We love visiting this petsmart for our pet supply needs. Prices are good, items are usually always in stock and of course our fur babies are always welcome to shop with us! All the employees I’ve encountered have been so friendly and helpful.

There fish care is great! The tanks always look super clean! They look like they put a lot more hay for the Guinea pigs and the hamsters have a little more bedding then last time! This petsmart is the best one I have ever been too!

McKayla did a great job grooming our 'white Shepherd' (husky/gsd) Atlas. He had devolped matts on his underside. She managed to make him look great and only shaved the belly where needed. My pup is happy and more comfortable now. I would recommend recommend McKayla at this petsmart for grooming.

I've been taking my 65 lb poodle to their grooming salon for 5 yrs now and the staff is wonderful! Melody is gentle and has 'Frankie' looking adorable. Chloe and the others are accommodating and friendly- so deserving of 5 stars!

I am not the type of person that does reviews on places normally. I felt that it is extremely important. I went into petsmart to get my dog allergy relief medicine. I have hit hard times and came in with rolled pennies I was humiliated for coming in with them by the manager. In the end my wife demanded her to take the money.

The groomer Barbie was very nice and very polite. My dog a miniature schnauzer took to her right away. Trouble is funny about who he let's around me and him self but he had no problem with her. The grooming was great she did a great job. I expect to be seeing her again.

Clean, well stocked, and organized store! The girl in.the fish section. (Sorry I'm horrible with names) Was super informational. She guided me on what I needed, didn't need, and could add later if desired. Was just trying to push a sale. Was very personable. After she got my fish together. She not only took them to the register and returned to let me know THE exact cashier's name and checkout #. She brought back a sale paper, a shopping basket, and was willing to help me with my other needs. Out of her section. Showed me the best way to bundle and save. Told me all the pros and cons about my pets essentials.I really admire friendly, happy to assist employees. That actually are HAPPY TO BE EMPLOYED, HAPPY TO HELP AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, we ALL learn NEW THINGS EVERYDAY. JUST personally if you work in a specialty area. It's GREAT TO BE Knowledgeable AND LIKE OR HAVE TIRED THINGS Regarding YOUR SPECIALTY. NEVER GOOD WHEN THEY HATE IT, NOPE NEVER HAVE NEVER WILL JUST FILLING THE WARM BODY SPOT✓✓✓ SO NOT THE CASE AT THIS PETSMART THXS 4 A GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. MY GO TO PET SUPPLIER

They are kinda high on prices plus I went for kitten flea treatment and only had one in stock and yes ,it was the expensive one.They don't carry any cat food that my cat eats either .I think their grooming prices are rediculous to but these are my opinions

Minimum service. Non caring atmosphere. Huge store. Minimal staff. A few months ago I found a metal fence I was interested in getting. It was heavy and there was a note telling me to ask for assistance. So I found a staff lady who was talking to someone in the middle of of the store. I asked her for help. She told me that she could not leave her cash register, that she would page someone. I never heard a page. After 25 minutes of waiting, I walked by the lady assisting someone else at the cash register. We did not even make eye contact. I ordered what I wanted on Amazon and got it with no hassle.

May be expensive in some ways but it makes up for it in others. The selection of things to take care of your pets is huge. I wasn't aware you had to have an account to ship there but it was very quick to set up and the benefits over time are worth it.

Bought 50 gold fish for a koi pond, 10 died by the time I got home. They didn't divide them up, into 2 bags or more, not enough water, and were handled quite roughly. I dropped back I and was told no replacements. Cool, as someone who spent thousands last year alone on my pets has lost a customer. Manager didn't even come out to talk to me to discuss the issue.

We are owned by 13 cats and 2 dogs. Our cats are very spoiled and will only eat Fancy Feast Gravy Lovers which I'd very difficult to find. We were fortunate enough to get 2 boxes. Staff was very pleasant. Store very neat.

On the online appointment there is a question about the pets health. I didn't mind answering this question but because my dog has been diagnosed and being treated for seizures they charged me $15 more than the actual grooming bill was. All that is fine with me but they should have been upfront about the extra cost. She won't go back. On her last visit no one informed me she was ready for pick up. I had to call them after3 hours.

It's alright. Not much different than any other store in general. It is kinda hard to get someone to help get a Animal out for you to buy or to get Crickets, Etc. They could put the Reptiles in better conditions than they do, and do a better job feeding them, Etc. But the Animals there are really pretty. It's Decent. Could do better on multiple things.

They have rotting bugs for reptiles from October on their shelves for sale. It’s January. The live crickets, which mind you, is the ONLY live feeder they have available considering everything is dead…have parasites. The UVB light I got for my bearded dragon that was $80 was clearly returned after being burnt out and non working. I have returned time and time again hoping to give this store another chance only to be met with the same standards every time. The employees are kind, but the stocking issues and issues with store upkeep are unhygienic and subpar.

Would not wash our dog due to a limp. He is almost 14 years old and not in any pain. He broke his hip awhile ago and has had a limp. Wasted an hour and booked an appointment online. Staff did not listen and said he was in pain, he is not. He just is old and unable to walk like a 6 year old dog. Would not come back. Very upset because I wanted to get him a special service. They will only wash a dog if he looks perfect. The vet confirmed there is no issue.

Every time I come here there is always some issue. Either a cashier is plain rude, they have poor customer service, or always some “technical issues” going on. I wish I had the time back that I’ve wasted making trips to this place!!!

They have a great deal of clearance items, hence the reason I keep going back. Jacob is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! However, the grooming salon was not a good experience for me. It was quite expensive and they did not even do what I paid them to do which was give my puppy a face trim. Not satisfied with the salon and i won't be going back there. I love how friendly and helpful the staff are and how clean the store is.
