Got a text saying my father’s prescription was filled at 6pm. I arrived at 7pm patiently waited in a somewhat long line. Get up to the front and they say it’s not ready until tomorrow. Mind you my father had doctors orders to start this medication that night. I tell the first pharmacist about the situation and she referred me to a pharmacist in the back who very rudely said they were 3 weeks backed up and that was a message from corporate and they don’t control those messages. Waist of my time I will never get back. This Pharmacy is an absolute $?!T Show.

I put my refll request in online on October 4th. I checked the next day and it said it was processing so I waited another day , so I checked on the 6th and it still said processing. So on Monday the I went to CVS after work and now this is 5 days later on the 9th, and my refill hadn't even been started. They said give us 20 minutes, almost 40 minutes later I got it. If I didn't have to use them for insurance to cover my prescriptions I would definitely go back to Walmart pharmacy.

The Pharmacist went above and beyond late on a Saturday night! They worked through some administrative issues on a toddlers prescription and worked with the doctor to get us taken care of.

Unless you need to use CVS due to insurance purposes, I highly recommend going someplace else. They never answer their phone, they're never on time, getting someone in there who knows what they're talking about is almost nonexistent aside from the pharmacist, who is always busy

Sick of having to wait a week for a prescription to be filled. Didn't use my insurance for 2 years even though I repeatedly asked why I was paying so much out of pocket when I should have been paying $5

scheduled a booster shot on line as directed. Appt was cancelled the day of appt by text. When I called I was told they had no injector and to make an appt for tuesday, wednesday, or thursday. I went back on line and scheduled a Tuesday appt. An hour before appt I was notified again by text that my appt was cancelled. I attempted to phone and find out why but was not able to get someone to answer the phone 4 x. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE PHARMACY

I know COVID makes places short staffed and I try to be patient… but TWICE today… I waited patiently in the drive thru for 20 MIN before anyone even looked in my direction… they clearly saw me, I hit the CALL button twice. At one point I saw the pharmacist and two technicians just chatting away, no one in line at the counter, and still one waited on us or looked at us. You can at least come to the window and say we will be with you as soon as we can. Just awful. I’ll be sure to never go there again. I would give zero stars if I could.

I was yelled at by the pharmacist today and told I was 2 days too early for my medicine. Well for starters that is fine. AND legal. Otherwise people would be waiting for them to open the door to get their first med of the month. Also ...today is 30 days from the 9th of March. I mean call me crazy, but I do count the first day and today too. I even went back to talk to the manager who said "huh. You must have to wait til the 31rst day then". I said "No, she told me to come back on what she counts as day 29 somehow". No outrage that I was yelled at or asking who it was btw. I said " I give up. I tried. I have to go." So I went down the street to Walmart and got my medicine.

I feel bad for the people working there. They seem sweet and I’m sure they’re doing their best but the Pharamacy is an absolute cluster F. It’s a nightmare for customers and for the staff too I’m sure.
