They are never open when they're supposed to be. They have carts everywhere. You can't even get up and down the aisles because of product is supposed to be on the shelf The store got buggies everywhere parked with boxes on them in the back outside the store it's just terrible. They should just burned it down.

Absolutely love coming to this store Now and please note that I said Now. The new management and staff are great. And it's really refreshing to see people of color in there 💯💯💯. There all very curtious and nice. And they seem to have gotten all of the weeds out thank God whhewww! And the store isn't as cluttered and dirty like it use to be. Keep up the great work guys; I'm glad you are here! 🖤👑👑👑👑

When shopping here don’t assume the price shown on the product is the price that will ring up at the cash register when it’s scanned for pay. I purchased 3 separate items today from different departments in the store. All scanned for more than the prices show on the items. This took what should have cost $15.51 to $18.81. This is stealing. It happens far too often to be just a mistake. There is no difference in this store stealing $3.30 at the register and someone going in the store and shoplifting. The only difference is a shoplifter could possible go to jail and Dollar General paying no penalty other than saying it’s a mistake. The cashier seemed annoyed to have to fix this for me. Mr. Manager, I’m sure it will do no good but next time I will waste a few minutes of my time and report this to corporate.

Closed in the middle of the day. Boxes are on every aisle. Shelves are empty. Items don't ring up correctly. This store is very poorly run

This store has been closed for the last week, delivery notes left on door because nobody has been there to accept them. Back door to store was apparently left open as well. Someone from corporate needs to get involved ASAP.

I stopped at This store Wednesday, Nov. 13 and it was in awful condition. It had boxes and other items all over. So much so that it was difficult to maneuver through the store. I HAD to use the bathroom badly and it was terrible. It looked as though it had not been changed in months. There was what looked like waste, all over the floor and the walls. Bugs were flying around. Please have someone follow through with cleaning up this store. I used to live around the area and shopped there but had never seen it in this condition in the past.

The store is coming together with its new renovation. After it is completed, I believe that the rating will go up. Stocking the shelves seem to be going a little slow making it a little hard maneuvering around the carts waiting to be unloaded. However, it is really convenient.

Very nice staff. They have a good selection of this and that. Very inexpensive prices. The aisles are very over crowded, and a couple seem almost dangerous to walk down. Too much products in the aisles and not properly organized on shelves.

I have been there twice in the past two weeks after 9:00 and no one is there. The first time there was no lights and the second time there were lights but again no the doors were locked. What’s up??

I will say that the store is clean and the cashier is usually friendly. That being said, there is never enough help and usually there is a unreasonably long line with no one but the lone cashier in sight. I dont know where the rest of the staff is hiding but there is no sense in having a line like that. I love the prices and would shop here more often if I could get decent service. A five minute in and out shopping trip shouldn't take 30 mins however this is the norm for this Doller General and I find it unacceptable and infuriating. Come on DG you guys bring in enough money to spring for some extra help.

I live locally and shop Dollar General. Excellent prices, good deals and more convenient shopping for quick pickup than at a grocery store.This location needs an automatic door! I cannot believe a new door was installed and it is not automatic!! All other Dollar Generals that I shop have automatic doors! This location is in the high dollar end of the county! You would think an automatic door would have been AUTOMATIC!New management is needed! The store is always a mess! Cannot get down the isles for merchandise stacked up. For a handicapped person this is extremely dangerous!!I had to use the bathroom a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely DISGUSTING! I told the gentleman at the checkout when I was leaving.I work out of town, so I will shop other Dollar General Stores when I can because this one is so messy and dirty. I prefer to shop in my County. I visited the store in Mocksville yesterday and it was so NICE!! Very clean, isles clear, merchandise displayed very nicely. Will visit this one every chance I get opposed to Bermuda Run location.

Great savings and friendly staff! They have awesome clearance items and great sales as well as digital coupons that get loaded right into your account. It's a peaceful place to shop and the savings are incredible!

Clean establishment.Had to get some stuff for the kids and the mom too. Friendly, helpful staff.Needed a few bucks to give to the kids, they wanted a xmas tree across the parking lotDownside, they will charge you a convince fee for getting your hard earned cash from the register.

So today me and my mom went to the dollar general there in Berumda Run and the woman cashier was horrible, had no mask and didn't seem to care, also no name tag, she was asked multiple times didnt she have to wear a mask and never responded just got mad and with a attitude just handed the receipt and walked away...never will we go back to that store...absolutely not!!! U expect your customers to wear a face covering but u an employee can't follow your own guidelines when its posted on the panel at the register absolutely disgraceful!!

Don’t even waste your time coming here. They keep changing their business hours. They never have what you need in stock. At first they were closing at 7pm now they’re closing at 5pm. Saying they’re short staffed but it was 2 of them standing in front of the store talking smoking cigarettes.

Got the coolest cooler there, only 18 bucks! The staff is helpful, courteous and professional. Almost anything you need and at very affordable prices. Even Scrooge would approve.

DG is a discount retailer - no surprise there. If you need basic house supplies at a low price, DG may be what you're looking for. Their discount coupons make it worthwhile. Most DG's I've been in have narrow aisles, commonly crowded with large inventory carts - a fire hazard? They could do well installing automatic doors, especially when exiting.

A good place to go for paper products because they are a little better price than grocery stores and drug stores. Other products can be found at a better price here also.I love this store and the friendly, helpful store associates.

It was a very unorganized store one of the isles you couldn't even go down because it and carts of stock Tue employees had not put out yet. Which is another thing they where out of everything

The girl working there called the cops on my wife and I. Due to suspicious activity. I don't know what that's about we were coming from a funeral out of state. We are 46 yrs old had our 2 dogs in back seat and we drive the biggest S class Benz you can buy, we were held up by the cops of Bermuda Run for over an hour. Now let me ask you if that's where you would like to be after a 9 hour ride. After purchasing a bag of Reese's cups we ate a few in the parking lot. I wanted to raise the hood and check the oil and no sooner than I did the cops came. I will never go there again and I urge you not to as well. Over the last few hours I have thought back as to why this happen and I have a few questions. Is it because the car,breed of dogs or my wife is a female of color ?? You decide and choose wisely cause those rednecks may lock you up.

Couldn't hardly get around...there were carts of stock sitting everywhere....only 1 person working checkout and very long line....1 whole isle was blocked 🚫 because it had 2 or 3 carts of stock in the isle....way too much clutter
