Managers' faces I now recognize!Returned a product, and they took it back and offered me cash in a gift card .Produce is fresh, usually .I have purchased fresh flowers for the center of my table each week until prices got too high for too little . Not Food Lions' fault as everything is skyrocketing !In process of updating store!

This is my place to shop when I visit Apex. Wonderful bakery. Large selection of grocery items. I always return home with Carolina BBQ sauces! Friendly staff..always available for questions. And produce...wow...have it all!

Terrible store.. terrible customer service. Bought meat last night. Went to cook it and realized it expired over a week ago! Went to exchange it and stood there waiting for someone almost 5 minutes. Finally went to the register and asked for someone. The customer service manager Josh was in a register and got an attitude about me asking. When he finally helped me he kept that attitude and then threw my receipt at me when the transaction was completed. Coming from a management and customer service background, I would say he is not in the right profession at all. This is not the first time he has acted this way. He should not be in this line of work at all!

Great staff, clean store, and great prices. Our go-to place for the essentials. You’ll have to go elsewhere for more exotic ingredients, but this place is always our first stop on grocery day.

I enjoy shopping here whenever I get a rental car in the same center! It's a pretty good Food Lion. The discount section in the back is also really good at times, which I enjoy.

employees are always so polite and helpful. They have almost everything larger stores have, which is good enough for me! They even have white sweet potatoes which you usually only find at Whole Foods. I buy most of my spices in the hiSpanish area, they are much cheaper. Great experience!

People I know like to hate on Food Lion, but I've always liked it! Prices are great, and I save mad money. Location is convenient, there's always ample parking. I've seen baggers help people out to their cars several times, I used to do that when I worked at Marketplace. I feel that's a great touch.The only thing I don't care for is that there's no self checkout. I have found self checkout it be great when I have just a few items, and I very rarely make large shopping trips these days. Not a big enough issue to take a star off because it is what it is.There's not a lot of organic or free range options, but there's not really ever been. I go to Whole Foods or Harris Teeter for those.What they do have is incredibly affordable, and most of its drawbacks come from the fact that it's stuck in the past a little. But I honestly don't think that's a terrible thing.

I just thought I would share that I have not been to a Food Lion in years. But I went to one the other day and they have seriously stepped up their game. The produce was great, the different types of food they offer had such a nice variety and the roles I picked up from the bakery were good. If you haven't been for a while it's definitely worth to stop in... I almost forgot to mention their prices are very competitive.

Love this Food Lion! I've been going here for 2 and 1/2 years and it's always been consitent. The team keeps everything stocked and the aisles are always neat. They're always friendly when we come in, and when helped me load my groceries when I was pregnant. Only thing I wish is that they kept the self checkout, but I know that's a corporate decision and the team can't control that.

Clean and well stocked. They have more cashier's on than any store I've ever been in. Still cleaning carts and enforcing mask orders. Reasonable prices. Meats and produce are really good and well priced

This location is excellent in cleanliness and customer service. The item I wanted was out if stock and though, I live in another area, they gave me a raincheck for a store in my area. The employee went above what was expected by googling the store number for my area and three other employees stopped what they were doing to assist me. Very pleased. Had the item been available I would rate this location with five stars.

Been told multiple times after I cash a lottery ticket then go to the machine that they are doing inventory on it. That's not even possible without the door to the machine open. The managers don't want people playing there so remove the machines or remove the managers and replace them with people that will actually do their job.

I love this Food Lion. The store is clean and well maintained. The variety, in all departments, is excellent. The staff are polite and helpful. The signage is clear and appreciated.

Great employees! Meat dept doesn't replace meats until meat that is due to expire that day is sold.They do discount it though So you can get a good buy if using that day. You will need to cook it or freeze it if you buy or wait til mid week when new meats come in to purchase.

This is a repulsive company because they refuse to honor their own coupons. Their stores are disgusting and they smell gross superior their produce always goes bad after several hours. I will never shop at 1 of these stores

The store manager "Renee" is rude and distant. Don't trust their food. Brought home some meat and it smelled and tasted weird. A former evening manager was the best, "Zach" he was the anchor of that store, but I don't see him anymore. I liked the store when he was there.

I find the ground beef and ground chuck to be the best around. Fresh vegetable selection is limited... overall prices are better than the competition in the area update 2222.. lot of empty shelves

I come to foodlion twice a week and I love this store but almost every time I come in I see someone stocking who appears to be a manager with his mask down not just under his nose but his mouth too. This frightens me because it makes me wonder what other bad covid guidelines this store breaks.

This Food lion is great for your basic necessities at great prices everyday. They dont play games with prices like the other grocery stores do. Their produce is always fresh and reasonably priced too!

One of the renewed/revamped Food Lions in the neighborhood that sells seafood, which is fantastic, though not many varieties. Prices lower than the competitors, fast checkout, friendly, helpful staff. Only if they carried Polar carbonated water and flaxseed milk, I wouldn't have to go to Harris Teeter! Are you taking notes product managers of Food Lion? :-P
