A friend of mine recommended this place to me. Got in touch with Danny and he responded quickly letting me know when he would be at the shop. I brought in an IPhone XS: the screen and camera lens was falling off. He was professional in letting us know what the issues were and fixed the phone in less than an hour when we came back. I came in on a Sunday and the gentleman was not currently in the office. I contacted the number that was listed on the door and I received an immediate response. Within the hour the gentleman arrived to the shop and fixed my phone in less than 30 seconds. When I asked what my total was he refused to have me pay for the minor repair. Excellent service if I ever do need a major repair it will be through them. I wish I got the mans name who helped me but regardless he was a great help.

I needed my Sansung S7 Edge screen replaced. They were quick to respond with a quote on replacement. They let me know when the screen was in and we scheduled a next day appointment. I waited while it replaced about an 1.5 hours. Great customer service. I will refer friends to here if they need any cell phone repairs.

There is a very good reason everyone is giving a 5 star rating: First class customer service!I needed a battery replaced on my S7. Was really expecting to be without the phone over the weekend, which would have been annoying. Dropped it off around noon Friday, and picked it up an hour later. Good to go and almost fully charged.I had already Googled what this should cost. The bill was a few bucks below the low end of the range.Quality work, done quickly and at a more than fair price: How often does that happen?

Broke my screen, called, dropped off, and completed in under an hour from start to finish. Incredibly fast, honest service. Was given choices for screen replacement and according pricing. Pricing was very competitive.Breaking your phone is incredibly frustrating-- they made my day.

Owner is nice. Brought in for cracked screen originally. Returning with different problems all together. 1st time screen replaced black corner appeared 2nd time green screen strange lines 3rd time hasn't happened yet issue now is the quick charge function has cease to work properly do to interference of new screen not having proper shielding causing magnet to make screen go haywire. Refresh rate of screen is lower than original screen.She has an iphone xr.. And now she wants a new phone. She's given up on this one. Oh boy.

Happy with all the work he does, he is excellent, the part used for my screen on a 10s max is a 7/10 that I can bear with but It is not as good as I expected It to be. Love the guy and ethics, just the part used wasn’t the best

Bad earpiece speaker in iPhone that Connecting Point could not fix was fixed in less than 30 minutes and for a lot less than they would have charged sending it out for repair. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great service!!

Dropped my Galaxy S4 face first on concrete and shattered the screen. Brought it in around 8:00pm and it was totally done in under an hour. Screen looks like it was fresh out of the factory, fast + friendly service, and very convenient. I even got to watch how it was done! Big thanks to Amar! Total life saver!
