I want to give a very special shout-out to Megan and Jerry (I hope I'm remembering his name correctly). Megan went above and beyond for me to help me pick out the perfect color for my salon. She truly showed how much she cared about getting it perfect for me. I cannot express enough gratitude on how much that meant. Jerry greated me the second I walked in and made sure I was catered to and taken care of throughout the whole process. Megan and Jerry worked so well together. They made me feel so welcomed and like I've known them my whole life. A semi stressful part of my day was made so much better because of the two of them!

This is a very fine business for quality retail. If you need advice before you purchase, this is your store. Staff is very friendly, helpful (in particular compared to the big HD and Lowes stores) and knowledgeable. I like to go here for all my hardware and DIY needs. Strongly recommend this business 👍

Small town store with friendly employees who are always looking to offer assistance 😀!When purchasing heavy items, they always ask if I need help loading my car...even today after purchasing a 20 lbs bag of birdseed! I declined today, but other times it was nice to have someone help, especially when I purchased several bags of river rocks. They have a good selection of various things for home and garden. They also offer rewards periodically for being a customer-coupons that are mailed to your home. Highly recommend this store to locals. They truly offer a friendly environment with genuine employees who take pride in their store and their work😊.

It's nice to have a local hardware store close by that regardless of size has almost everything I'd need to keep things up around the house. The staff is always helpful and polite and ready to answer questions and provide insight on any project. Their insight is much appreciated when I have questions.

Small town Ace that Carry's anything you could need. Love that the staff have been here for years and call you by name and always remember what was talked about during my last visit there. Not to mention when my grandpa passed they sent a card with their condolences and a few even came to pay their respects. Love how it feels like visiting family and I never leave sad. 5 stars and would award more if I could

This is a great alternative to the "Big Box" stores. And unlike said stores, I ALWAYS receive friendly, knowledgeable assistance, in a timely manner.... no matter how busy they are. This will keep me coming back, regardless of price. To me, Good help from friendly staff (that seem like they actually WANT to be there) is the most important thing when choosing a place to spend my hard earned money.

I absolutely love this Ace Hardware store i have yet to go there and nit leave with what I came in for. The customer service all the employees are the best so polite caring and most importantly helpful you will never have to go find someone they will come to you and ask if you need any help ! My favorite store of any hardware companies!!!

I will not be shopping at Ace Hardware any longer. I have been in their rewards program for quite some time and have taken advantage of discount coupons. I had a 20 dollars off if you spend 100.00 so I presented it when I purchased air filters and shelving. I didn't realize the filters had a sale if 1.00 off. The gentleman who rang me up did not point that out. He took my coupon and I saw it ring up on the screen and he tore my coupon up and threw it away. When I got home no 20.00 off on receipt. So I went back and questioned this with the manager and she said your stuff was on sale. I advised her I wasn't told or given choice to not purchase items at that time and get my coupon back. She said they would honor it if I spend 100.00 more dollars in their store. I told her I would just go elsewhere. No thank you! They aren't that great! She just let me walk out didn't care if she lost a customer.

Ace Hardware serves our community and is close by. They have the things we need, and even ordered a 28 ft ladder for us that was reasonably priced, and came quickly. The sales people are interested in helping us find stuff. We are regular customers now.

I have moved to this area about 2 years ago. Even though there are some Big Box stores around, I love this Ace Hardware store in Angier. I have received great service and helpful tips from the staff on selecting things to help me get my job done with the right supplies for the job.

The associates that work at ace hardware are the absolute best. They always help me find exactly what I need, assisting me to my vehicle with the packages purchased. Or answering questions by phone. They have the true hometown customer service perfected to a tee. My favorite place for whatever I need as far as hardware. My helper today was Bob, and I cant say enough about the angier location.

I recently purchased a Weber 26in charcoal grill from the folks at Ace. Dealing with them was so easy. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. best part of the experience was when I called to pick it up the day it arrived. They offered to assemble it for me, no extra charge. Stuff like that usually doesn’t happen in today’s day. Great friendly customer service. Will definitely be back to support them!

Boy, The people who work at this hardware store know how to treat customers!Everytime I go there I am waited on by a pleasant worker.This place is far better than Walmart.They have better supplies but quality supplies and mixing paint is a breeze where you dont have to hunt down an associate.I give Ace Hardware and their employees 5 stars in customer satisfaction and excellence.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This a great little community hardware store! They have a fabulous inventory, the store is bright and laid out very well. The "helpful hardware man" is quick to offer help or let you alone to browse around. I have not directly compared prices...but am happy to pay a fair amount more to keep me out of the Lowe's or Home Depot! I would invite all the locals to trade with our Angier Ace Hardware...they are a community asset, and the free popcorn ain't bad either!!
