I purchased an air purifier online. When I arrived at the store, they treated me with respect. A handsome gentleman named Norman helped me with the purchase. Even though it is a big chain store, he still took the time to help me out. What a great experience. I am grateful our small town still has people who take the time to make a difference. Norman deserves a raise and a huge Christmas bonus.

Heather was amazing when I went to buy my new iPhone. She clearly explained the differences and ordered my phone. When I went to pick it up she set it up for me…..I totally appreciate her help.

Greg, Mel and Mike were extremely helpful to me at this location . Had to get a new iPhone in an emergency and they walked me thru all the steps. They were patient, super friendly and efficient . They made the stressful situation of breaking my former phone much better with their positive personalities ❤️. Best Buy y’all have an awesome team at this store

There used to be CD'S and Movies to buy there. It was fun to go there. Now, if I really want something good, like ear buds for my iPad good, I went there and the staff were very helpful. Other than that, it is interesting to see all of the new devices. Especially the Saliva Kits for DNA Testing, a swab inside the cheek, send it to ... The Whittier Foundation in San, Diego, California, to find out everything you ever wanted to know about Haploid, Diploid, any chance your family originated as far back as you can trace genealogyAfrica? The National Geographic Survey.

Great store, very knowledgeable staff. Mike V was very helpful to me while selecting a new laptop. I got a better laptop at a lower price than what I was looking for. I recommend this particular Best buy location to you. I have other Best buy locations closer to where I live, however this one always treats me better!

Best Buy in Aberdeen, NC, sold me a faulty laptop that would not hold a charge! I had to make numerous phone calls as I do not live in Aberdeen. Geek Squad at another store in Fairfax, VA, looked at the laptop, said the battery was defective, and said the Aberdeen store should have known not to sell the laptop!! I couldn't simply replace the battery. Geek Squad said they couldn’t do it and that it had to be done by the manufacturer because it’s a special non-removable battery. The management team at the Aberdeen store did nothing to remedy the situation except say they didn’t know. They just kept telling me to talk to the manufacturer. I found out I'd have to ship the laptop to the manufacturer for battery repair, and I would have to cover all the costs. I asked for a refund. Took a whole month to get a refund of $500. I definitely do not recommend it. Big headache

I received an email that my online order was ready to be picked up. However, when I got there the employee couldn’t find it. Then she asked another employee and he said it was still on the truck and I would have to come back tomorrow and that they usually call when it’s ready. This was not told to me at any point when purchasing online.Not a huge deal since I live close, but if someone lived a distance away and drove all the way to pickup a product and it wasn’t there, thatd be a pretty big let down. Seems like a weird system

Best Buy is my favorite place to shop. I just bought N 85 inch Sony TV with a SONOS Sound Bar and 2 ERA 100 additional speakers for the back of my theater room. I also bought Laptop Computer for my granddaughter.

Seems that best buy is either cutting back or having issues hiring.. But the result is that they don't seem to have enough employees. It was hard to find help at the mobile desk but when I did the employee seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and he resolved my issue. Otherwise I would rate 5 stars. Maybe it was just the time of day that I was there. They also got rid of t-mobile and I was also informed they will probably will get rid of Verizon and AT&T, which is too bad because I have total tech and I would have liked my next phone upgrade to have been done there.

A small, run-of-the-mill Best Buy that feelslike you’re traveling back to the year 2004.They might have what you want or need, but don’t bet on it. Its space is limited, so keep your head on a swivel to not run into people if it’s looking busy. Store is in desperate need of a remodel and better stock.PRO TIP: Search in the Best Buy app to see if they have what you’re looking for at this store before going.

I hadn’t been to Best Buy in years, as I don’t buy a lot of electronics but in the past month both times I encountered an employee named Mikey, he was very knowledgeable about all products, had excellent customer service skills. As someone who has been in customer service management for nearly 20 years, Mikey exemplifies everything I would want in an employee. He goes above and beyond to make sure his customer is satisfied and gets exactly what they need! Thank you Mikey!

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful, but has a corporate policy of store credit only for accepted returns. However, that was a small matter, but despite user friendly showroom and helpful, but understaffed, knowledgeable staff, a policy I found unacceptable has convinced me that buying local whenever possible will be very important for me. I was guided to and purchased replacement toner for my printer. It was incorrect, didn't fit, and was not returnable because the box had been opened. I understand that this is corporate policy and out of this branch's control, but that convinces me and hopefully others that local businesses are more than neighbors, they are superior and merit our loyalty and our public support.

I had a terrible experience with Best Buy and I would like to alert you. I bought a headphone and their transport company Roadie delivered in the wrong place. This Roadie sent them a picture of a mat and half of a door that could be anywhere and they confirmed the delivery. I got in contact with Best Buy and they said that they could not do anything once they have the proof that it was delivered and they were sorry about the inconvenience, but the best solution for my problem was contact the law enforcement office and request an investigation. I tried for hours and I can prove that the picture it not my house and the map that they sent to me with the delivery confirmation is not even close to me. My problem was not solved and I am very disappointed with Best Buy customer service support.

The cell phone department people have been very helpful everytime I go there. The mist recent visit was awesome, we went to get my grandma a jitter bug phone set up and they helped us right away! Got the phone and plan setup with all the details we needed as well.

Won’t be shopping at Best Buy again. 2nd high end TV that has failed within a very short period of time, this time was less than 8 months from purchase to dead pixels. Store manager was absolutely useless in assisting, even gave me the incorrect people to contact to fix the issue as if to be even more of a hinderance. Sony is weeks out from getting a repair service out and I am sitting on a $2,000.00 massive paper weight. Thanks for nothing you useless personnel.

Didn't have product. Fire TV Max. Asked me for zip code for other stores , had a long line and took 15 minutes before they put. Someone on another register at checkout . And why are the Fire sticks kept at checkout which causes a back up while they are looking for the proper product?

Brought 3 Samsung TVs at Best Buy over last 10 years, always satisfied. Have used warranty for repairs.Went smoothly. Service and sales personnel helpful. Couldn't ask for better.
