The WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. You will wait 30+ minutes to talk to someone if you call, then when they finally answer they do not listen to your issue. I love Walgreens but this pharmacy is a mess!

The pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. I am both a patient and a provider and I can never speak to someone when I call. I called to ask a simple question and was on hold for over an hour before someone finally answered. When you go in, there are plenty of staff members working so there isn't truly a reason they ignore a phone ringing for an hour! If you're the manager, maybe you should intervene....The photo lab is also an issue. I have ordered photos via the app and then when I arrive, nobody has printed them for hours so you have to wait for someone to acknowledge the order and then print them. I know everywhere is understaffed, but if you own the building or are a manager, it's your responsibility to be there at the end of the day.

The absolute worst on the pharmacy side. Walgreens as a whole. Never in my life have I been to a pharmacy that NEVER has anything in stock. They don’t care if it’s medication that is needed to live, it’s not their problem. Complete disregard. If you know you have prescriptions that are filled EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH. but somehow it’s always out of stock. Why? If you talk to one employee they tell you one thing and then next says oh, I don’t know, I wasn’t here yesterday. What?! You’re dealing with medications that help keep people alive - to do that you should probably try caring a little.

One of my favorite pharmacies. Nice cashiers, good pharmacy and good candy and medication selection. Decent beauty items too. They also have a new grocery section with just the basics. They also have a ♿ handicap accessible parking spot, restrooms, and other accessible features.

The worst. I would call in and confirm my prescription is ready drive out there from deep down at the end of Farmington to be told they don’t have it. TAKE THE DRIVE TO FOSTERS IN MOCKSVILLE!! They appreciate your business. This cooperation has gone down! It’s all their locations. Stop supporting this business!!!

The pharmacy NEVER answers their phone. As I am writing this review I am on hold ( about 20 minutes now) to ask them why my prescription that was sent in on the 9th has not been filled yet, it's the 17th. Every month I pick up my Rx they are backordered, every time. When you try to call to speak with someone no one will answer the phone. I will transfer all of my family's prescriptions somewhere else which will help me greatly and this Walgreens won't even miss us!

So. I think this is likely a management issue. Frequently the drive thru is closed. This happens for a variety of reasons. Now lack of staff much like an infection can be cleared up with correct treatment.The treatment, pay the employees who are here every time I come here and are thus reliable $4.00 more an hr offering new hires $2.00 more.This level of busy drive thru or not, shouldn’t be a 40 minute wait to fill unless they have been instructed to only fill what shows day of.Additionally, if closing the drive thru would be better have a person answer the phone.The desk and pharmacy employees are lovely and people are so mean to them.

They really are having issues. Most of the time don’t refill with the app until you call or show up. If you call expect to hold for 30 min at least. Everyone is nice. Pretty horrible service.

I give five stars because I had some trouble with my order because I forgot to put my number in and my coupons didn't go through and that was obviously on my end but they were very helpful and patient, and got my order through in just about 10 min or less. And you know dang well if it were any other company/store that would have taken probably about a half an hour, so I give props to them! :)

2nd day of trying to get my prescription… 1st day I waited in line outside and there were 7 cars in front of me so I went inside instead just to stand behind 5 people. Then when I got to the counter, the lady told me my prescription wasn’t there. I went home and called the pharmacy again and they told me wrong.. my prescription WAS there!! Went back 2nd day waited in line 30 minutes !!!

I went to Walgreens today, the store is clean and organized and miss Kathy is so sweet BUT there was a male employee that I witnessed snapping at Kathy TWICE when she was just asking him a question. Once was when I first walked into the store and the second time was on the way out. There was no need for that type of behavior or attitude. Management needs to step in. Employees shouldnt be treated like that especially by a coworker.

The older white lady with the short hair cut salt/pepper look. She's a great asset to there team. She always has good customer and is helpful all while being kind. The pharmacy staff is great also. Don't have much to say about management other than lack of customer service. Photo department is decent. I love when they have a sale and you can use there coupons also . And the paperless receipt 👍🏾 straight to email 📨😁

Horrible service, waited 30 min in line only to be told to come back in 30 min.... came back 4 hours later waited 20 min in line only to be told still wasn't done come back in 30 min. They were very unprofessional and rude.

Arrived early for a vaccine appointment and was rudely and abruptly told that it would be at least 45 minutes before they could see me if then. Definitely won't be going here again. Thankfully there are several other pharmacies nearby.

Nice customer service . Its Covid testing procedures are not at all what sent in Walgreens confirmation email. Then 2 hr test still waiting 18hrs later.

This company don't seem to care about their customer's. I reached out to them trying to fix the problem got referred to an automated voice system wanting to hear my complaints.i wish I could have talked too a live person and it's been three days with no response. On top of that they wanted to know what race I am how much money I make per year. I mean really??? What difference does it make about my race and how much money I make per year?. What a joke as much money as I spent a year yes spent because I never intend on going in this store again after ten years of being loyal to them.

The walgreens pharmacy in Advance North Carolina is impossible to get anyone on the phone every time you call you wait 30 minutes or longer today I ha e been waiting an 1 hour and 30 minutes with no answer yet.

Dishonest store that won't honor the prices on the shelf. Even if you give them your phone number the item won't ring up at the price on the shelf.What ever happened to selling something at the price you advertise it at?

Decent Walgreens. Drive-thru service is generally quicker than the one at the Walgreens in Clemmons. Helpful personnel. When heading for it from the east (on 158), you can't make a left into the lot. You need to turn left on 801, go past Walgreens, into the lot of the building next door to it, then cut across to the Walgreens lot. I am not making this up. Just a quirk of the way he roads came together.

For providers and patients this pharmacy is the worst. Let people know their scripts are ready, answer your phone in a timely manner and don’t put providers on hold for 20 minutes. Come on.

Joseph in the beauty department is a remarkable sweet soul. He helped me find the most simple product I needed, all while making me feel good about myself and making me laugh. Yaaassss Walgreens, keep up the good work! I may never step foot inside Ulta or Sephora again after my visit tonight!

They are the slowest pharmacy around. I sat in line for 20 minutes got fed up so went inside and stood there for another 20 minutes and then I had to wait for them to run the prescription through the insurance the right way. This is the 2nd time this happened. I think I'm changing pharmacy after this.

I had the most.... the worst experience last night with the old pharmacist lady ever . I never had a broken bone or even had a medicine filled in the last ten years but last night if I wasn't a Christian I would have jumped through that window the way she treated me . I haven't had any pain medication in 3 days my wrist is aching so bad and she acted like I know what she knows. My doctor called in a prescription and it was wrong that one didn't help me and had to change the medication so the pain wouldn't hurt. ... she was so ugly with me cause my doctor had called in a old pain med. I hope Walgreen see this and investigate this and fore her immediately . No one should ever be treated like this . God have mercy on her. Walgreen write back to me and I will be glad to call you back. Otherwise I will nevver have any business with Walgreen again. And will blog this all over the world wide web. Shame on you for letting this mean person be a pharmacist!
