First of all we all know that there trying to get new construction done.But when you can't tell time & closing the store 15 to 10 minutes earlier than posted is wrong & terrible customer service especially for a elderly person.This has happened several times.No reason for the employees or workers to be mean 3/18/24 8:45pm

Good employees (friendly and helpful).Most of the produce was excellent, but they did have some onions that were rotting in the stands. Nearly all the red and Vidalia onions were not good.Good flash sales on meat - we bought chicken ($1/lb) and a Boston Butt ($1.40/lb)Found everything easily and quickly.

Food Lion usually has what we need, though sometimes they run out of items rather quickly. The people working there are usually nice, though my mom always seems to think people are snickering at her. I personally don't think so, she's probably just overthinking things like she usually does.The store is also kept pretty clean for the most part, well except for the bathrooms. Not going to go into why, but that could use some work. I know they're more worried about keeping the shelves stocked though.

Only had a few issues with this place. I think that the cashier's and employees should have better listening skills from my experiences of questions I ask, but overall I enjoy my experience there and the people who work there as well.

One of the stockers was very helpful in helping us find an item on one of the lanes. Checking out at the end of our shopping the cashier was extremely nice and courteous to my sister and myself. I really like this Food Lion and the employees.

It's alright, I went the other day in hopes to find breyers birthday cake ice cake ice cream for me and my daughter, and they didn't have it, but as I looked I realized they didn't have any birthday cake ice cream in any brand, it's popular, I recommend selling some please, I work nextdoor it would be so much easier to shop here if they had what I needed. I will say I needed fresh celery for the restaurant I work at, and the worker putting up the vegetables was nice enough to stop what he was doing to go get me some from the back. Good customer service 🙂

Great location. Easy to get in and out of the shopping center from US-1. Plenty of parking in the spacious parking lot. Did some lunch hour shopping, without any delay nor issues. Checkout clerk was polite and responsive. Great place to get shopping done quickly and easy.

Essentially the same as all the other food kitties. It was clean and well stocked. The employers were friendly and helpful. The prices on my items were fair. I will definitely shop here again and continue to do so as long as they continue to have good MVP deals and keep the store the way it is +/has been.

We have liked this Food Lion for years and shopped there regularly. HOWEVER there are now significant issues. First -- customer service is extremely poor. I believe this is a training and supervision issue. There are some good cashiers but many do not greet you, make eye contact, or they will simply talk to another associate while helping you. It can be difficult to obtain assistance. Secondly, with the pandemic so many of the cashiers have their masks pulled down that most of our neighbors (and ourselves) aren't comfortable shopping there anymore. It appears that the management does not enforce the mask policy with employees or is not present on a regular basis. Third, organization and cleanliness. The parking lot and entrance is regularly strewn with trash and the store is often not clean and organized. The Food Lions on Highway 5, Rockingham and Sanford seem to be better managed with more friendly and helpful staff.

Thanks to the woman who had 15 items in front of me, check out was for 12 items or less, ( just saying ) I had one item and she didn't even let me go in front of her. aside from that cashier was great, service was fantastic

I was at this Food Lion yesterday 6/6/19, and it was a very nice experience. Their food, as most stores, are always fresh and they have lots of variety of items to look for. They also have lost of Gluten Free items for all of us who are on Paleo or Whole 30 diet. Kudos to you and keep bringing the best for your customers. Thank you!

It feels like a smaller food lion but the layout is easy to navigate. The inside of the store is well cared for and looks nothing like the outside. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I tend to prefer Harris Teeter because their produce and meat are better quality in my opinion, but I find myself going to Food Lion because it's so much easier to get in and out! The staff here are usually friendly and it seems clean and they always have what I need.

Very frustrating shopping experience tonight! Only 1 checkout lane open. Long wait to get to cashier and then slow check out while he visited with customers before & after me (about 40 minutes total to check out).

Food Lion is a great place to shop for food and other items sometimes it can be expensive of course we in Moore County they the highest but Rockingham is a little cheaper there the staff a Food Lion in Southern Pines are pretty good too keep rocking Food Lion you are the best keep up the good work

No matter if you are at the deli counter, customer service counter or check out counter, the staff is consistently cheerful, polite and accommodating. Oh, and the prices especially with their customer value card, are a constant treat to my wallet that loves holding on to its money.
