I called this morning at 9 am and was told my prescriptions will be ready in 90 minutes. Here it is 5:27pm and my prescriptions still aren’t done. EVERYTIME I come here it’s a problem. Either they can’t get my insurance together. They can’t get my prescription together. Hate that this is the only pharmacy in Angier. 😡

This pharmacy tops the list as "Worst Pharmacy Ever"! I spoke with them in person, the meds weren't ready. They told me to come back at 3pm. I called up there because there was an insurance problem, they said it was resolved and ready to pick up at 2:30 pm. I even have the text saying the medication is ready to pick up. I go to pick it up and it's 3:35pm and it's still not ready. This is a horrific pharmacy and it's obviously not managed well.

The employees are amazing! I will say the wait time is always insane (not the employees fault) it’s due to high volume of customers I believe and being understaffed. I did not give five stars because my prescriptions have been messed up before and I do not know if it was the pharmacist fault or miscommunication with my doctor.

I would give 10 stars instead of 5 if I could. I looked through the reviews, and a lot of the negative ones are from over 2 years ago. I hadn't used this pharmacy until recently (2023). The staff is kind, patient, and compassionate.They've obviously revamped and upgraded their methods from the past. I've not seen a walgreens staff as hard working as this one in years.Thank you for all your hard work!!!

This pharmacy in Angier are the most unprofessional and uncaring pharmacy I now . I feel sorry for the elderly people that has to go thru all of the he said she said just to refill an medication , One might say its ready ,but when you get there nobody knows anything , just to be told to come back in an hour , and when you come back its not ready who did you talk to 🤦. Nobody never gives you there names so I guess I talked to a ghost .

Thank you to the pharmacy for helping me today. I tested positive for covid and Walmart was a bit rude and unhelpful filling my prescription. The lady working in the pharmacy today was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help me get my meds tonight. Very grateful for helpful people especially when I'm not feeling well 💜💜

Their pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I have NEVER had a good experience with the pharmacy, complete incompetence. I no longer get my prescriptions there and hopefully my husband will learn after today and not have his sent there again. Incompetence really is too nice for this pharmacy. One star is too!

If your having a bad day stop in here for a soda or candy bar and hope Norma is working and if her charm and incredible customer service doesn't turn your day around then go home and go back to bed and try again tomorrow because she is amazing. She welcomed every single customer that walked through the door, made casual conversation with customers at her counter and was polite, professional, and enthusiastic.

The pharmacist here Kara H Myer is excellent! Her and her pharmacy techs Daisy and Gladys are just as great! They made me feel like a valued customer by answering all my questions thoroughly and adding in advice and extra insights. They really gave me the best customer service experience Ive ever had!

The store employees are very friendly and the store is clean. The only issue I have with this Walgreen's is they never get any of the new makeup releases. This is the only pharmacy in town so you would think they could put two and two together and realize they could make a decent amount of money off cosmetics because people do not always want to drive the 20 minutes to Wal-Mart to get them.

The pharmacy here is horribly mismanaged and this is not a staffing issue. The drive thru had the person in front of me wait 20 minutes for their prescription to be filled, instead of asking them to come back or park, as about 15 cars turned away from the line.

They have been so helpful to me. Visited Friday morning the girl who helped me went above and beyond. Came back on Saturday and Justin helped me, just all around superior customer service. They never rolled their eyes, sucked their teeth or acted impatient. Thank you.Came by later and Daisy was awesome helping me getting my medicine. Thank you so much

What a wonderful hometown store! The employees are so friendly and helpful. I had a question and the manager, Justin, was very helpful. I was able to get a rain check due to the store being out of the brand of sodas I prefer that were on sale for 4/$10. I have not used the pharmacy but I can say that the actual store workers are wonderful! I recommend this store to anyone! Thank you, Angier Walgreens employees, for putting a smile on your customers faces!

Always a long wait, even if you called in your prescription. I now have to count my medication as I have not received the correct amount 3 times. Always happens with my pain medication. I really miss the small town feel and pride from Kerr Drug employees,

I have terrible experiences the last 3 times I got a RX refilled. The last time I attempted to go through the drive through for pick up after work and have sat in the drive through 5 to 10 mins and no one ever came to the window. I could see staff in the pharmacy walking back and forth and they didn't acknowledge me. I could clearly see the front desk and there was not even a line of people. I drove around and parked and went in the store. There was only 1 customer in the pharmacy that was seated waiting for a RX to be filled. I asked the lady running the register if the drive through was closed and she was very rude saying she was no, it was not but she was short staffed and had a very long line - and there was only 1 person waiting for their RX - there was no line?? I told her that maybe they needed to put a sign at the drive through if they were not going to service it because I had wasted 15 mins of my time by this time...she didn't even apologize nor reply. I have moved my prescriptions to another local pharmacy with EXCELLENT customer service! This drive through issue has happened 2 times now!

I have bad experiences with this store. First time I had to stand in life for about 15 minutes to get to counter to find out my prescription had not been received and my wife's prescription that had been called in the day before had not been filled and one called in by Doctor day before had not been filled. Filled the one called in by Doctor about 30 minutes . Was out of the one my wife called in come back next day. Went back next day and has not started on it but would have in 30 minutes. Had to leave and went back next day to find out it was still not filled, still no medicine and now there is a hold on prescription. I have never so many problems in one store. No one knows what is going on and not enough help. Lines of people waiting to talk to someone and complaining.

Wanted to get a covid test so I took my time online and did everything they asked. I arrive 5 minutes early. When I got there 7 cars ahead of me so I thought maybe they were doing the testing a different way cause it said online that they would come to you. I called and was told to get in line I asked are all these people getting tested the girl she didn't know but more than likely I said so they all had appointments she said no so I asked why I had to get in line since I made an appointment but they didn't she said I can't just ask them to leave so what's the use in making appointments if your not gona follow them us they were not coming outside to you everything was at the drive thru window so another lie .

I am very pleased with this store. Everytime I come in the associates are always so welcoming! I have spoken with the manager from time to time and he is very nice and informing!! The pharmacy is always quick and I prefer this pharmacy way better than any other. GREAT STORE!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I was hoping that when Walgreens bought out the previous store, service would get better. It hasn't happened. Prescriptions are never ready when I am told they are ready; wait times are long; requests are delayed or never sent to doctors. I regret moving my prescriptions to this pharmacy .

Always enjoy going into Walgreens. Nothing negative to address, although I personally feel their prices are slightly higher than CVS, I'll still shop there because their locations are convenient and plentiful.

Complete garage of a place. The wait times are always long for the pharmacy. You can except to wait anywhere between 30-45 mins on average. There have messed up several times on my medication and even gave me someone else’s!

RUDEST CASHIER.! My grandmother went to buy tights left getting yelled at! The man at the register started yelling at her because he told her to put in her zip code but she was looking at something real quick. He then proceeded to yell at her telling her to hurry up and put her zip code in. She ended up leaving with her things in tears. Not Happy

Your prescription can take a long time, plus they are more expensive so i have to go to fuquay drug. Customer service also very poor most of time.
