What a difference between the day shift and the night shift.And the managers who could really give a rats behind what you like about and not like about the store.The employees put their heart into their jobs during the day but the night crew is like death row.I asked one man putting stock away for an item and he just walked away and gave me a dirty lookBig changes to the store.Big dealChange your night crew and the managers who are completely useless.

Nice open parking with an easy street entrance. Store is large with all the expected specialized sections. Clean store. Non busy cashier greeted me. Some stock was a little low. But the store was being prepared for floor stripping. Plenty of open registers for check out. Plan on returning to this store.

Food Lion used to have reasonable prices. But, that ship had sailed 4 or 5 yrs. ago when they redesigned their stores. Now I go to Food Lion ONLY when I need to purchase "1 product" not carried by any other grocer in the Fuquay Varina area.

Im 1 week post op, limp into the store. Nicely ask someone where to find something and they send me to the wrong isle. This happened 4 x over the corse of 10 min. By the end I was in excruciating pain and left empty handed. I drove down the road to family tree, called them and unlike food line, they had the item at the register by the time I limped inside... I cost nothing to be a good persin.

My experience at this store was one of the best I have ever had at a grocery store. I had 2 lady employees go above and beyond helping me and my sister find what we needed. They even helped at the register.

Nice convenient local store.I've been living around here for 4 years and to My knowledge no changes. They keep fresh vegetables and fruits that's my main thing about a grocery store. Really nice people, They treat me with respect and that means a lot as well

This store is terrible. I have been shopping here for years. The current manager that runs the store is very rude with a terrible attitude. I’ve seen him get very smart with his associates and supervisors. I’ve even seen one cry over it. Also when shopping fresh items I have looked to see if new dates were in the back which had older dates in the back so they’re not rotating their product for customer freshness please be careful! Store has a very foul smell and has had refrigeration problems where they’ve been seen transferring freight back and forth not guaranteeing freshness of these products. Lastly I asked a young man with glasses he was the the manager working closing the store well I asked him a question & he responded very smart and rude responding to me as if I was dumb. Overall very bad store not one of my favorite foodlion so will not be shopping here anymore and neither should you! Please spread awareness!!

This Food Lion is my favorite local one. The employees are always friendly and helpful especially in the Deli. Really enjoy the layout of this Food Lion which lends itself to easier shopping. It has helpful Management and is in a great location. Abundance of parking area is another plus! Highly Recommend!!!

This is a moderately sized store with a cohesive layout, easy parking and a nice selection of food, drinks and essentials. I really love their Nature's Promise line of products; especially since most of their food consists of non-GMO ingredients. The self checkout system is a nice addition to the store, but the staff are friendly too. Easy to get in and get out, so I highly recommend this location.

I always do my to go grocery pick up here. If there's ever a problem they fix the problem. With my last order 3 of my items were left behind and my eggs were cracked. I called and spoke with Ms Sonya. She brought my items outside to the car. That's excellent customer service if you ask me.

Was in an out really didn't look around at prices of everything, which I usually do but the thick bacon the wife and I picked up was at a great price and it was like a 3 lb package and it was like 4 .80 a pound n that was affordable n great on the BLT and some breyers strawberry ice-cream that I thought was reasonable , it looked like a very clean place

I'm definitely going to purchase pictured item again. MeyenburgGrade A Ultra- Pasteurized Vitamin DGoat Milk went very well with Pet Egg Milk. I believe was purchased there as well.

Love this store! They just did a birthday cake for me that was really pretty! The store is clean & cheery & the employees are so nice. They have a huge selection of everything. It's a bit pricey but it's that way anywhere. A+!

Clean, well stocked and plenty of cash register lines were open. No wait on a Friday afternoon and Monique, my cashier, was friendly and packed my groceries well. Terrific checkout experience. Get her to train the new cashiers!

This Food Lion is very well-organized and well-put together. There were staff members everywhere available to help and they were all friendly, each one nodding and saying hello. It's a larger store so there isn't a feeling of being cramped. The cashier was nice and friendly as well. Overall, a very good experience, and I would shop there again.

Food Lion is one of my favorite places!For Thanksgiving they're giving us a chance to earn $20.00, if spend $50., or more six times within or before Thanksgiving!FYI, when you shop and you know your going to spend more than a Hundred or more.Brake it down into two $50., sales then you will be earning the (X), that's on the bottom of the receipt! FYI!! Each $50., (X)

We made a late night stop to get some groceries for a week of vacationing. Got there at 10:15 PM. Had all of our groceries by 10:50. $400 later we were out by 10:58. The staff was great. Fastest checkout ever and he even bagged everything. Great Staff.

Accidentally forgot my wallet on my desk. No big deal because I had my checkbook right? WRONG, wouldn’t accept a check for $41.65 from an account that over 100x that amount in it! Told me I had to contact the bank in order to accept it(of course after hours) we used to spend on average 10-12k a year in this store but not anymore ~ I’ll never step foot in there again.

Food Lions are some of my favorite grocery chains, they always have such a wide variety and usually carry any brand you’re looking for. Beer selection is good as well.

Well, it's a sign of the times I guess. This particular Food Lion was extremely low on food. The chicken was gone... except for wings. Slim beef selection. Whole sections were empty in various areas. There is a storm coming so that will delay restocking.I can understand all that but what happened at the register bothered me. I had three packs of pork chops because there's six in my family. The cashier would not let me buy three packs, there was only two in a pack. I explained that I had six people to feed but the cashier said no. I had to leave all the meat because I couldn't just feed four. I understand limiting but does that mean a family of six can't have thick cut pork chops?

Foodlion is a good store for picking up basic products. Just updated. Good overall prices. Bakery items are good.Update 3/22...still one of my weekly stops.Update 6/22...got some good deals today!🤑Update 8/22...just got back from FL. Only 1 item out of stock. I also think they are giving rain checks again. I forgot to get one.😒

Appreciated the helpful stockers and cashier tonight while shopping. I'd been semi disabled thru some vehicle accidents and since I couldn't lift the pail of cat litter (35 pounds and I can't lift over 15 pounds) I'd asked one of the sticker guys to put it into my cart for me. He didn't have an attitude or anything like that he was happy to assist me. The cashier actually volunteered to help me put it in the van for me. My brother helped unload the groceries and the litter once I got home.Glad there are sweet people at my new local Food Lion that are helpful. 💖💖💖

My phone went missing inside this store today. And although that is never a good thing, it couldn’t have happened inside of a better place. I went to a gentleman named Justin and let him know what happened and asked for help. From the MOMENT I asked for help, to an hour later finding it.. this man never left my side helping me. From using his own phone to try to help me locate it, to calling my mobile carrier for me trying to help me get a updated location because I was panicking too badly myself to do it. Checking cameras, ect. He also made a call over the radio describing my phone and I literally watched every associate at the front check their surroundings as well as ask every customer they saw if they’d seen the phone. My terrifying situation was made just a bit better by the kindness and compassion by everyone on staff this afternoon. The manager ended up finding it in a location we won’t discuss. But nonetheless, every worker here went above and beyond to help me find it. I could cry I am so thankful. I would like the thank EVERYONE for their help, love, compassion, and kindness. But also specifically Justin who stayed by my side through this stressful situation and made sure the best possible outcome happened. You all are amazing. And I’m beyond thankful and grateful for your help.

This particular location is on my way home and it’s probably one of the cleanest and most organized of the many Food Lions that I have shopped at. Plus, I left my car in their parking lot one night when I went to an Italian restaurant in Cary and it didn’t get broken into. That always makes me excited!

Great store well equipped with every type of grocery. Clean and polite employees. Could use a few more lanes open for check out though. Overall a good fairly priced grocer for myself and my children.

It’s hour before they close and they make you check yourself out. I’m not a fan I always go here even though some of the employees look like they hate their job. However I feel as if they should have at least one register open. I even ask do I have to check myself they said yes. I put my stuff back and left and that was nice of me. My one star rating will be staying the same until something change. I use to work at food lion I’m very disappointed in this situation. Please do better!

The only reason Food Lion doesn't get five stars for me is because of their lack of a good produce aisle. I wish they had more variety. This particular location is always clean and the checkers there are always happy to help you and point you in the right direction if you can't find something, and make sure you know that there's room in there I'll if you're waiting in line.
