Christina was very helpful with ordering on the app and using my Star points. She was super patient and walked me through it. The order was done correctly and the food was fresh. She has a good crew there and takes her customer service seriously. My only complaint is with corporate. Are you trying to compete with Popeyes or Bojangles? Your formerly yummy fries are being ruined and overloaded with sodium. Ditch the "new" salt that looks like Cheeto dust.

Short hair african american supervisor manager was EXTREMELY RUDE ! Doesn't greet people . See you standing by counter and ignores you to just go about her business. You ask for help and her response is “i’ll get to you when i can” no apologies , no manners in her communication. Sad that its coming from an actual supervisor. Hardees deserves better representation than that ! I personally dont care but i can only imagine how many other customers get that type of treatment from her. Regular employees were nicer than her and shes supposedly a manager. This happened on April 10th at 6:00PM AT the angier location. Do no recommend ! Not to mention, the entire service was extremely slow !

Went through the drive only person in line ordered paid then asked to pull up waited for food get it and its missing 2 things I was at to back up back to window knocked on it no one never came nor did I ever see an employee working for 3 minutes minutes! Had to leave bc didn't want told food so what kind of place is it that no one can be seen working for help especially when there is no one there eating !

I have been to this location ALOT in the last three years, but TODAY, was the best service I have ever received at any HARDEES. The Frisco burger was FRESH and juicy! The food literally melted in my mouth. The fries were hot and fresh and crispy. The employees were energetic and fun to talk to. The restaurant was very clean and organized as well. Keep up the good work, this is my new favorite fast food location.

Worst drive-thru fast food experience I've ever had. After placing our order we pulled up to the drive-thru window and of course they ask us to pull forward which my son gladly did. 15 minutes later I decided to get out and ask where our food was the young lady basically told me that one of their friars went out and they had to warm up new Grease and it would be another 4 minutes before our food was ready. So it took us a total of 20 minutes to go through a fast food restaurant drive-thru. Now we had ordered the new chicken sandwiches that everyone is making these days and when I got home I was terribly disappointed. Enough to where I made a phone call back up to the restaurant, talk to the same young lady and she told me she would gladly give me a refund or issue me store credit. I asked for a refund and she said I would have to come back to the Hardee's that night to get it. After driving back up there, I showed her a picture of the chicken sandwich. I asked her if that looked anything like the picture on the menu. She said no, they have had several complains about the size of the chicken. I said it was more like a chicken tender, than a breast. I gave her my receipt and the CC we used. She walked away and returned a few minutes later and asked where the food was. I said you did not tell me to bring the food back.So long story short, Hardee's not only wasted my time in the drive-thru, I drove all the way back up there for nothing.So my advice, look at this picture of what we received and stay away from Hardee's!

This place needs a lot of attention. The property is sprawling with high grass. The shrubs have new growth posing every which way.We repeated our order 2 times through the drive through. When we got to the window, the drive through attendant repeated the order and it was still wrong. Additionally 2 of 3 drinks were wrong. There was very little sense of urgency.We got our food. IT WAS STILL WRONG! when someone says no cheese, pay attention. There could be severe allergies involved.Our “fast food” order took nearly 20 minutes and was wrong 4 times.This location needs to get it together.

Excellent experience here today! The staff are friendly and the restaurant is clean and fresh, it was a great experience from the moment we walked in the doors. Great food.. Hardee’s has really made a positive impression on me recently in the local area and I will definitely be giving them my business

This is our favorite Hardee's! The employees are always courteous and the food is served hot and the order filled correctly. My wife and I usually use the Drive thru and we generally have a special order to take home. The management and employees are very dedicated to getting our orders correct and in a timely fashion. They even remember us as customers. Real positive for a fast food establishment!

While waiting in drive thru line I watched as a manager half heartedly washed on hand. She rubbed her thumb fingers against the tip of the other ones. My burger I received was cold and I only live a mile away (3 -5 minutes driving ). This is terrible I tried to give this place a chance but hire people who care about your business.

Ordered a bunch rher meal. Opened it up and it was soaked in mustard and ketchup to the point it was falling apart.When I went inside to say something I said I need a new burger that's eatable or a refund. I was told they DONT do refunds . Even though none of it was eaten ,not a single bite of the sloppy burger. I got them to make a new one ,which I was treated rudely

Local who will never eat here again...this store is constantly going through new people so they are usually friendly but slow or miss items on the order. It is what it is. Tonight was just horrible though, ordered 2 burgers and they looked like pictures of the moldy buns from the Russian Mcknockoff chain. Absolutely disgusting they would serve food this old. I didnt realize until I took first my bite of one and the bread was so old it made me want to check it. I know it's the only Hardee's in the area, but is it really worth it??

Ordered a 5 peice tender combo for dinner one evening and it gave me horrible food poisoning. I don't know if they were not cooked all the way through or what. I could tell something was off with the texture but because I was dipping it in sauce and eating while I was driving it masked any unusual taste. Just be careful, I know mistakes happen but I wouldn't wish this feeling on my worst enemy.

Although they can be slow with service at times, I always enjoy walking in to order. They are VERY short staffed however most of the time they are working so hard to fill that void. I admire how hard they work and stay positive. And for that reason I stay loyal to them! And it's my pleasure to do so!!

Friendly but not fast, forgot my fries for certain orders. Ordered over 40$ of food so yea bummer, was waiting for about 20mins on a 30min lunch break. Had to repeat my order over 6 times. Didn’t realize I was missing food until I arrived at my destination which couldn’t go back because they had already used up my lunch time.

I went through the drive thru and placed a large order during a very busy afternoon. I had to pull into a parking space to wait which is fine as it was no rush, took a little time because the order was large. When the young lady came out to bring my order she apologized for the wait time and informed me that they were severely understaffed. I thanked her for her time and hard work. The order was correct as always, unlike the competition up the street. I couldn't be happier with the level of service and professionalism of the staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
