Im so pleased with my experience! They were able to work me in at the last minute even though I'd never brought my cat there before. I will be making Hillsdale Animal Hospital the vet I use from here on out. I can't brag enough about the kindness of the staff and how they treated me and my little friend. The vet took her time to explain everything and answer my questions without making me feel like the questions were insignificant. Thank you all so much for making me and my little buddy feel welcome and helping me find the answers to make him better. Kindness goes a very long way this day and time! Keep up the fabulous work!

All the staff I've worked with are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. All my questions get answered and there is no feeling of judgement which I have received at previous practices I've visited. After having experienced malpractice due to unknowledgeable staff at a separate vet, I was careful in choosing the next practice my pets went to. I'm very happy with my choice in going to Hillsdale Animal Hospital.

When my dog became very ill with pancreatitis, the doctors and staff at Hillsdale went above and beyond to take care of her. After 4-5 days of touch and go, she recovered. They are a wonderful practice who care very deeply for their clients and their families. I would highly recommend them!!

Hillsdale is simply awesome! There has never been a time, even when they were frantically busy, that I didn't feel they genuinely wanted to help me. I can be a little OCD and ask a lot of questions and they always patiently walk me through the answers. From Rain and Olivia, to the tech's to Dr's Frasier and Kirk, they are all awesome! Can't recommend them enough!

Both of my dogs LOVE to come to Hillsdale. That speaks volumes when they beg to come inside any veterinary practice. Maddy has been very unhappy the past couple of times when Abby got to come inside and he had to wait outside with Dad. Thanks for taking such good care of my kiddos!

The docs, techs, and reception staff are wonderful. I think they love every pet that comes through the door and your pet get the best care. The vets explain things in terms I understand and if there is an issue, they always tell you every viable option and let you make the decision. They've even reached to other specialists for me.

We are so very pleased with the excellent care and experience we had at Hillsdale. From the time of calling in for the appointment all the way through the visit for a dental. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us being that we had to travel a good distance to get to Hillsdale. It was most definitely worth it. Dr. Frazier was so helpful in explaining the details for a no anesthesia dental, and for proper care in the future to help prevent gum and teeth issues. Jen really went above and beyond, when Toogoodoo had a bit of an accident leading into the dental procedure. Jen just took it in stride, cleaned Toogoodoo thoroughly and checked in with me to be sure I still wanted the cleaning completed. Toogoodoo’s teeth are immaculate now! I highly recommend Hillsdale Veterinary. Thank you, Hillsdale!

Dr. Kirk and staff were amazing! One thing I look for when searching for a vet is how they react to my precious boy. Dr. Kirk got right down in the floor with him, YES, that earns big points in my book. Also, she made a statement to the tech before the tech took Chewy back to get his blood, to be careful of his back legs and if he got stressed to bring him back and SHE would get the blood. A little while later, the tech brought him back into the room, and said she'd like the doctor to do it, and Dr. Kirk asked if she needed a muzzle, and the tech said, "oh no, he wasn't trying to bite us, but he was crying" so Dr. Kirk got the blood with absolutely no problem.... YES.... big points AGAIN! The fact that the tech cared, and watched for signs of pain in his hind legs and hips..... it was just a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Kirk and Hillsdale! So glad we found them!

The reception Riley and I received was phenomenal. I have been to the other two vet offices in Advance. Unlike those offices, I was greeted as if they were really glad I was there - rather than being a bother. We were also taken back on time! At the other practices, appointment times were worthless. Violet was our vet and she was great. We even received a welcome bag! Hillsdale Animal Hospital's customer service and care far exceeds any other vet office I've used over the last 30 years!

Dr. Kirk and Dr Frazier are the best veterinarians! All their staff are so caring and you can tell they genuinely care about animals which isn't necessarily the case at all practices. We switched to this practice to take care of our special needs kitty and they all gave us the best care right up until the end. They take the time to explain everything to you and go over results and options with you. We now take our new addition to the family there and continue to be thrilled with the care he receives. If you are looking for a vet practice, I can not recommend this one enough!

Without fail, Dr. Frazier and her team have provided ongoing support and guidance to myself & my pups.. one of which has kidney disease. The care taken with my animals is unmatched. Our family has used Hillsdale for at least 13 years. They are so experienced, they treat your animals as if they were their own and treat you like friends.We recently moved a good 30 minutes away from Hillsdale, but wouldn’t dream of going to another vet closer because Dr. Frazier and Dr. Kirk are the best.The office staff is great, also!!

I've been taking my dogs to Hillsdale for almost a year and so far been have very pleased with the service. My pets have seen Dr's. Frazier and Kirk and both have been great in caring for my dogs and explaining everything necessary for their care. My puppy Ferris received the best care for all of his puppy visits, shots and his recent neutering. Staff is always friendly, helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend Hillsdale Animal Hospital.

We were very impressed with Dr. O'Callaghan and everyone at Hillsdale Animal Hospital. It was our 14 y/o dog Jake's first visit there. It went very well, though the office staff was a bit distracted (computer problems will do that). We're glad to have a good vet so close to home. The dogs behind the counter were cute, too!

The vet, techs, and staff are fantastic! Dr. Frazier always takes the time to fully explain to me how my pets are doing. The staff have been able to schedule last-minute appointments for me when unexpected needs have arisen. They've also been very flexible in how they communicate (sometimes I need to text...sometimes email...). And the techs did a great job trimming my dog's nails! She can be a tough trim, but they got it done fast and just right.

I really appreciated Dr. Becks caring, sensitive manner with our dog as well as a complete and concise explanation as to the possible origins of her symptoms. We received what we needed to make our dog well and it was never suggested that we needed to do a bunch of tests that day or that we purchase expensive meds. The simple change in diet with a probiotic and our dog Kindle has completely recovered! Thank you Dr. Beck!

Hillsdale Animal Hospital has a wonderful staff. They all have always been helpful and kind to our dogs. Our dogs were/are always comfortable with the staff for the wellness check-ups and grooming appointments. Recently, Dr. Frasier and her assistants were so caring/compassionate when it came time to make some emotional decisions about end of life for one of our dogs. I recommend their services.

I travel a fair distance to get to Dr. Frazer. She is the best, most caring and knowledgeable veterinarian I have ever had the pleasure to visit. I have taken my pets (babies) to Karla Frazier for 20+ years. Karla really cares and is so compassionate. It reflects clearly in the loving and caring experience your pet recieves. Moved to the area a few days ago from overseas and had a health emergency with my dog; vomit, coughing, no appetite and diarrhea. I called every animal clinic on the map and none were willing to see my girl. All of them were fully booked or not taking new patients.ONLY Hillsdale Animal Hospital, despite also being fully booked, was willing to take care of my girl and I had her on the vet table within 30 minutes of my call to them. After her check up and prescribed medicine she seems to be feeling much better the next day.The doctors and nurses at Hillsdale are professional and kind, and my girl who is typically very timid was quite comfortable when they held her to draw blood or other procedure.This is the first review I’ve ever written about any institution; I feel compelled to leave this message so that others will consider the highly professional and compassionate service of Hillsdale.Thank you Hillsdale.

This will be my second 5 star review of this place because these people are heroes like none other. They fit me in without an appointment because of an emergency two days in a row and saved my puppy's life. One day he could barely even stand, and after a few days of their wonderful help, tests, medicines, and endless compassion, he's back to bouncing off the walls with hardly even a limp! I've been coming here for my Dog and Cat for a year now, and I seriously cannot stress how fantastic everyone is, endlessly friendly, incredibly helpful, and I get to keep having my beloved dog for many many years into the future. This is the best place if you love your pets. Isabelle is the kindest, most assuring person, and Dr. Frazier is a lifesaver in every way. the entire staff is Godsent.

My dog, Brody, has had some medical problems in his young life. Drs. Frazier and Kirk have been wonderful. They, along with their staff, have always shown kindness and concern when it came to Brody. They are very knowledgeable and I trusted their recommendations when it came to the best care for him. Plus, I feel I can ask questions and get answers in terms I can understand. So glad I found them.
