Exemplary: always helpful, friendly, and welcoming. It's a Joyful place to go. Even just to get uplifted...Thankful to Rite AidThe lady who gives needles needs to be a bit more explanatory and friendly. Especially to children.That's it both times I went, it was roll up your sleeve, needle, and left. I had to say am I finished? She said yes as she was walking away. Very cold. I left saying I hope children are not treated like this because they are usually fearful of needles.Anyways all in all it's really awesome experience.

The pharmacy manager Jen is a wonderful pharmacist. She gave two of my kids their flu shots and was beyond patient with them and so kind. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Smaller than most Rite-Aids. Kind of cramped. Definitely has that small town feel. Shelves were pretty much stocked. Prices are a bit high. Young female cashier was friendly. Would go here again if in the area because there isn’t many other stores in Youngstown.

Good place to buy stuffs while your in tour. There are very few places where you can buy good packed foods. Here is one which is near to jet boat adventure. Walkable to jet boat adventure. Packed water bottles and fruits.
