and knew exactly what to do to calm him down and get him to look at the camera. I am so impressed with how great the experience turned out, especially with how nervous we were, and it just made us appreciate the store so much more. Whoever Santa was, he deserves huge praise. Thank you for the awesome memory!

iām never one to write reviews on anything but iāve been going to this petsmart for a long time, for years. Never once had a problem here, everyone who worked there was very friendly. For the past year or so weāve had an issue with an employee. She works at the banfield hospital side, sheās and elderly lady. She always has an attitude and whenever asked a simple question she answers with attitude. Iāve noticed that she ONLY gives this attitude with colored people. Iām writing this to let you guys know and to take accountability and talk with her about this. This is definitely NOT right.

This may be a petty review but nonetheless still needs to be said. My 1 year old Great Dane has slowly been learning how to get over his fear of new places, we hadnāt planned on being there long however, we were approached by an employee (forgot her name but she has distinct teeth) who Iām assuming is also a trainer there. The interaction started innocent and soon turned into a condescending lesson of everything Iām doing wrong about my dogs anxiety. It would be one thing if I had reached out to her for a lesson but seeing that I hadnāt and also seeing how my dog was comfortable up until she arrived, it felt quite inappropriate for her to continue to force a lesson on us instead of having the respect that other customers and employees had to just walk away because they saw that he was nervous. Again this may seem petty, not a knock against petsmart but I really didnāt appreciate that interaction with her and would hope that in the future she would understand when itās appropriate to try to sell her featured lessons and when its time to just walk away.

Petsmart Authority brand cat food has worked best for our 15 year old cats. It allows for us to give the cats prescription medicine and seems to provide good taste and nutrition.

Saturday 11:20 am, store is full. Brought my pet in for walk in grooming. The door to the grooming salon is locked, 3 people are in there not answering the door. One is grooming a dog, the other 2 are just talking. I rang the door bell , no response. I knocked again, no response, now with all 3 backs turned to me. I rang the bell again, no response. I walked away. What a way to run a business.

Staff is friendly. They have a variety of birds, reptiles and fish, sometimes cats. There's a puppy training area, grooming and a Banfield inside. Cleaner than other stores I've been in. Jazlin did a great job on the grooming services.

I mostly use PetSmart for my dog's grooming. The people there love dogs and it really shows. They always do a great job at a reasonable price. My dog who is by nature skittish likes the people there better than any other places I have taken him over the years.The only criticism I have is that it is often difficult to reach them by phone. Often it rings unanswered necessitating a callback.

Everyone is very patient and helpful. Brought in a recent rescue who was very excited after spending a year and a half in a shelter. Very understanding staff. Mikey ( new dog) was well cared for.

I booked a puppy bath and full haircut with Claire for my poodle. As soon as I checked in she said āIām probably not going to be able to give him a haircut because he is a puppy and they move a lot.ā ā¦.Why do you have puppy HAIRCUTS on your website to book, if when someone brings them in you are going to say you probably canāt do it without even trying first? We got a call not even 10 minutes after leaving saying he couldnāt get a full haircut but she will trim his feet and face. Im not sure how they brushed, bathed, fully dried and attempted to use clippers in under 10 minutes unless all of that wasnāt done. We decided to come back and watched through the window, and witnessed a dog with another groomer moving a lot more than our puppy yet they were giving them a full haircut. Clearly it was the groomer who wasnāt comfortable giving a puppy a haircutā¦Ultimately, not getting a full haircut worked out because from the trimming done in some areas his haircut wouldāve been butchered. While brushing him at home I noticed a big bald spot on my dogs stomach. Some groomers may be fine here but from the experience we had iād be very careful on who you book with. Such a terrible experience.

I took my dog Lola for her first ever nail grinding and she is not the greatest with strangers she gets very scared and skittish. They did an absolute amazing job they knew exactly how much love to give her and how much patience to give her to warm up they made her feel super comfortable and happy and as a dog mom thatās all I can ask for so I highly highly recommended here for any grooming service 10/10

Pet smart is a really great place for everything except grooming. I sent my dog in this morning and i was unpleasantly surprised when i came home and saw the shape my dog was in. His torso and tail where shaved all the way down leaving just some fluff at the end of his tail, his legs where fully not shaved along with his face. According to my mom he was āToo matted on his legsā so the groomers, who get paid to groom our dogs, said āYou must take him to the vet so they can finish himā. My mom walked to the vet inside Pets smart and is told they have no idea why they (the groomer) would need a vet to finish my dog. They then say there is no vets available to finish him UNTIL SUNDAY (it is thursday). I can completely understand my dog was matted and we need to do better, but not finishing your services and letting a pet walk out of your business in such a way is unacceptable. I will proceed with shaving the rest of my dog myself since professionals cannot complete such tasks.

I never write a review about anything, but my experience at this location has been probably one of the worst. Iāve taken my dog here for the past three years and every single time i walk out more upset. the vets donāt care at all about any customer who walks in there and im never happy with how they treat my dogs or me, it takes over 40 mins just to get in touch with someone over the phone and when someone finally answers the phone they answer just to hang up on you before answering any questions. iāve asked to cancel my banfield membership multiple times and they always tell me the wrote date to cancel by, therefore they make me wait the whole entire year to roll over so i have to keep paying the whole year for a service i donāt even care for. i would honestly just skip banfield all together because they clearly donāt care about the customers and pets that come into the store, just the money they are getting.

I made a 9 oāclock appointment to get my dog groomed and they took it upon themselves to change his appointment time to the afternoon and did not tell me until it was time to confirm the appointment. I could not make the afternoon appointment. Now I have to wait several weeks before I can find someone else to groom my dogs.

I had an appointment for grooming at one and they couldnāt do it because he was matted and another PetSmart told me they could do a medical grooming. I called Saturday when the one place couldnāt groom my dog and was told the Vet would return on Tuesday this week and they could get it scheduled for 2 to 3 weeks from now. It is Thursday and I havenāt heard anything. I called Wednesday afternoon was on hold and they never returned. I really wonder, do they want my business.

Went in for fish tank decor and what not since I upgraded my tank size and needed some more substrate. Well I was greeted by one the best people in the world in the fish section. I had lots of questions for her about certain fish and snails and she was incredibly knowledgeable. She may not have had what I wanted there in store but her customer service was absolutely amazing!

Do not buy crickets here (petsmart at beaver creak commons)! They count Every. Single. One! They scoop them and vigorously shake them to count one at a time, to the point of touching them with fingers to separate them... the stress of this and transporting kills at least 10 in the first day, another few die over the next week (which is expected) ... I'm tempted to return the dead crickets to them! At $.10 each it adds up to over $150 of dead crickets a year!... crickets die easily... this is why every other store gives a generous estimate...

My wife took my dog for a routine mail clip and unfortunately had one of the worst and strangest customer service experiences ever. The manager of the grooming dept was asking my wife strange questions about my dogs tumors and areas where the vet had to shave to apply skin meds long ago. Also it was hot in the store and my dog was panting a lot. The manager told her that my dog was too stressed out and made my wife wait for 15 min. Meanwhile our dog was relaxed laying on the floor, but still panting because she was hot. Weāve gone here hundreds of times with both our dogs. Unfortunately, the other yellow lab we had just recently passed away, so this was our dogs first time getting nails cut by herself. The manager continues to insist something was wrong with our dog and that she was too stressed out for her to cut her nails. My wife complained and asked to speak to the manager and this woman claimed she was the manager and they had this policy since January. So she left without getting our dogs nails trimmed and we will never come back. Also, we have been buying pet products from Pet Smart for decades, since we first got our first pets togetherā¦. But because of how my wife and dog were treated by this employee, we will never buy another product from Pet Smart again. That woman has no business working at a business dealing directly with human beings or pets.
