My mother and daughter have been spending two-three weeks each year at Fantasy Lake ever since my daughter was 3yo and she is now almost 9. They had a lot of fun times each time - good company of kids and adults, clean lake water, occasional boat paddling, walks, games, etc. My daughter practically grew up there and she wants to go back even though she is much older now.The food has been consistently good over the years, home made, unpretentious and fresh. We never had complains. The owner has to deal with a lot of customers every year, but my impression is that everyone was well accommodated. If you are looking for a stress-free summer retreat for your kids, this is a place for you.

Just recently returned from the Fantasy Lake View Resort in Upstate NY. On a beautiful and unique Washington Lake. We rested in July 2021 for five days. We would stay there longer, but because of our car problem, we had to come back earlier. Anyway, the rooms are super, highly recommended for families with children. On the territory of the hotel, there is an excellent lake suitable for those who do not like the rough sea. A playground is generally a separate world and a tennis court. Many swings and slides. You can't pull children out of there by the ears. The green spaces near the buildings are very pleasing, there is always the opportunity to hide in the shade from the sun. For privacy, there are a bunch of gazebos on the territory, and near is the store has everything you need to use it. The hotel rooms are excellently renovated, with everything you need to relax, as well as with an unforgettable view of the lake, especially in the evening. The hotel has a dining room with an excellent menu. Many thanks to the staff of the dining room, who are always greeted with a smile, wish you good morning and bon appetit, and will serve you quickly and with pleasure. Special thanks to the tireless administrator Gennadiy. He will even greet guests in the middle of the night, and even treat them with coffee. Hot tea is throughout the day. Very safe area, my 8 yr daughter was outside for the entire day. A lot of amenities. We had a lot of fun on a water bike. Gennadiy sees everything and follows everything. He is on top of everything. We will be happy to come again, we already miss the rest at the hotel. Thank you so much to the entire staff, especially Gennadiy, Michael, Henry.Unforgettable Lake!!!It's one of a kind, place.

Terrible place I spent 2 days here with my wife and 2 month old baby girl and the owners have no consideration except for themselves. You are forced to eat whatever they serve you and if you have allergies you starve. the worst part though is like I said the owners are complete aholes, there is only one entrance that is stroller accessable and you have to walk through a cigarette smoke infested reception area. When we confronted the owners they said to take another exit which involves carrying a stroller down stairs or don't bring your baby in. Are you kidding me? Are we supposed to starve and prevent our baby from inhaling second hand smoke because they they couldn't care less? After confronting the owners out of spite they decided to use a loud lawn mower right next to us with our baby sleeping, and only cut grass near us. Stay away from this place unless you like being treated this way, the government needs to shut this place down, there needs to be some repercussions because everyone turns a blind eye to them.

Came back from this place a few days ago and decided to share my thoughts about Fantasy Lake.1. Room.Very very old. Rusty, dusty. Needs some heavy renovation. 2 descent size beds with cheap mattresses. No Wi-Fi. 1 TV channel!2. Food.This is an "all-inclusive" resort but there's no buffet, you get whatever they decide for you. You might get mashed potato and herring as an appetizer and mashed + some meat as a main menu. Cheap and simple. Breakfast was the worst part.3. Entertainment.There's a few super old paddle boats by the lake. At holiday / weekend evenings you get some live Russian music from 80s.4. Fees.5% charge for using a credit card. $10 for using a window AC. 3 year old kids pay 50% from what adults pay per day. $10 charge for sauna (minimum 4 ppl)It's a place with a great lake view, a lot of Russian speaking families come here with children for years even though some kids attractions are totally not safe to use. Possibly good for lazy people who can't use google and airbnb

Грязное вонючие место гриль телевизор не работает полная антисанитария везде хозяин матерится на постояльцев обзывает хам если вы не знаете кто вы есть и куда вам идти он обязательно вам скажет матом рыбы нет все запущено нужен капитальный ремонт а хозяин только вытаскивает деньги с клиента и ни капли не вкладывает ни во что все позитивные отзывы не правдивые от друзей хозяев вообщем мрачное место никогда никому не посоветую
