I had a 3 year old Buddy heater that ran great until the end of the season last year. Got a new one foot half the price this year. They didn't tell me it had a built in regulator. I had another one on it that got clogged up. Now I have 2 heaters. The cheaper one is made cheap. Don't run anywhere near as good as my old one. They always answer their phones..

Everyone here was so nice!! It is a small town atmosphere with almost anything you need. Customer service that is excellent is easily noticeable these days, and I experienced it at this Ace Hardware. Thanks go out to the employees who care about their customers.

They were very helpful in my finding what I came for. Price was reasonable and everyone was friendlyThey also had a great variety of items and many beautiful plants to start summer planting. Very great selection of rose bushes among many other flowering bushes and plants.

Good for buying stuff in a pinch, prices are a little outrageous to be honest. Staffs friendly so it's not a bad place to visit for supplies if you don't want to take the drive to another town.

I was pleasantly surprised by this store. It's much bigger than it seems from the parking lot. There were a lot of staff members on hand to help in every area. The items that I needed were plentiful and the checkout was seemless. They take masking and social distancing seriously and I appreciated that.

Great place great people! Came in with 30 minutes to spare before they closed on a Sunday, and the employees were very friendly and even helped me get my lumber. Truly appreciate the hospitality of the people at this store!

It's amazing what this store keeps in stock. They always have what I'm looking for. Staff is friendly, super attentive and AMAZINGLY knowledgable. They have assisted us in electrical projects and fixes, plumbing projects, painting projects and so, so much more. The best part is they never act like you're stupid for asking questions (or even struggling to figure out how to ask). It is always a pleasure to visit this store. Ace is truly the place of the helpful hardware folks.

Ace is starting to carry less things in stock now. I don't know why & neither do the employees but I guess that's business. Ace use to be the place for anything but seems not so much now. Ashame really because I'd rather support local businesses rather than support Amazon. The store is clean, employees are very helpful, nice & greeted me when I walked in.

This place is a great place to shop. The staff is friendly and even offers popcorn occasionally I love the special selections of items for the home, outdoor, and gardening that are available. If you are looking for something nice, something you don't see every where, and beautiful, this is the place to shop. They even have a line of clothing and jewelry. Oh, this is a hardware store too.

You will get extorted at this place. I picked up a weed eater for $169.00 only to get to check out and they say it's $279.00 couldn't show me a price no where in the weed eater area for $279.00 I go to another store in the same area a day later the exact weed eater $169.00.

The employees at this store are top notch. There is always a friendly face offering to help you find what you need. I don't mind paying a little more when I know there is such great customer service.

I hate this place, try not to go here unless there is no other choice. Just a uncomfortable feeling walking in. I do a lot of projects and sometimes I not sure what I am looking for until I find it. Project people out there understand. In doing this when you walk in ace the people are all over you an not giving you room to sort it out. Act as if everyone that walks in is there to rob them.. uncomfortable feeling

Only hardware store in town so prices are pretty high all things considered. Staff, however is polite and always very helpful with a small town feel. Selection of products is pretty good considering it is not a big box hardware store like lowes or home depot. Overall thumbs up for ace of ahoskie. Customer service wins out in the end. Thanks
