It's important to recognize high quality service. I needed program booklets for my father-in-law's funeral service in a few days. Cassidy went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Staples is fortunate have such a conscious and knowledgeable employee. She's was very quick in suggesting alternative solutions to get the job done.

I had placed an online order for my baby shower invitations to be picked up same day. I ordered at 11, and was given a time of 8:30pm as pickup. They were ready by 5 and Meagan went above and beyond to make sure they were perfect, even with a sizing glitch on my download. They look great and I’m very happy with the great customer service!

This is a shout-out for Mike. I came in as tropical storm Ophelia was hitting, with 30 minutes til closing. I think I was the only customer there. Mike went over and above to find what I needed, and helped restore my confidence in good customer service after a very negative experience elsewhere that night. Thanks to him, I was able to accomplish my task the next morning. Thanks again, Mike!

On April 25 i went around 8:30/8:40pm before closing to print out 1 sheet that I needed urgent I had everything ready so it wouldn’t take much time staff was not welcoming rushing me they were all 3 at the register with a really mad face since I guess they were ready to leave hmm if you don’t like your job that’s not my problem honestly it was only 1 sheet I printed out.

Mike and Madison were awesome.I went into staples for a last minute thing, that I couldn’t find anywhere, and they both assisted me with ease! Very friendly, and knowledgeable! 10/10 customer service!

This is my first Google review. I am an 89 year old widow living in Pinehurst. I needed help with a new printer for my residence. I've always had great service at Staples so I decided to purchase my new printer there. I cannot express the wonderful experience that I had at Staples. The two employees that I dealt with were Rob and Mike. I found them both professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Thank you for a very pleasant and helpful shopping experience.

I walked into the store to purchase a standard Logitech keyboard. I asked the guy at the customer service desk where I could find keyboards. He pointed in a certain direction and told me it was along the side wall. Since I couldn't find the Logitech keyboard, I asked 4 different store employees where I could find it. One told me he would get back to me. One said he couldn't leave his register. One was working at the Geek Squad counter, who told me that the store was 2 employees short and 2 employees called in sick today. So, I waited 20 minutes for someone to free up. Then, I saw a new Best Buy employee walk in the door. I asked him if he could help me find the keyboard. He told me he hadn't yet clocked in and walked away. Finally, I went back to the guy at the register. Since he did not at that time have any customers waiting, he walked over and found the keyboard. 45 minutes all together just to buy a keyboard.

Bad review: Jessica LofreseI ordered 20 cardstock images and paid online for in-store pick-up. Was called 4-5mins later letting me know they couldn't fill my order because their machine was down. I asked for a refund, as this is for a client and need to provide them by a certain date.They let me know they can't give me a refund until 3-5 business days. I'm not coming out of my business's pocket for their error. I asked to speak to a supervisor, she said she couldn't give me a phone number to a manager. Not hearing my concern that her store caused by allowing orders online for a service she says has been down for 2 weeks...This is not how business is done.

Rob was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We had some issues with a printer that we had purchased. Rob explained everything to us and we exchanged the printer for a different printer. He made sure that we knew how to install the new printer at home. Thanks Rob and staples team in Aberdeen.

I went to get my iPhone battery replaced. Awesome customer service and very fast. It was cheaper than going to Apple and the employees at this store are very helpful and friendly, especially the guy replacing the iPhone parts.

Ordered a printer for in-store pick up at this store. Was told it would be available for pick up January 30th at the latest. It is now February 5th and no printer. Asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund since it is being delivered to store and was told that unless that printer arrived in the store there was nothing they could do for me. No refund until the printer was physically in the store until then its MY PROBLEM!!?? Its ship to store people I was assuming that I was protected and my printer wouldn't be lost. Would give NO STARS! I will NEVER use this store again or any staple store. Apparently it is ship to store at your own risk!Update: Contacted Staples customer service and they were extremely helpful. Got back in touch with me in a very reasonable time, found out what happened to my printer, cancelled my order with no problem and refunded my money in full. Customer Service was great the store not so much.

Went in on Monday to get a laptop for my wife for use in our small business. We were looking at one in particular, but the salesman not only pushed us hard toward one that was more than we needed (and, of course, way more expensive), he immediately started pushing products and services that would have ended up costing more than the laptop. To top it off, when we finally got done picking what we wanted, including insisting on the less expensive laptop we were looking at in the first place, he went in the back and informed us that, despite it being on display, they didn't have that one any more. Maybe there'd be one on the truck late the next day. But hey, he'd knock a few bucks off the more expensive one he'd been pushing from the start.At this point, I started to feel as if we were being scammed with the old bait and switch technique. Then we were told if we still wanted the less expensive one, with all the setup and everything he'd pushed us to buy, it would be Wednesday afternoon before we'd have it ready. But f course they had the more expensive one...we bailed at that point.We still buy some supplies from these folks, but I don't trust them anymore on any larger ticket items. Once you've lost the customer's trust, you're not getting it back.

Went in at night to have items scanned. Girl was lazy and did not want to scan my items. Told management and he offered to help but evidently scared to correct this girl. Lady during the day is great! I have to come back tomorrow to get 3 pages scanned.

Destroyed and disposed of iPhone during screen repair service, unresponsive management, unwelcoming environment, small claims court. Go somewhere else for this service. Other stores in the area take responsibility for their work.This store was unable to repair a previously worked on iPhone resulting in the disposal of a customer's $750 phone. Management was unresponsive to email requests to resolve the issue. Ended up in small claims court just to find out there is language in the fine print of the contract for screen repair service that eliminates Staples from any responsibility of devices while in Staples possession. In this case, phone was functioning prior to turn in to the store for screen repair service. Phone screen was repaired, but device didn't turn on once service completed. Staples assumes zero responsibility because they simply aren’t very good.Management could have responded to any of the four emails in order to inform the customer of the details of the contract prior to the case going to small claims court. Customer could have done a better job attempting to resolve the issue, although since no response to emails from management...a non-welcoming environment was created. In the end, although the screen was replaced, a phone was broken while in their possession.-Joe S.

Meagan M. was my sales associate at your store in Southern Pines, She helped me to in a hard time in my life, Thank God there are wonderful people like her to make losing a loved one a little easier... I got there before Staples close but had problems with the, Memorial service papers I was trying to create for the service and held her over an extra 30 minutes... She was not rude or upset or anything to stay the extra time to help me, so I appreciated that more than anything.... thank you again and I hope you're recognized such a wonderful employee you have

The electronic staff is very nice but don’t get your phone fixed here they’ve put a new battery in my phone and it is worse then the battery I had in it before they rip you off on batteries so you can come back and get a new one in your phone money hungry
