I waited over an hour before calling to find out status. I had a crying exhausted toddler with me. The girl I spoke with told me my order was ready to dispense but she couldn’t locate it. She admitted it was “a real mess back there” and suggested I come back a different day. I was able to stop another pickup employee and he brought out my order within 10 minutes. While waiting I overheard a manager come out and other folks had been waiting over 2 hours. The manager sounded completely flabbergasted but still just didn’t seem to know what to do and just stood there saying I’m sorry. Get the pickup system organized or don’t to pickup orders.Today is not the first time I’ve had to wait over an hour for a pickup order at this location. While I was waiting I also tried to call the store’s main line to forward with a manager. Several times the phone went unanswered and the last attempt before order came out someone answered and immediately hung up.

Supercenter for sure. They even had a few registers open with actual cashiers instead of self checkouts that some stores are leaning to. The store is pretty clean, and my only issue was trying to find a selection of medium shirts in various styles. Everything is apparently geared to larger sized folks. Lots and lots of large, XL, XL, etc. I guess that's their demographic.

Rude staff at customer service desk, idk how she has been there for years when she’s so rude and ableist. Just spent 2hrs and 40 min (minimum) waiting for my grocery pickup (that was ready at 12:50ish) Given multiple excuses as to why. Staff was extremely rude. Thankfully chat support for corporate was extremely helpful and kind, and filing a couple reports on this. Was nothing but patient and nice with the staff as well. So disgusting inside too. Not clean.

Never order delivery from this location. I stayed up all night waiting for an order I needed for a trip I was leaving for the next day. I ordered it hours in advance and it ended Jo being delayed two hours, but the time I called customer support they just canceled the order. Turns out the store never found a delivery driver for the order. Total waste of money and unbelievably poor communication. I could’ve gone out and gotten the stuff I needed, but they waited until all the other stores were closed to cancel my order and tell me to rescheduled

AINT NO WAY! Y’all SUCK! 3 hours for 3 items? I was nice the first time…. But this is a REPETITIVE THING! This place is a joke. Delivery is awful. They made multiple stops with my food one time (which took over an hour) and my cold items and frozen items were no longer cold when it got to me. Another delivery they left all my frozen and refrigerated items out completely and made me go to the store to get it- I did a delivery because I had a sick baby at home so it was pointless. Also DONT DO PICK UP. ITS A NIGHTMARE. I have never left Walmart in under an hour waiting on my order. Pickup is supposed to be a convenience but they make sure they make it as inconvenient and harder on their shoppers. I move around the states quite often due to the army and have never came across a Walmart that is this badly unorganized and make I quite evident that they could care less. If every Walmart operated as this one did, I think all Walmarts would be off the map in the next 5-10 years.

Everytime I go to Walmart in Aberdeen, I always have the worst experience.I have never seen so many employees walking around on their cellphones while my Mom is trying to get help with an item.They are either standing around in a pack or on their cell phones.I waited such a long time today at the self checkout because I needed help with my order. I don’t mind waiting but again employees walking around on cell phones while im trying to get help!!!!!!!!I’ve never experienced this at other Walmarts but it’s an ongoing problem at Aberdeen Walmart. Come on Management, WAKE UP!!!!!!

Compared to some other Walmarts I think this one is great. They had a good selection of merchandise, clean and organized, and employees were helpful.

They almost never have what I need in stock and they got rid of 8-10 pick up parking spots which was dumb. Those spots are needed half the time. If you can’t park in a number spot these guys act like they can’t find you.

I’m visiting Washington to see my family, im from the south and we stopped at this location to pick up some snacks for the road but felt we were being watched and followed the whole time. the workers KAYLA (I’m pretty sure that was her name) and another very heavy set woman are very very prejudice and blatantly disrespectful as the worker KAYLA was the one whofollowed by us and denied my sister who is well over 21 to buy beer unless our whole group showed ID, including my younger sister who just came with us to buy a snack and even though the rest of us were of age, she denied my sister to buy the product unless my younger sister showed ID as well she was abusing her self checkout position and this being my first time visiting from the south this was the WORST customer service I’ve ever had DO NOT SHOP HEREPs. Kayla I hope you one day find a position that allows you to have the power you think you hold sorry you been passed up on a higher position so many times u created your own job title as Walmarts personal loser.

This place needs a corporate wake up call and a lawsuit to boot!!! From racially profiling kids, harassing people with service animals which is against federal law, and employees not only not wanting to do their jobs, but giving horrible customers service every time I have been here. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I'll drive to Biscoe.

Walmart does offer really affordable prices. I like going here for household staples for the pantry to meal prep. Their fruit usually rots too quickly. When I schedule grocery order most of the time items are out of stock. Everyone is always friendly though.***Please please switch to making customers bring their own bags for pick up of orders. You waste obscene amounts of plastic bags. When I lived in the UK I ordered groceries at Tesco. They bring the bins out to your car and you pack them into bags. Yes more time consuming but worth it for our planet. We only get one 🌎.#localguide #lovepineslivelocal

Alot of the staff are very young and don't care to help the customers. Saw a old man drop some aluminum foil right in front of 3 employees and they watched him struggle to pick it up. Just stood there talking and laughing about jokes from a movie. Not a good look at all.

It's Walmart. Nothing fancy. Mostly cheap Chinese stuff but name brand appliances and electronics. Groceries seem to be decent price. If you go I suggest you go @7 AM during the week. It's pretty deserted.

The pickup execution at this location is ABOMINABLE. If you want to wait an unreasonable, extended period of time for you pickup order, give it a shot. And, if you try to cancel the pickup, they won't release your money for another 3 - 5 days.

I am a bit disappointed by Walmart Automotive Center. I called yesterday 10/27/23 to make an appointment for 9:00am today 10/28/2023 oil change so I get there wait about 5-10 min this nice yoing man named Robbie came out and explained that he was the only one there and that people called out. I felt sorry for him. He told me come back at 11. I tried to call to make a complaint no one ever answers the phones. This is the second time I have had a issue with auto center. If Walmart Automotive is not going to be operating properly then they need to stop the oil change services period. I told Robbie I hope he has a good day and don't get stressed trying to do everybody else job.

Everytime I'm here there is security patrol in the parking lot. If nothing else the stuff in your vehicle is safe while you shop. I accidentally stepped in front of a gentleman pushing carts. I apologized, but he was extremely nice, saying it was ok and told me Happy New Years. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is the typical Walmart problem.... self checkout and 2 registers were all that were open, but the lines were truly bad and really did warrant the need for some additional registers to be opened. I like this Wal-Mart and stop here anytime I'm in town and need something.

Unfortunately there isn't a lot of opportunity to shop elsewhere. Seaso al merchandise is shoddy and overpriced. This is only my opinion, of course. There are good prices in the produce section, and grocery aisles. Customer service is hit or miss. The employee checking everyone's reciept as we left scrutinized us like a prison matron on Valentines day. Not a pleasant experience.

Went to look at the fish and it was awful living conditions. I work at a pet store and Wal-Mart is basically selling sick fish due to their tanks not having been cleaned in god knows how long, they have no source of enrichment, calcium, privacy or sanitation. There is poop resting on the bottom of the tanks, algae on all sides of tank, water is murky and even algae on the snails which are all DEAD in the corner of the tank and look to have been for weeks due to the pure amount of algea on them that I thought were moss balls at first until I seen it was dead snails upside down. If you can't properly take care of them then dont sell them, they are only selling people sick fish that will eventually die due to poor living conditions leading up to bacteria.

This store used to be clean, well organized and I would drive further to go to this Walmart. What a disappointment today......half of what I needed wasn't in stock, there wasn't an associate to be found to help and the produce was horrid. Wilted gross and slimy produce from a place that used to be reliable. So discouraging.
