My dog loves this place. They take great care of your animal. I would recommended this to anyone who has a shy dog like mines. Biggie is shy and suffers from separation anxiety but he goes their and interacts with the other small dogs. He loves the staff as well.

The people here love all the animals that come to them. I don’t trust just anyone with my babies. They are fair priced and do the absolute best for all animals and families that they serve. They are always so creative with the daycare. An example is they do back to school pictures, birthday pictures, first day of school pictures. They will treat you like family. If any post a negative review they have a personal vendetta and I suggest you check them out yourself.

Elsa, our 7 month old German Shepherd pup, has been in Doggy Daycare several times and she loves it there! We took her there for socialization more than anything and the ladies took her right in and she has improved so much! She would bark at people and other dogs and would not stop. Since coming here she has gotten so much better. We live in the country with no neighbors and she just needed to be around new people and dogs so that she wouldn’t bark so much and this has helped her so much! I can’t say enough good things about Bed and Biscuits it’s very clean and the staff is so friendly. We had Elsa’s nails clipped also and the lady who did it said that Elsa just laid across her lap and had no problems with it. When we tried to trim her nails she just was not having it! I’m so glad we found a wonderful place here!

Staff are super professional and treat you like family. Had to ask them to keep the dogs an extra night during the holidays and it was no issue. I highly recommend these folks for top notch care of your fur babies while you’re away - quick response time for all the questions I had. I’ll be boarding my doggies here from now on.

Today I came here to get my puppy Coco groomed and well it was a long and annoying process. For one I dropped her off at 7:30am and I didn’t see Coco again until like 7 hours later. When I had called them around 10 something nobody picked up the phone so I left a voicemail I was under the impression that Coco would have been halfway finished at this point, but they failed to say that the groomed doesn’t come until 9:00. A little while after I had called to check up on her somebody did call me back and told me Coco would be ready after lunch I was fine with that, but my mom was wondering why it was taking them so long to groom Coco so around 11 something she called them herself and was asking questions and the lady she was on the phone with was like y’all can come get her now if you want mind you Coco had only taken a bath they didn’t even groom her yet. So my mom said no let her continue getting groomed that’s the whole point of us being her there. We decided we was just going to go pick Coco up because it didn’t make any sense to us how they said they was going to call us to come get her and they never called. I feel like they did a rushed job on Coco it doesn’t even look like they touched her ears which was supposed to have been apart of her grooming service we was also charged $15 per hour for de matting Coco which led to our total being $90 I don’t feel like we should have been charged that much but it is what it is I don’t plan on bring my puppy back to this place.

I’m from Virginia and had visited Every groomer in my area to give my fur baby a haircut and nails clipped. However everyone was scared of her even tho she is a loving shepherd mix. When I visited bed and biscuits not only did she get a haircut but even got her nails painted. This was after she played with the staff and the other dogs there. She didn’t even wanna leave. It’s well worth the drive for my baby girl to be pampered and treated like family.

If I could give a 10 Star I would!! I take my dog Millie to daycare here 2-3 times most weeks and have been since she was old enough to go. She loves Bed and Biscuits and the staff and is excited to go every time. I know that she is safe, well taken care of and loved while she is there. She also gets groomed there and smells so good every time I pick her up. The staff are all so friendly and accommodating. So thankful we have such a great business here in Ahoskie.

This place is the best! I was in town for only two weeks but Melinda and everyone at Bed and Biscuits treated my pup like a regular! They took great care of my Whit! Some days I think Whit would have rather stayed at daycare than come home with me! The staff always had a smile on their face and if we are ever back in the area, we will be taking our dogs to Bed and Biscuits! Customers for life!

Extremely friendly staff! Our dog was nervous since it was his first time and scent marked on the rug outside and on a wall inside, but they just laughed and cleaned it up, they weren't upset. Our dog had fun and even made a little paw print painting while he was there! Would highly recommend!

I am so thankful to have found Bed & Biscuits Pet Resort! They have been such a Godsend to our family. They take care of my golden as if she was their own. They have the highest standards in pet care and they take great pride in their facility. The best boarding, doggy daycare, and grooming ever. They treat every animal that comes into their building like their own. We’ve boarded our Great Dane here multiple times and even though he can sometimes be a hyper and nervous boy he has done so well there. The owner and staff at Bed and Biscuits Pet Resort are so kind, giving, and thoughtful. I’m very thankful to have them nearby.

We were so excited to take our Louie there to this place while we were on our cruise and come to find out our Louie was not in the condition he was when we came back. My Louie was vomiting and diarrhea all over the house. We gave them an emergency number for any case, and yet they didn't do anything. We had to take our Louie all the way to Wilson NC to be looked at due to these people neglecting our Louie. I will never put him through that treatment again.

Melinda definitely makes me feel like my dog is safe and happy there, not to mention how sweet she is to me and I’m sure all the rest of her customers. They aren’t cooped up in cages all day and I love that. I take my baby there every day of the week and I get them to wash it groom him once a week. He absolutely loves going there! I literally never post reviews but I feel like people should know how wonderful they are when they are looking to see if they want to take their animals there.

This place is the great! The Staff at Bed and Biscuits treated my Morkie like a king! They took great care of Mr. Tilden. He was a little nervous when I first drop him off, but he was happy and smiling when i pick him up. The staff there are nice, professional and friendly to me and Mr Tilden. The grooming he got was great so I booked him for the rest of the 2022 year. Bed and Biscuits is like Ahoskie the town they are in. There is no other place in the United States like it !Earnest

They took very good care of my Ginger, over a long weekend. She was happy to see me and was relaxed and not nervous when I picked her up. I had them treat her to a bath and nail trimming while she was staying. Very happy with her care.

I am truly sold on their service. Only groomers around that took my big baby. He is a pit and everyone acts as if they are terrified of him. He’s is a big loving bear and loves going. Every visit he receives a bath, ear cleaning, tooth cleaning, glad cleaning, nail trimming and hair blow out (cuts down on his shedding). When he is done he looks, smells and feels great. The price is fairly reasonable. I will pay the price any day.

Melinda and her team took such good care of my darling Scooter! They showed him a lot of love during his first time ever boarding and again when he was groomed. The staff is so delightful and the facilities are top notch. Scooter will definitely be visiting again when we are back in the Ahoskie area.

My dog was terrified of getting groomed! He hates the experience and is normally not comfortable. After only one visit to Bed and Biscuits he is not like this anymore! He never wants to leave. I didn't think it would be possible for him to enjoy getting groomed but this is a testament to quality of care they put into the service they provide! I will not take him anywhere else for grooming services after seeing the professionalism and the care they provided to my dog.

My daughter and I had brought our babies to Melinda for two days so we could go out of town and her staff and her were wonderful "even with the mommie tears". They took to our babies like they were there own Which we loved. Would certainly recommend Bed and Biscuits for anyone's pet.
