Went today & was yelled at by an older worker who was more worried about someone parking IN THE parking spot near her car IN A parking lot than getting her store cleaned up & actually working. It was a disaster inside, very dirty, unorganized and couldn’t get to any shelves due to unpacked boxes in the way. Her attitude was awful before I even walked inside. Definitely in need of new workers who don’t hate their job. Won’t be back.

Let me start off by saying, I live very close to this store and frequent it quite often, multiple times a week. I attended my local unorganized, over crowded, but friendly local Dollar General last evening to have my shopping experience brutally interrupted by the ranting of store associate Kim! Kim wanted to share with us her views about 45 building “the wall”, and how she wishes to be part of such an experience. Kim then went on to celebrate how delighted she is to serve 45, and all the marvelous qualities he has contributed to her life.The Dollar General sits in the heart of a community filled with Mexican and African Americans! Is this the political view point of a company supported grossly by a Mexican and African American community? If not, activity and conversation like this is vastly unacceptable, and needs to be addressed publicly!The store was full of Mexican & African Americans last night as it always is! The gentleman at the counter looked up at me defeated and angry as he left the store shaking his head in disbelief! Kim rang him up without speaking one word to him! She didn’t look up at me until I acknowledged her first! This is just unacceptable, and as a community we deserve better from our local establishments!!!

Was a complete disaster zone!! Stuff was all over the place on shelves, very disorganized, items that should have been in the same area were across the store from each other. There were boxes with items to put out on every aisle. I am not exaggerating at all. And alot of boxes, all the way down each aisle. It was a disaster they should be ashamed.

Today I sat outside for 20 minutes before close for 2 ladies, one named Carmen, to lie and tell me that they close at 8:50 after they hid on the isles till 9pm with the doors closed. The hours of operation online and out front say 9pm. I couldn't even pick up children's medicine for my baby. No wonder they were closed for weeks. The employees are lousy!

I am a avid shopper of all DG's. Been to the one on 210 in Benson and love it....this one not so much. Not clean, needs to be updated and seriously cluttered and disorganized. Needs some love and attention for sure...

I love this place, It's a bit too small but, they have great prices and the staff are the absolute nicest people in the world. Everyone of them deserves a pay raise, asap.

Always empty and I see why! Employees have horrible attitudes the store is so very hard to shop in because of push carts and merchandise blocking the shelves. And you might as well forget trying to push a cart down some of the isles because the isles are blocked off and I refuse to go around just to try and squeeze down a isle and move boxes to shop. Sorry beginning to not shop in any of the dollar general stores.

Don't buy gas here lines too long to pay. They should have separate line to buy gas. Then they give u a gift card to go back out to pay for gas

Love it, it always clean and everybody is always nice and kind, and when they have seen you in a while, when you go back they say we glad to see you, how you feeling and if every ok, they are like family, I 💜💜 those ladies

This is a smaller location and it is set up slightly different from their other locations but it is clean and we'll stocked. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Honestly the store layout is fairly confusing, you have to ask an employee almost everytime you want something specific. Fortunately though everyone there is super kind and helpful, and wont mind helping you out.

False advertising... They advertise the black Friday special 3 cans of progresso soup for $3 when you get there they won't give it to you... This is happened in the Erwin Dollar General
