For some reason, the cashiers at this location are seriously lacking social skills. They don't greet you, look at you, or even acknowledge you before they start scanning your items. Other Food Lions have much friendlier employees.

Fantastic shopping experience! The produce section was excellent! Everything was fresh and beautifully displayed. I took my time shopping for everything I needed in this section. Picked up several fresh apples and usually find bad spots on the apples in other stores but not here! These produce guys are on it! Thank you for running a clean, well stocked, and friendly store!

It is a almost daily experience do to it being close to home . It dose not stand out in any way from other grocery store. I do like the fact that there is never a line . The people that work there helpful but not bothering you the hole time which is a plus. I have never had a bad experience there . The parking lot is well lit and I feel safe there. The pricing is as far as it can be give the state of affairs. All In all I'm glad to have them close by . They have been good to me and I don't fmine this last 4 years living

10-2023_Took my neighbor to get her groceries. The parking area was buzzing people going in and out. I went in for some butter and perused the bakery while my neighbor finished her shopping. Seems like nobody had an overflow in their cart. Times are hard all around. This location has good staff, and checkout times are pretty quick.

This is my go to for groceries, staff is always friendly and prices are usually great. I'm always on the look out for priced down Boston butts and they have them at low prices when on sale.

Great Food Lion location. Great new features and updates to the store. Amazing 🌽🍅 🥔produce section, 🍺 beer selection, 🍖🥓 meat, 🥖🥐 bakery, and more. They also have the lowest prices around and online ordering. They also have♿ handicap accessible parking, restrooms, and aisles.

We moved here 20 years ago from Arkansas and we had never heard of Food lion. The first time we shopped at one we were very very happy with the prices, the selection and the cleanliness of the store. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Throughout the years, the store has improved and kept up with the changing customer needs and expectations. Great store!

At check out Cashier ask if I found everything I was looking for and I did. I thanked her for asking because I have noticed they do not carry as many brands as they use to. I was also pleased that I didn't have to wait in a line and check my items out in a self checkout lane. Thank you Food Lion for cashiers.

I have no problem with the groceries at Food Lyon. However I have a serious problem with their website telling me 3.99 to deliver my groceries and not bothering to tell me about the $6.99 service fee plus tax! When I submitted my order thru PayPal that charge WASN'T on there, they snuck that in afterwards. I am seriously unhappy! I would have picked my groceries up myself had I known.

Good location, excellent prices on sale and non sale items. I love the great produce department, wide variety and selection. The store is always clean. I love the self serve hot foods consisting of buffalo wings, General Tso chicken, potato wedges, etc. The associates are friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Although the staff was very helpful and courteous, I was disappointed in their inability to rotate their products out. I found several items in the dairy coolers that had expired weeks ago. this was extremely frustrating as I had to sit through several packages of half and half, yogurt, and cheese to find ones that were not expired.

Great customer service most of the time from cashier's/bakery/Anne and the male managers. Not the office assistants there lacking in customer service there concerns are only getting carts 🤣🤣 and stalking there cell phone and debating who's going to ring who up 🤣🤣. Marcus in the meat department has great customer service. Sometimes they also carry things that other nearby food lines don't carry and that's nice. Cake bakery-christina is great and produce areas are very nice and well stocked cakes are great and designed well and they taste good also. There's one old grumpy white man that is very rude and possibly racist due to his obvious actions towards certain people. He has literally bumped into me 3 times with his arm/elbow, with his push cart and one time with a box and has never apologized. He also gets right in front of you after coming from the meat room and will jump right in front of you roll his eyes as if you were in his way🤷🏾‍♀️ even though you're clearly there before he was or before he came back doesn't apologize then either. Like can I get what I'm buying for dinner jeez! Smh. I haven't seen him recently I really hope he's gone. He makes the whole team look bad.

I love this Food Lion. It is one on the way home from work so I frequent here. Always have nice staff, clean facility, and low prices. They carry one of my favorite wines and they always have it cheap. They will ID you and any one else that is with you, so either have your ID or don't go in. But a great grocery store. The deli even has a lunch and dinner little buffet with various chickens and wings usually. I found the cutest pineapple plant there for $14.99. it's adorable and one day I will own it 😆

One bonus about this Food Lion is that they have a Western Union. They offer a larger selection of generic brand food products, which is helpful to lower income families, but on a few occasions, I have come home and opened a sour gallon of milk or a package of shredded cheese that had mold in it, so I prefer to shop for those types of products elsewhere. Most of the staff are friendly, so it's a pleasant check out. I shop there from time to time, but I primarily go to a certain other grocery store for food shopping because of the quality and freshness of dairy and meat products.

This store is pretty decently run. I feel like Food Lion in general all over the local area I've been suffering with worse and worse selections over the years. I don't know if it's because they're trying to maintain the price value or what, but it has not been particularly diverse in recent years.

We’ve lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years and have always used Food Lion as our first choice for everyday grocery shopping. We find the prices well below the competition for day to day items. Their meat selection is average compared to most grocery stores. Due to the tightening of regulations in the industry, they don’t offer as many services in the meat department as in the past, such as grinding certain cuts of meat. We prefer to buy our fresh meats from a butcher shop when possible. You won’t find as many specialty items here compared to a Harris Teeter or Lowe’s Foods, but for the daily brand-name staples you can’t beat Food Lion’s prices.

The store is always nice and clean with some many friendly faces, but they have a bad habit of letting produce sit on shelfs that are out of date and molded. Along with pantry items that usually take a while to go out of date but was still sitting on the shelfs instead of being taking down and items rotated. Other then that they replace bad items with no problems or questions asked and are very helpful in finding what you need.

Food lion is a good place for grocery shopping. They often have good deals and still help you save money. I love buying my yogurts here when they make a good deal. Bananas here are always fresh and they offer other great choices in foods that will help in the healthy tactic.

It's the closest grocery store to my home and sells most everything I need grocery-wise. Friendly cashiers. The produce is always fresh. They have a small hot bar with buffalo wings, fries, and a few other options. Lots of ways to save money, including the in-store coupon center and their MVP loyalty program which features online coupons you "clip" to your loyalty card. The ShopNSave offers must be 'activated' each month and they feature special savings for purchasing specified amounts of certain items. (No self-checkouts here!)
