This review is for the past 3 months:As a former employee here, they really need to change management ASAP!! The current manager does not know how to talk to not only her employees but also the customers, many people refuse to come to the because of how run down the store has become and because Lori is very rude! I loved working for this company until she became management. All of the employees that were working along side of me have left, or been fired under FALSE pretenses. I suggest that the owner, or HR goes and talks to some of the customers, employees, and former employees. I will be MORE than happy to talk to the owner! I would love to work at this store again, but i REFUSE to be disrespected, manager or not!

Came in around 8:30pm for a propane tank exchange. Line was long so I waited atleast 10-15 min. When I finally got to the cashier, she told me to step aside while she checked out the people behind me and then she would go with me outside for the tank exchange. She continued to service everyone else in line and more people came inside. After waiting atleast 5 more mins I told her if she could please unlock the tanks so I can exchange it and she rudely replied that she couldn’t leave the customers standing in line. I get that she had a long line of customers but I did my time in that line like everyone else and I too am a customer. She really expected me to wait until she got EVERYONE. Left to exchange my tank else where and a huge waste of time

Manager was very rude because when I loaded money on my gas card it didn't go thru and add on to my card when one of her employees loaded it. So she acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to actually load my money when I came back to have it corrected. I will not be going back to this store and spending my money if this is the type of management they have. There was no need at all for her to be nothing but rude to me when I was trying to be polite.

Avoid this place. Not pet friendly. And when I mean not pet friendly I couldn't even get water for my dog from the machine. Where the water comes from the melted ice. This is America in 2020.
