Decent Dollar Tree. It's normally very busy so it's never fully stocked. Don't choose the checkout line with the old man bcs God is he rude. Probably the most unpleasant employee at Dollar Tree I've ever met.

Worst Dollar Tree ever. The employees are checking customers out while one older male cashier is screaming at the younger cashier. Young male cashier with longer hair is just trying to do his job while getting screamed at. It is complete chaos and there is trash all over the floors and shelves on every isle. Wish 0 stars was an option.

It’s a big store but seems very under staffed. It’s somewhat stocked but a lot of extra shelf space. The verity is great and the employees are friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I personally wouldn’t ever go out of my way to bring my business here. I’m currently just right here and stopping by quick. Overall it’s what you would expect.

Previous review was one star, nine months ago, but I have since been back and it is fully stocked and operational, comparable to other stores in this chain. Maybe reviews really work?Previous review:What a dump. Some good staff, some being very rude. Very empty shelves. Merch all over floor. Use bathrooms only for a dare. With the mouthy annoying kids last visit, it was like an overrun playground. Not just Dollar Tree. It’s really hard to find staff willing to work in Apex for retail pay rates. Why everything is so expensive in this town.

Overall its a very different dollar store than I compared with cary ones. I found more varieties and items than other stores. They have bigger space than other store I guess. However the experience with variety was good. Only thing I found about store the seasonal items ran out quickly. Rest other as usual stuff are good to shop.

There is No Doubt that this Dollar Tree Location has a lot of Great Space. I love Dollar Tree a lot!.🙂 But I have to be very honest that this Location looked a bit unorganized and some things looked a bit scattered. The cashier was Very Sweet and a Great help,but this Location just needs a bit of cleaning and needs to be more organized. It's a true DOLLAR store and the perfect place to by silly cheap things for a party. It's also a nice place to pick up some toiletries for a trip. This Dollar Tree happens to be very clean and the manager should get some recognition for keeping this store clean. It has to be hard with all the odd balls like Johnny McMuffin coming through your store on a regular basis!

It seems like I always show up on stocking day. You can never get down the aisles completely for all the boxes blocking every row and the shelves are in disarray.I find more negative slow-paced staff and I do nice and friendly those that are nice and friendly go over backwards play even help people find stuff on the aisles. I can't see working in a place that I can't smile and seem to enjoy what I do versus carrying on a wish I wasn't here attitude.I've been in retail before therefore I what I'm talking about about on cleanliness of the the store especially on stock day. I'm finding this throughout a lot of Dollar Tree stores that I go to various reasons. There are two stores that stand out to me with excellent and that is the one in Pittsboro and the one in Apex on u.s. 55 and High house always clean always friendly always smiling always willing to help out customers all staff at all times never find the stores dirty never find the restrooms dirty and fully stocked for customers and staff to use. When I walk into those Dollar Tree stores that are not up to par I feel like I'm in the Dollar General in Pittsboro always filthy hard-to-find staff never find a smiling staff if I can't get down the aisles with my Walker that is is a dangerous for me. If there was an emergency that would be a lot of injured people.

This dollar tree is like a dollar store before Dollar Tree ever existed. Nothing is stocked, ever. You could see some things other dollar trees have stocked 1 time in a whole year at this location. There is never any staff. This store looses dollar tree so much money missing standard sales like ziplock bags, and sponges, I can't figure out why they can't get their act together. I wish I lived closer to any other dollar store.

I was at this Dollar Tree location last night (9/26) around 8:30pm & had the best customer service ever! I was meandering around the Halloween decorations when a man approached me, the guy was nice but was definitely creepy... He had already made his purchase but was still lingering around me throughout my time there. When I was ready to checkout, he followed me there too. This was very close to closing time so it was pretty dark out. Thankfully, the guy left before I did. But the staff brought it to my attention that the guy was staring at me the whole time I was there & was following me even when I wasn't looking! The two kind cashiers (don't know their names or else I would mention them each personally) walked me to my car because they didn't want me in the parking lot alone after that encounter! It was so thoughtful & was greatly appreciated. These people deserve a raise!!!

Don't know what happened?? This store, at one time, was neat and orderly - now it's a cluttered mess. Still go for greeting cards ( can't beat the price) and those are kept in order

Mike I think he was a manager or maybe a cashier, but hes been there awhile. He is a great help and takes pride in what he does! Its hard to find workers like him but he takes the cake. I saw this woman who was angry about something. She was screaming at a cashier and he defended his coworker and satisfied her needs as fast as possible then went into an office then a few seconds later he came out and went straight to cleaning the store I respect the fact he can take care of his coworkers and get the job done. Will always come here first before anywhere else. This store reminds me when I was growing up , loyalty to all type. Keep it up guys!!!

I was really disappointed that they had hardly No Easter decorations! It's 1 week after Valentines day. They have almost nothing in the Crafters square section. I wish DT would send the smaller stores more selections!

This place hires very rude discriminating people. The lady was so rude asking us not to let our three years old daughter not to touch anything though my daughter did not. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she claimed she is the supervisor. I will never go there again. Beside that the store is always empty and dirty. I wish i can give it zero stars

I bought eight picture frames for a project that I was doing. When I got home and unwrapped them three of them were damaged/broke. You could not tell when they were wrapped that they were damaged. I returned to the Dollar Tree less than an hour after I purchased the frames to exchange them for undamaged frames but was told by the cashier that since I left the store with the broken frames he could do nothing for me even with my receipt, that was there policy. I bought three more frames and the cashier asked me if i wanted the take the broken frames since I already paid for them, what am I going to do with broken picture frames? It was not the money that bothered me, they were a dollar each, it was the principle. Dollar Tree should stand behind the products that they sell as professionals and not make customers feel awkward when trying to return items. I hope this matter gets resolved.

They have some cool stuff..and of course the price is great!...but the shelves are never in order and you will always have to wait to check out because there is usually 1 cashier and although several employess walk by often no one ever backs the cashier up....that is consistent every single visit.

I love the Dollar Tree. Great place to pick up decorations, gift bags, plastic bowls , toys for kids, snacks and classroom supplies. Cleaning supplies, holiday supplies and plastic serving spoons.

The shelves are always pretty bare. Apex is a lot bigger of a town than where I live and this store is worse than our local one.

I went into this store the other day with my grandma and it was so nasty there was dust and webs all over the store. If I were the manager of this store I would feel such shame for the way her store is run. Also the workers were so rude. Never going back here again.

This is a very big dollar store. I've been a few times and am decently satisfied. This dollar tree is always stocked well with new items.
