Employees have the most nastiest attitude ever. What’s the problem with repeating my order that I AM paying for? Then up charging my happy meal drinks without asking? That’s a problem. Our food was made incredibly sloppy and the wrappers weren’t even closed all the way so my sandwiches fell out of the wrapper. fries weren’t fresh at all and had no salt but also tasted like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamp for a minute. Please do better! If you hate your job THAT much then please just work somewhere else. Customer service is important and if you can’t have the decency to be a nice person then go on somewhere.

I'm giving 5 stars to one particular employee Michelle.She works up front putting peoples orders together plus running food out to the customers waiting in their cars, she also works the register taking peoples orders.Even with all the breakfast traffic and lunch madness Michelle still gives each customer a warm smile and says Have a nice dayWhat an exceptional employee that can perform so many tasks .Her communication with other employees is Spot-on!For the life of me I've never seen an employee that puts so much dedication into her customers as she does.5 stars for her excellent workperformance5 stars for customer excellence5 stars for the way she treats every customer with a smile.Todays lunch was crazy but the crew managed to stay on track presenting hot meals.It was so nice to sit and eat in a McDonald's that each table was wiped clean and the floors very clean.My compliments to the cooking crew and especially to *Michelle who works up front.5 stars for customer excellence , Michelle.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I order from this store multiple times a week through door dash, I've never had an issue until today. Took way longer than it should've to get my food today and when I did get it, it was cold. Wasnt even warm it was flat out cold and the food had to be microwaved to be eaten. As much money as I spend with this store it's completely unacceptable

I wouldn’t leave this review but the fact they want to give me grief and make me “bring all the food back in the morning” to get my money back. I don’t care how busy you are. Cook your food. This is not cool man. They seared each side and sent it. I was starving I didn’t realize it until I walked inside in the light. I’m not going back tonight I’ll know where I’ll. end up. I’ll let my wife handle it in the morning. I feel bad for whoever works tomorrow.Went back again and I knew better. Got another raw burger. This time the manager Tammy was just rude, put the money before the customer. I called corporate immediately thank god I got through when I did I was livid. They sent me a $50 gift card so I’ll be using that at another McDonald’s definitely NOT this one. This McDonald’s is RAN BY THE WORST MANAGERS AND WORKERS ON THIS PLANET. Point blank period no doubt about it. Unless you want food poisoning stay far away from Tammy and her horribly ran storeHey, wife went this time. They’re just so close I can’t stop myself. I ask for a QP with no cheese so instead of making a fresh one they grab one and rip the cheese off. Along with half the patty. This place will never change

Placed an order for plain McCrispy sandwich through drive thru. After paying and getting sandwich it had pickles. I took the sandwich inside and notified the cashier that it had pickles on it and I ordered it plain. The “Manager” grumbled that I should have ordered it plain! After correcting the manager that I did order it plain she said nothing. Sad that her attitude as a leader will reflect on her staff.

I have gotten 2 Doordash meals from them in the past week or so and everything is freezing cold when it arrives. The fries are cold and stale like they’ve been sitting on the counter for 3 hours and they didn’t even have the decency to put my son’s happy meal in the damn bag. Horrible McDonald’s that hopefully gets taken off of DoorDash soon.

It's bad how you specifically ask for something and you get the opposite. I asked for the two cheeseburger meal with NO PICKLES. And yet they disregarded my order and gave me what they wanted to give me. This McDonald's is not so bad since being this not my first time stopping here. And I just left this establishment. So they only received 2 stars because the fries was hot for once around this time.

Drive thru not busy go thru it ordered Qtr Pounder with cheese deluxe no onions and Qtr Pounder with cheese with no onions. Hence 1 deluxe &.1 not deluxe. Asked us to pull to front, waited 15 mins ..we got cold fries and 2 Qtr Pounders with cheese without onions. DID NOT GET ONE DELUXE and then the hamburger looked like it was 2 days old or more..thin, stiff, not hot at all. I now will be boycotting McDonalds for quite some time as the prices have gone up and the quality of service, food has gone down. Yes I know staff shortage, inflation, pandemic, blah blah blah but really.

Waited over 47 minutes in the drive thru line, but did not receive our complete order. Drive thru team asked us to pull forward to the next window, and then did not serve us for 18 additional minutes. Employees cannot be bothered to even wear their uniforms, wearing ratty street clothes instead. Management has *clearly* given up even trying, and the franchisee of this location should be terminated. I don't want a refund, I don't want an apology, I just want someone to try, for once.

I honestly don't understand why someone can't get an order right. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication was but I told the cashier no tomatoes twice and still ended up with 3! Then they have us wait so we could get cold sandwiches? The only saving grace was the cashier was nice and the fries were hot. If this was the first time at this particular McDonald's I could just write it off but they also previously asked my wife to wait while they got two apple pies, forgot about her, she went in 20 minutes later and they handed her cold apple pies with no apology or explanation.

The past few time’s I’ve gone to this McDonald’s they keep serving up overly salted, burnt, crunchy burger meat and the bread has been chewy! But hey the ice cream machine worked so I guess we’re supposed to compromise smh. Apparently their excuse was that they’re short staffed but I don’t see what that has to do with the food quality. I’m tired of spending $20+ for burnt burger’s not cool.Dietary restrictions: Lay off all the salt on the burger’s

The food is always nice and hot. Very good. The service if you go inside to the lobby is slow. Doesn't matter if you use the kiosk or order at the counter. Slow slow slow. Most of the employees are in high school. So I guess that's why the service is slow. Everyone is always talking and not looking at the screens, and the lobby never has straws. Grrr, about those darn straws.

Went by before I was ask anything.Next once I got the window to get my food I was asked to move to next window which was already busy with another car waiting.30 min. Total waiting time during a non busy time. I had to call cause they had forgotten my food.If there’s was a lower rating I would give it.The manager was non apologetic either.

You have to ask for fresh food. Don't do door dash cause your food is sure to be cold even if you call and ask for fresh food. This is because they prepare your food soon as they get the order... mind you, there may not even be anyone assigned to pick up your order and it won't be picked up for another 20-25 mins. Then when you call they catch an attitude and tell you its the dasher fault.

I like the food, but, this location would have to improve their customer service 10 fold, just to be considered bad customer service.Every time I go here, there is at least one driver thru customer standing at the counter, trying to get the items that he ordered in the drive thru and did not receive.Twice they have given me a regular coke when I had ordered a diet, which can be a serious issue for people who have to calculate insulin injection when they eat. Their negligence is going to get someone hospitalized or dead. Don't trust any drink, from here, that you don't pour yourself.Going inside is not any better. You will not be greeted or acknowledged. It will take several minutes for the front counter person to come help you, since they always seem to be in the back of the store, for some unknown reason. I can't say how the current front counter people are at their jobs as I have long given up on getting them to accurately input any part of my order.I am forced to use the kiosks. One of the four order points will not respond to touch, and another has no debit reader, forcing you to go to the counter anyway and pay. When you do order on the 2 functional kiosks, make sure to memorize your order number as it quickly flashes across the screen, because you only have about a 50/50 chance of getting a receipt from these machines. Sometimes they are out of paper. Sometimes they are jammed up, and sometimes they just spit out a blank piece of paper. Clearly no one is checking them throughout the day. God forbid you be forced to pay at the counter, with no receipt. I can only imagine the nightmare. I have never encountered this issue completely, since anytime it occurred, I left and went to a better McDonald's; i.e. any other McDonald's.On 11/5/22 after ordering a large vanilla shake, I waited 30 minutes and received no shake and no acknowledgement that one was forthcoming. Nor was I told that the ice cream machine was "broken". Somehow I think that getting my $4.09 refund is going to be more trouble than it is worth. I will consider it money well spent for finding out just how little this location cares about doing the basics; passing food over a counter.11/19/2023This McDonalds put my food in the bag, and sat it behind the pickup area for 10 minutes before announcing it was there. They were even thorough enough to put the receipt where it couldn't be viewed by customers, so I wasn't even able to verify if this was my food or not for the entire 10 minutes.Maybe this McDonalds doesn't suck. Maybe they just don't want me there. Well they got their wish. Unfortunately my debit card and I are a matched pair. They don't get access to one without actually fulfilling the other obligations to the other. How sad for McDonalds.

I am a nurse getting called into work due to low staff ratios. I stopped for something quick, nothing out of the norm. I ordered a burger and a milkshake, hoping that would hold me over for 12 hours. Forgot to add a fry. I paid then remembered to add it. Seen there was only one person behind me, and they had over 5 people standing around that I could see from the drivethru window. So I asked for them to add one. I was told by Victoria, who I was told was the manager on duty that would not be possible. Even though I come by this McDonald's frequently and tolerate when they give my 5 times cooked fries and smashed burgers, forget items, wait sometimes 30 min in line for a meal.....never complained once. That's fine. Lazy, and poor service. Do better.

Ordered a Big Mac with a medium fry and a quarter pounder tonight and instead I got a 6 piece nugget a McDouble and a small fry They didn’t check it before bringing it out. We ordered breakfast last week and they didn’t put egg on anything we ordered. Went back that time and they gave food again without egg. It’s not that hard to make sure your orders are correct before sending them out.

If possible I would drive past this McDonald's. With the population growth in Angier and possibly lack of employees, the quality has gone downhill. The food is poorly prepared, it's thoughtless and careless. This is especially frustrating when you consider the increase in prices. It needs new management. Also the drive through smells like sewage, which is a fixable issue stay clear on hot days.
