Everyone is always so pleasant except that redhead in the fish department. She is always just a real treat to deal with. Makes me absolute dread buying fish from there. I leave feeling so defeated. We were just so excited just to get new fish for our little pond, and then had to utterly inconvenience her to actually grab a net.Same experience with the same lady about two years ago when we purchased our other fish(which are still living happily in the pond).We bought 30 little goldfish last night andgot home and 3 were dead because she just scooped up whatever and didn’t hesitate to look at what she put in the bag.

I love this place. You can bring your dog in while you shop. They have grooming as well who are wonderful friendly staff that do great work.

Ashley The Manager with the cute vibrant hair colors, was very helpful today. We talked for at least a good 45 minutes. She has gained my confidence in what would be best for my dog Gunner. She gave me a-lot of advice, and even offered dog training, which I will be enrolling my dog in really soon. Checkout was efficient and I was asked for my phone number for the rewards program. What made it even better Ashley made sure I didn’t leave without a paper for dog training. Thank you Ashley for all your help, thank you for boosting my confidence in what’s best for my dog!!!

they did not take the time to actually groom my dog, they literally shaved him. i’m so disappointed in how my dog was returned to me.

The grooming staff are wonderful, our puppy now walks in and out with a wagging tail! They leave you a little report card on how well your pup did during the bath, brush and nail trim which I thought was very cute. The store always has some great deals going and the puppy class covers all necessities a dog should know.

It was busy, but we were greeted and while we waited one of the staff member stop to talk to us. The guy who help us with our fish was knowledgeable and helpful.

a large store but it lacks a great variety for dogs and cats, there are almost no toys and the ones they do have are very expensive compared to other places specialized in pets, the lines are very expensive to pay

Great place actually better then Petco cause they have more to choose from and bigger . And prices are alittle better . I had bought a guinea pig today from them tag said female but I'm not sure at all if it is or not ? If pic is too inportate please let me knowA thumbs up for a girl or thumbs down it's a boy ?

I understand thing sometimes go wrong……but I took my dog for a cut and bath, she came back home with a problem in her ear. It was red and we notice it bothered her. So I called the person that bath her and she said nothing had happen. Two days later we see scabs in her ear. I did not like being lied to, so I called the manager and she was a lier too.This is the second time that I have had a problem with the Aberdeen store.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I came to get my dog groomed. I called before I came and told them I had a doodle he is a matted . They said they would charge me a $45 fee they felt him and said they could do it. They say they “cut him” on his right lower leg and couldn’t finish but they would a week later. There is no cut on his right lower leg and I’m back a week later and they said they wouldn’t finish . Do not get your dog groomed here. My dog walked around half shaved for a week! Worst service, I will be going else where . Now I’m paying someone to finding the job!

Groomer was very nice and fast, but they left my dog’s fur longer than I wanted all around. I know what size clipper blade I like on his fur and described everything well, but it kind of fell short. They did a good job with his nails and he did smell good, so it was an ok/decent experience.

As far as the store is good, but the employees are not friendly or knowledgeable about their supplies. In the store, they don't want to take a minute to help you.And that's not very customer light.

We had a hard time figuring out how to size and fit a halter for a dog. An employee that was stocking offered to help us fit our dog. He was so friendly and helpful that it made our trip worthwhile. Our dog loved him. Wish I had asked his name. A very attractive young black man. Nov 14th around noon.

They were out of a lot, and some treats had no price posted, but everyone was pleasant, though I asked one employee a question, said she didnt know because she had just gotten there, however, she didnt offer to go ask for me, or go find out. I was able to find several cute kitty toys and good deals on squeaky dog balls.

Employees are not personable and come off almost condescending. No thank you's. Act as if you are bothering them. I hope they take better care of the animals than they do of the customer.

I work contract and normally take my dog elsewhere when I'm in; however, they were booked so I decided to try Petsmart. I think I might be switching. The whole process was great. Holy did an excellent job with my dog. Yes, it was about $30 more than I pay but they actually did a more thorough job. I would highly recommend.
