I have used Village Way Vet for years, and have always been happy with them. We've seenall of the vets. Recently, my 11 year old Pyrenees mix was diagnosed with colon cancer and received the diagnosis/care of Dr. Ferguson. I have never had a more kind and compassionate veterinarian! We eventually had to bring him in for euthanasia when he could no longer endure his terminal disease. It was such a a difficult decision, and we struggled with whether or not we should have someone just come to our house. But I knew Dr Ferguson and prayed we were doing the right thing. Once we got him there, it was the most peaceful passing of all my pets. She was incredibly gentle and spoke so sweetly to him. My dog Winston only knew love - from his first day home, until his final breath. Always liked Dr Ferguson, but she earned a forever place in my heart that day.

I have 4 cats that are seen at this practice. I see Dr. Arfman and Dr. Romas. Both are incredibly passionate and provide a loving approach to vet care. I appreciate the feeling of being involved in decisions made and never just told to do something. They know as parents we know our pets best and take that into consideration when providing care and recommendations. This year I have struggled with 2 of my senior cats, we didn’t give up and found a solution for them. I would recommend them to anyone.

We have used Village Way for our kitties for 25 years . We we’re saddened recently as we had to have our precious Jack Frost put to sleep , after losing our other kitty Sunshine 6 years ago . Dr Arfman has been the best vet ever through the years with a very caring heart . He always returned all phone calls . We were sent a sympathy card after our last kitty passed before the bill came . A card means so much as I have my other card in my Bible . This time we received the bill within 2 weeks of his passing and no sympathy card at all . I waited a month and called , they said they had a person that sends cards but we have yet to receive one after I called 2 weeks ago . I guess the new owners just need to be more like the old one !! In memory of our precious Jack Frost , The Gregory’s . ❤️‍ Update I called and expressed my hurt about not receiving a card and they said the card had come back to them , then we received a beautiful heartfelt card !! Thanks , loved Dr. Arfman , he is the best . He has a big heart ♥️ and I do recommend him ! He was great with both my cats . 🙏🏻 The best my daughter Tasha said !!

Village Way has been caring for our pets for over 30 years. The vets are always concerned, they listen and they take great care of our pets and us as well! The front office staff and techs are friendly, knowledgeable and some of the best customer service professionals around. We are so thankful for everyone at Village Way!

Today was my first visit to Village Way Veterinarian Hospital. The staff was wonderful!! My dog is usually stressed at vet visits, but not this time. One of the things that impressed me most was being able to check out and pay in the exam room. So much easier than checking out at the front desk. I also like that they gave me cost estimates of what they were going to do so there was no sticker shock at then end.

I just want to thank Dr Ferguson, Dr Ramos and their staff for being so kind and supportive when I lost my beloved dog. It was an incredibly painful experience that was only made tolerable by their compassionate care. I would recommend this practice to anyone who wants their furry companions to have the best and most respectful care.

Excellent Vets. Took my little cat Rosie in to be seen because she hurt her eye. Dr Cruz took wonderful care of her. In fact, her care exceeded my expectations and Rosie is doing so much better. I love this practice! I have 3 cats and they’ve taken wonderful care of all of them!

I love taking my little puppy to Village Way. They were recommended to me by my sister in law who also loves them. Every person that works in that office is so kind and caring with the animals. We are thankful for a wonderful place like this to take such good care of our little pup. They are all such wonderful animal lovers.

Everyone at Village Way Vet is awesome! Starting with reception then vet techs and vets! My fur babies and I are always greeted with a smile and you can tell that the vets and staff care for the animals as if they are their own! Highly recommend!!!

I just want to share that we have visited several vet clinics this year on our nomadic journey and this was BY FAR THE BEST vet experience we have had with our cat Severus. I cannot thank the staff enough for their patience and flexibility with our baby who is normally quite feisty at the vet. He didn’t hiss or puff his tail a single time and we were astonished at how smoothly the visit went. 10/10, everyone was wonderful and we are SO appreciative

Our black Lab Shade was experiencing problems when walking. Dr. Ferguson immediately Discovered a possible cause and ordered medication. She's a very kind , loving person who truly enjoys her job taking care of animals. Thank you.

Let me share just a little bit of my background. I transferred my dog from one veterinarian to village way Because my son and my granddaughter take their animals there. And I thought it would be easier if I couldn't make it. They'd know where to go. So I got her transferred a little. Several weeks later. I called because she was needing her flea and tick too. And was told that she had to be seen. I said well, you have her records, don't you? Yes, we do. But she still had to make an appointment. I get to her appointment and I wait for 35 minutes before. We're even seen by. Doctor I get back there. And a nurse tells me that she has to have her shots. I said no. We're not here for her shots they're not due right now. She needs her flea and tick. While we still need to give her an exam. None of this bothers me. What bothers me is nobody tells you anything. When I had her transferred, they could have said we'll miss Davis. If it's getting close time for her to have any of her meds, you might need to go ahead and get them before you transfer. Because we will have to see her before we can give them to her. And then when I called to get her flea and take if they could have told me well, she'll have to be seen and what it prevails, not just thinking that they're gonna see her and give her a free intake. Update 12-2023: I have had to return to the clinic with my pet this week, and the second experience was as amazing as the first. Dr Ferguson and all staff are top notch!9-2023I went to this clinic with my 11 year old cat this week. I was able to get a new patient appointment fairly quickly which is great.The clinic is very nice, and all staff was welcoming.Dr Ferguson and her tech, Sara were very kind and fun, and addressed concerns for my pet.I'd definitely recommend this clinic.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The office is clean and everyone is so welcoming. We didn’t have to wait long to see the doctor, who my cat was immediately comfortable around - he was so sweet to her. I had also called a couple times with additional questions and received a call back from the doctor that day. I felt we were treated as individuals and I could discuss concerns with the doctor who listened carefully and addressed each question instead of rushing us out. We found this vet office when they could take us as a same-day urgent visit…and now they have us as clients for the lives of each of our pets. An overall great experience with the visits we’ve had so far and I’d highly recommend them!

The receptionist keely. Prob spelled name wrong is very knowledgeable re your questions. Also Dr Brooke Ferguson is OUTSTANDING AND GENUINELY LOVES MY DOGS. she is such a great vet. We hunted her down when she moved. And transferred our dogs. She is the only vet I will let near my dogs. She is compassionate and caring to the owners. Always has gone over and above. TAKE YOUR ANIMALS TO HER. YOU WILL. LOVE THAT PLACE. And Keely also!!!!!3/20/24Had to take Willow. The gray pretty girl for a terrible ear infection. She is sooo much better just 2 days later. Thanks to the awesome staff and Dr Ferguson.A couple of weeks before my soul baby Ringo. The black baby. Was agonal breathing at night. I sat all night with him. Scared to death. He is almost 13 and been a very healthy pup. They ARE OPEN ON SATURDAY and we were there when they opened. A round of steroids and antibiotics and no more problems. Still need some blood work done soon.These people are outstanding in what they do and how they treat our furbabies and us. Dr Ferguson always has a smile and hug. For the pups and their humans. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Dr. Ramos and staff are so smart, professional and kind. I’m extrembly blessed to have her as my vet for my high drive working GSD! She’s wonderful with him and he loves her!! His gastropexy and neuter was flawless and healing was super fast. Dr. Ramos checked in with us to make sure he was healing as expected. Love love this doctor!!

My fur babies have been patients at Village Way for many years. Every single doctor and the entire staff are amazing. The girls up front are always smiling and the doctors (all of them) take time to talk to you about your fur baby and answer any questions. You can tell they absolutely love their patients.

Dr. Ramos is truly concerned for my dogs well-being frequently communicating to make sure we are on the right path. He is doing so much better and I can tell that she is so happy to see that. I have seen another doctor there when my 16 year old cat had to be put down and he was very kind and only reached that decision after hours of trying to help her. The techs and front staff are also friendly and helpful.

Very warm, compassionate, and clean environment. Dr. Ramos was wonderful when I had to put my former dog down. Very gentle and caring disposition in a grieving time. Very pleased with the cremation services she recommended. Beautiful job! Currently, I have a newly adopted dog. I had no doubt that I would reregister with Village Way Vet.! I can not say enough good things about this clinic! I’m on vacation in NC and had a medical emergency with my dog and they took him in straight away. The staff from the front desk, technicians and Dr Ramos were very professional, caring and compassionate! I will most definitely be coming back here for all my pet care needs when I’m in NC and I highly recommend them to anyone that lives here and is looking for good pet care or anyone who is just visiting the area and needs pet care. Had an absolutely fantastic experience! Much thanks to all the staff that helped with my baby boy!!!

This is a busy office, but everyone is very nice and give you the time needed! Caring doctors and staff. They don't try to upsell procedures, etc. and are honest with you about the care that is needed and an approximation on the cost. Having pets is expensive and this aspect of their practice is appreciated.
