The absolutely nicest and most helpful Ace I’ve ever visited. The staff is so friendly and helpful that you’ll absolutely leave with the right tool or part. The store is very well organized, has a large selection, and the prices are honestly better than the Lowe’s in Murphy. We compared the prices of many things from gutters to electrical or plumbing and they were consistently $1-$5 cheaper. And the service and help/advice make it even better. They actually take their time to help and explain, not just answer a question and move on. One cashier took 10 minutes to talk us through various paint and stain options for our deck, and gave great advice. Thanks!

Jeannie is a Gem!!!When was the last time you entered a hardware store and they remembered your name? Ace Hardware is lucky to have Jeannie as an employee. She is the most friendly and helpful associate I've run into... anywhere.She is quick to find us the product we need and always enters our Ace Hardware account number so we can get points for coupons. As anyone who has worked with the public, it's not always easy putting on a smile every day. It's takes a certain type of person to bring this type of exceptional service.We often complain when we have a bad experience, but rarely share when people do a good job. Hopefully upper management acknowledges what Jeannie brings to the company. She's a gem!

Personally, growing up locally to this store and knowing it's owners certainly makes me a tad biased. However, this friendly little family ran store will continue to receive my business. Some complain about a slight price increase but the convenience and staff make up for it.

Very big ace hareware. Bought an amish wooden chair there . It was 100 hundred dollars cheaper there then anywhere else. Gina help me and she was very helpful . She showed 25 different chairs very big selection. Great store can't wait to go back

Exceptional customer service and inventory of high-quality tools and merchandise. I was impressed with the inventory of top-name brands in addition to the Ace brand. They also had a really good selections of various designs of picnic tables and chairs. The staff greets you upon entry and are very knowledgeable about their inventor and product location.

This local business should respect law and order by the very least require employees to wear face masks.I find it irresponsible how a local business can put the local community at risk like this. Quite simply they should follow the mask mandate and help keep Covid at bay in Andrews.
