I called this store about 8 pm on a Monday evening. Shannon, the mgr, answered the phone. He was AMAZING! His customer service and knowledge of his business was impressive, to say the least. I was transferred to the deli where Melody answered all of my questions about the Thanksgiving dinners offered this year. If it wasn't such a long drive (from the Houston area) this would be MY store. Outstanding team in this store! Keep up the excellent work!

They need to start checking the chef life a lot of their sandwich meats are out of date we found some peaches on the shelf that were actually the see-through kind that you could see and they were mildewed grocery store to shop at. People are not real friendly there at all

We loooove this store and make it a point to visit everytime that's were in the area. The staff are always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Their Laura Lynn products are solid as well. I definitely recommend stopping to get all of your grocery needs.

We all know Ingles as a place to buy your groceries. What many of us are not aware of is that it’s also a great sub shop.While on a long journey, hungry for some quality food, pulled into this Ingles located in Andrews strolled back to the deli counter and ordered an amazing turkey sub sandwich.Like all Ingles this is an exceptionally clean and well-stocked store. Bonus points, they make an incredible sub sandwich I do recommend.

Cashiers are friendly, but the managers profile and harass customers that they deem outcasts, or poverty plagued homeless people. I've witnessed this first hand, 3 times to people other than myself. Shame on them, and the company for allowing and supporting such abuse. May God bless you and yours.

High priced without the discount card. But the closest store to my location. The food was fresh and plenty to choose from. The store was restocking so navigating the Isles was a little challenging. One ove the guys almost ran into me with a pallet jack. He looked at me as if I should have been where I was, shopping in that isle.

Perhaps my opinion is a little biased due to frequenting this store location, but the shelves are always stocked and management is a delight. Regardless of the employee you encounter, you're met with diligence and politeness combined while trying to assist you the best they can. Definitely recommend shopping here, although prices have increased a tad more than they should, it is still worth the increase to have convenience and a friendly interaction.

Andrews is excellent. Everyone seems to know everyone very friendly and if you have a chance to check out their small deli they make excellent subs. Now I don't know if you're a Subway fan like myself but to me these actually beat up the big time Subway franchise. And they also have plates they serve fried chicken green bean mashed potatoes and all sorts of different salad sides.

It is never ever consistent with being friendly. More then not a lot of the staff are rude. There are few that are kind. The large young man with long hair is just rude. He needs to be retrained or replaced. There was a very very large young man who is no longer there he was very friendly. The young man now that is there has almost ran over me and my wife multiple times with buggies. Never says excuse me. When he bags the groceries he slams the food in the bags never speaks to say hey. We always speak to the cashier's managers and other employees. Sometimes theyspeak and smile some times not. Just sad.

Overall the store has improved alot over the past few years. Only real complaints are their still short staffed which hasn't been their fault lately and that the prices have increased so much it's hard to be able to afford to buy your groceries there but there's no other choice in Andrews.

Although never stepping into the store in my entire life I have to give the place 4 stars. Due to all of the stories I have heard from fellow friends in the town. The staff sound friendly and overall fun people (most of the time). Especially a certain female cashier but I digress. One star is taken away to still never actually going in the store.

Small grocery store, but very friendly staff. Wedding cake turned out beautiful. And, we would like to send out a huge THANK YOU to whomever the cake baker is who drove from Haysville to make it. Everyone raved about how tasty it was. It was very obvious she takes pride in what she does. Our regret is that we didn't get to tell her in person, as she had come in early and already left when we picked it up. I hope that someone from Ingles sees this and gives her kudos. We did tell the store manager, too.

I ordered a baby shower cake from the bakery of this store and it was just as delicious as it was beautiful! I got so many compliments and everyone was asking where it came from! Highly recommend this bakery for special order decorated cakes! Great job ladies!

Very expensive. There is no local competition for this grocer. Their prices are way too high. They have a great produce section though. Always fresh. They also have great cuts off meat and you can get a heart home cooked meal for $5.

Kind employees, clean store and not so terribly big for those who are handicapped or just people who want to pop in for a few items. They have enough staff to avoid long waiting in any of the cash out lanes also. For a smaller scale store, there's nothing that I could not find there that I needed, and Ingles seems to have more organic items that are easier to find than the Walmart store in the next town of Murphy, but Murphy's Ingles has a built in Starbucks and a bigger deli,and and before covid they had an olive bar. Both are well maintained, so it's just a matter of your preferences between both of these Ingles locations. Plus the meats and produce are truly far beyond the quality of Walmart. You can tell even by the smell when you are cooking that it's fresher, and much better tasting if from Ingles rather than Walmart's meats, and the veggies are truly fresher at all of the Ingles that I have been to. Even if it's been marked down for quick sales, it's still better than any Walmart's meats, and fruits and vegetables. A happier trip to the store is worth the difference in the prices, which are just a bit more than Walmart's price. Even marked down milk was good for a week after the purchase. I hope that this has helped you. I rarely rate or review anything. But it is the people that go out of their way to truly be kind and helpful to you that has tipped the scales for me. Plus I have seen pictures of one member of Van Halen in there, and another super famous star who were shopping there, so go and know that you have walked where legendary people have once walked. Lol, but it's true, it made our local papers. Plastered on my FB page also. I guess that the first one told other people who live out in California where they had a great time in our little area and others followed them. I am so grateful that I have lived in this area when I was growing up and later returning to my soul's true home. One of my friends spent years in Hawaii, yet these mountains are still where our hearts stay. It's a local thing that you would have to live to understand.

BEWARE: As an african american/Native person, I felt HIGHLY unwelcomed here. Quickly noticed I was the only brown person in the store. As we came in to grab a cart a on 1/20/21 the young white guy with long hair bringing in carts about hit my spouse while ramming the carts in beside us. We had to walk the other way without one. The stares, the unhelpful, hateful employees make it hard to want to ever go back. Everyone seems miserable here. They barely spoke to us, even when we asked a question, or politely spoke. The meat worker and manager stared at us as we were viewing the meat case started whispering(without mask) while looking at us and started laughing while still starring at us. Didn't offer help so we walked away.They hardly wear mask here. Brown people, NEVER Give your money to Ingles, in Andrew's. NEVER EVER. Not worth the uncomfortableness.
