My first trip, needed coffee filters. Thought it might be like D... Store but its not. There is literally wall to wall shelves full of about anything you could think of. My wife and I are great at blogging prices so when we do to a store we can compare. So overall prices are ok and compareable to Wally world. Guess the advantage is it is local.

Ordered something online - shipped it to this store. Received a notice that it arrived. The manager could have cared less that I waited over 40 minutes for them to find it. THEY DIDN"T find it. I will never order from Family Dollar nor shop at this Family Dollar again.

Came into the store yesterday and needed to find a charger that worked with my phone. The Assistant Manager Sheldon, went above and beyond to help me find the correct charger for my phone. Thank you for taking time to assist me. I'll be back for sure! Great customer service!

This place was ran better when the hispanics ran it before it got turned around. (Besides carmen) Ill keep the rest to myself. Don't work a customer service job without doing ur customer service.

I do not know how Maria still has her job. This makes the third review about her. She became very violent with me and my family one night, so much so that we had to leave the store to avoid the confrontation. After walking out she chases us to our car cursing at us while having waiting customers in line. She is just a liability to this store. Will definitely not be back.

There's no one here......... The store looks open but there's no one here And the doors are locked. Tried to go inside but the doors didnt slide open. So I'm assuming noone is here. What the hell.......

Maria who works here is EXTREMELY RUDE.. She snatches money out of my hand, gets an attitude easily, and is always gossiping and cussing in front of customers. I DO NOT understand WHY she is still working here.. She is rude and unprofessional and deserves to be fired. Do not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated horribly by her.

If i could give a zero star review i would. Every time i go into this location here lately all i hear is the women at the counter gossiping and cursing very loudly. You can hear them from the back of the store. Even when i was standing near the registers to pick out a gift card they continued to gossip and curse. There is no amount of professionalism at this location. You are better off going to Dollar General across the street.

Staff is amazing but bought foods last night over a year expired. I tried calling but can’t ever get through.This isn’t the first time we got expired products.I’ve gone in and physically pulled items off the shelf and given to employees.Facing and checking dates is key old products to the front and new in the back.

Today I sat outside for 20 minutes before close for 2 ladies, Jasmine and Carmen, to lie and tell me that they close at 8:50 after they hid on the isles till 9pm with the doors closed. The hours of operation online and out front say 9pm. I couldn't even pick up children's medicine for my baby. No wonder they were closed for weeks. The employees are lousy!

Really expensive. I don't want to pay for your new building, I only buy clearance items.Ever higher prices, why do people shop here? No store in NC has more expensive generic no brand junk. Pointless to enter this store unless you want to pay a lot for old stuff.

Changing mdse from Christmas to Valentine some cute stuffed animals. New cashier when she asked for help some immediately came to her assistance. I was not held up. I will go back.

Never going to family dollar again, in angier. Stood at check out for over 5 minutes while the worker played on her phone and vaped inside the store, just behind me in the aisle.
