Had a good time, the lodge top notch, food awesome, hunting was slow, went in mid November, the last morning I was able to see deer, not one big enough but did see deer, the guides were ok not great. Clay was very nice and knowledgeable. Would hunt again.

My father and I hunted with Clay for a second season this October. We had a blast!!!! eyes on no less than 18 deer in 2 days. Shot a nice eight point. Hunter and Aaron, great guides again, always up and ready to put us in a good spot. The food was exceptional this time. We'll be back next season and so should you. Just plain good Carolina hunting boys. My dad is 82 and a retired army Colonel, Clay and his crew nicked named him double shot he loved it.

I have come here for the last 4 years and have loved the property. Clay does an amazing job managing the property and knows where the deer are. The past 3 years, I had come in the first days of bow season but without any luck. I would see small bucks or nice bucks out of bow range. This year I came during November to see how the gun season here was. I honestly had seen more deer that weekend than I have my entire life. Well over 50 deer for the weekend. I bagged my trophy buck, a nice tall 8 point. Hunter, the guide, helped locate my kill, and helped get him back to the lodge. They processed my buck for meat and took the head to the taxidermist for me. 100% would recommend to a friend and will be back next year to get another.

I have hunted with Clay for the last 10 years, I have always seen deer and have shot several big bucks that I now have hanging on my wall. The lodge is outstanding, the guides have always been extremely helpful and have always treated me like a king. The food is outstanding, I have taken several of my friends with me to hunt a Cutawhiskie, and everyone has truly enjoyed the hunt down there in NC. I will continue to return, you could not find a better location or outfitter to hunt with. The food plots have always looked nice and have continued to bring in the deer.

Did a 6 day hunt with Clay amd crew in the beginning of December. Weather wqs weird and made for tough hunting. Saw a boatload of deer on the first day, then it slowed way down. Clay went out of his way to make sure my son and I took some deer home. Coby and Ricky helped us out a bunch. Highly recomend a hunt here. See ya next year guys.

Clay's hospitality is unmatched! He puts in the work to grow big deer. He does the scouting and puts you on the right lane or field. Thousands of acres to experience. I had such a great time with my buddies there that we schedule a week trip every year since. The lodge is homey and plenty big!

Had an amazing hunt this week with Cutawhiskie Creek Outfitters 11-14 November 2019. Clay and his staff met me as I pulled into the driveway and greeted me like they have know me forever and kept it that way the entire time always first name basis. After I was shown my bed I was told right away to come have dinner and then went out for a drink in the game room. This was the normal everyday and the home cooked meals were amazing. My guide was Coby and he was very knowledgeable on where the deer should be moving throughout the day and available for anything you need while your there. I can’t say enough on how awesome of a time I had and I will definitely return!!! My biggest buck ever from Cutawhiskie and this trip will be remembered forever. Thank you guys so very much and look forward to my next visit( hopefully around the time to pick up my taxidermy) 5 stars all the way 💪🏼 💪🏼

This wasn’t my first time getting a guide for ducks at the outer banks, but this was the best guide I’ve had out there. Clay, the man the myth the legend, had us on birds at first light and kept us entertained all day long. It’s called hunting for a reason, but this outfit does their homework and puts in the time and it really shows. I’ll be back next year for sure!

We hunted with Cutawhiskie Creek Outfitters for three days in late November. We arrived to find a depressed camp. Six guys hadn’t seen a deer in over a week. We did see deer (usually one) every day. No shooters and only one buck. That was more than the rest of the camp saw.One shower/bathroom for over ten guys. Breakfast and lunch were whatever frozen “meal” you found in the freezer. Two dinners were cooked during our four nights and they were fine. Our guides would drop us off and go work on their home renovation projects. They never checked cameras, scouted new spots or made an effort to put us on a better stand. Many of our stands overlooked cotton fields where they killed bucks the previous year. Looking at the website I see that these were corn fields when they were hot stands. I never saw a food plot that was as lush as the website would make you think. Lots of old pics on the website.I had held off writing this review because I really like Clay, Jeremy and their team and know that they have had a tough year. We really stuck by them as half the hunters in camp went to town and never came back.......Clay agreed that we had over paid and that he would send a refund. After several emails, it became apparent that we had been had.Clay, your good name and reputation are the most important things in life and you lost both of them when you ripped off my daughter and I. The money won’t kill me but my daughter learned a hard life lesson...........

I was at the Cutawhisbie Creek Outfitters, llc. for a total of 5 days in early Septmeber. Clay, Hunter, Arron and Steve were all extremely respectful and a blast to be around. The guides, Clay, Hunter and Arron were always up and ready to bring us to the stand. I saw a deer almost every sit, you people have to realize this is called "hunting" there is no guarantee of getting an animal every time you go out. The meals were amazing, hat is off to the Chef, Steve. Cant wait to go back next year! Big thanks to all the Cutawhiskie Creek Outfitters crew!

I spent 3 days hunting with Clay and I've seen the most deer ive ever seen. I passed 3 8 pointers that were a little small for my liking. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to go hunting and looking for the biggest game.

Trip last week of October seen eight doe's , got two and one four point buck, hunt was great except full moon and warm than usually Clay and his crew did everything trail cameras showed big bucks at night only that's hunting good time.

First trip this year during muzzleloader season with my son and nephew.Clay was awesome,guides Hunter and Zach did a great job and came in every night to a home cooked meal from Miss Meatball.I shot a 7 point 10 minutes after daylight the first day.The next 2 days we saw deer but extremely unseasonal hot weather had the big bucks not moving.That is how hunting goes.Rebooked for muzzleloader next year and a bear hunt this year.Great place that made you feel welcome.
