WE WENT TO ROSS TO FIND MY WIFE SOME WORK SHOES WE FOUND THIS PAIR. THEY ARE VERY COMFORTABLE AND LIGHT AS A FEATHER. THE MATERIAL IS NICE AND STURDY AND THE PRICE WAS ONLY 20.00 HOLLA GO CHECK THEM OUT SAW ALOT OF NICE CHEEP ITEMS.

Ross was great. Prices were surprisingly low, they were very well stocked. Personnel was iffy, the gal near the dressing rooms was very pleasant and cheerful, the others at the front were more regimented to the task and not so personable. But shopping there was a good trip.

Me and my wife went shopping there and got there around 8:40pm and store hours says it closes at 10pm and went to grab a cart and lady rudely told me they where closing then proceeds to get on the intercom and tell everyone they are closed and bring items to the register. I also run a retail store and would never do that to my customers

I don't understand why the price tag at Ross is always so hard to remove. It does ruin the item totally. 😒 I can't even take it back anymore, because the tag is ripped and can't be scanned. Please solve the problem!! It looks cheap and tacky with the tag halfway renowned and scratched ☹️.

I love their stuff! The price variation is good because I shop on a budget while I know others may not so it fits all 🙂. They have a little bit of everything, shoes, clothes, make up, snacks, toys, pet stuff, bedding, house stuff, etc! If you haven't, go check it out. Always some neat finds and stylish clothes.

I had a great experience shopping at this location. I was able to find the outfits I was looking for and a little something for everyone at a great price-point. The staff was very helpful and I appreciated them helping me get back my merchandise that I accidently left behind! I like that this store is always clean and organized and has a wide selection to choose from.

Not a terrible store, wide variety for most things, but for small in men's there is about 20 total pieces of clothing....was shopping for my son and we couldn't find anything that would fit him and the things we did find were not something he would want to wear. Clean store.

Love this store for all the fantastic bargains!! My kids and I can really stretch a buck shopping here. Choice selections are good too.When it comes to customer service, it seems the workers are under paid and under appreciated. They are not friendly at all and if I want to inquire about an item they may or may not have the desire to help me or even acknowledge me. Pretty rude if you ask me. I have learned to just accept this store as a discount yard sale....whatever is out on the floor is what they have and don't expect customer service at all!

The store was very Neat and well organized! It had a large assortment of clothing for all family members (i.e.; men, women, and toddlers). Also the employees were very courteous and greetings were given with a friendly smile.

Hassle free returns, great prices, great selection ... what's not to love? You could practically furnish your home, kitchen and closet in the one store. The selection of ladies plus is as big as straight sizes, and very fashionable. The prices on lingerie and shapewear is enough to make you do a double take. And be sure you check out cosmetics. There are gems to be found in that section.I almost gave this 4 stars, because the store can get so cluttered and turned upside down. But that is the doing of the shoppers, not the staff. It's not their fault that some customers are rude and sloppy. Ross is my first place to visit if I have an occasion or need an outfit. I'm never disappointed.I will give you this warning though. If you see something you think you want, but it right then. You can return it if you change your mind. But if you don't buy it and go back a few days later looking for that item, it will likely be sold out or gone.

The store did have more product than most. After waiting in line a manager of sorts sent one women out of two on break. She pulled her phone out before even leaving behind the counter. A young man was stocking hand sanitizer which there were already plenty out on shelves. The manager gave me the once over before walking past as if “ oh well”. Probably won’t go back because the customer is less important.

There was one cashier, one security guard who was talking with the hand sanitizer guy. The line was very long. The lady in front of me had 3 buggies of stuff and they did not call an additional cashier. When I asked the security guy, he said that's all they had in the store. This was January 4th, not Christmas Eve. I'm usually pretty patient but the lack of a time trying to help made me just put my stuff back and leave. I went to T.J.Max.

I am quite upset with Ross. Their system failed them twice and as a result failed me as well. Was into Ross last Wednesday shopping with my aunt. I purchased my items paid for them and sat on the side in the chair waiting for my aunt to get finished. When Both she completed her Purchases we left.Friday morning I finally got around to taking my items have of the bag as I did not get home until Friday. At that point I found out that to items that I purchased neither one had the security Plastic tag remove. Two items not one had the security tags still on them.To add insult to injury there's security bars that you walk through never alerted the store that they would to tags in my bag not remove. This can be verified by my aunt who was with me the whole Time . I called the store on Friday and was advice that's a manager was not going to be in until a Monday which at that time I am planning to call back as I think it is ridiculous that all these measures are put in place to help the store with deft control which it did nothing and left me now having good drive back to Aberdeen to get these tags removed off the clothing and having just spend my time and gas for their mistakes. I Enjoy shopping at Ross tremendously but this is a ridiculous situation and I hope they do something about remedying it. I can never say anything bad about their clothes or their prices but I am really upset as to having to go back to the store when I normally only go that way maybe once a month as I am retired And do not have the finances to ride up-and-down the road at will.I will be going back to Ross this coming week so I can actually use the purchases that I made since I am afraid to try to take the security tags off that it might damage my merchandise.Ross stores you need to do a better job with your security as I cannot understand how this could have not happened with to safeguard being failed And on 2 separate items.Your electronics fail You and your employee as well.

Good quality clothing for men, women, and children, that will not cause you to spend your whole payday check. They even have home decor and fragrances for men and women. I believe that Tuesdays are special days for 10% off discount on your entire purchase.

I really liked this ross in comparison to other ones i've been too. They had a great selection of items ranging from beauty, to household goods, to clothing. It's seriously dangerous entering into any ross because you'll find everything you need and more! Staff was friendly and store smelled/looked clean!

I found some cute stuff at good prices but I think it's so dumb that they have those long poles on the carts that you cannot take the carts outdoors. I was doing Christmas shopping and I had a lot of stuff. I didn't realize that you couldn't take the carts out side. I wondered what that long poles were for. I found out what it was for when I tried to exit and rammed into the threshold of the door and couldn't get out! I was by myself and I had nobody to watch my cart. I had to ask a busy cashier to try to keep an eye on my cart while I ran to my car in the rain, struggled to find a place in the loading zone along with all the other Shoppers who were trying to do the same thing on a very busy night, and pulled up beside the store so that I could load my stuff into my car an arm full of bags at a time. I think that sucks! Ross needs to make a change.

Love the store I always find what I want for my kids and something's for me. My husband likes the fact he finds the kind of shorts he likes to wear. Basically the clothing is all I shop for here and am always happy about it.

Staff seemed disinterested In helping customers (it was an hour before closing, so Maybe they had a long day), the items are ridiculously marked up in price and the "discount" on items drops the price to market price. Terrible selection on technology and the clothes seem several months (and in some cases, years) out of style.
